• Seda (9/5): Harika konum iyi ev sahibi - Ev sahipleri iyi insanlar her şeye yardımcı oluyorlar ve son derece kibar insanlar. Evin konumu mükemmel ve mahalle güvenli. Evde her şey var. Salondaki pencerenin perdesi yeterli kalınlıkta değil. Tuvaletin kapısı camdan ve duşa kabinin perdesi yok. Fakat bunları zaten fotoğraftan görebilirsiniz.

• Christine (9/5): My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - The location was excellent, quiet, close to attractions, train stations, restaurants, museums. Property needs maintenance, doors not closing properly, mould in the bathroom.
• Gillberg (1/5): Varning! Hälsofara! - . Varning! Det finns massor med MÖGEL i lägenheten. Lukten är nästan outhärdlig! Jag jobbar som ventilationstekniker och jag kollade ventilation och den är totalt obefintlig, det finns ingen alls. Jag påtalade detta för hyresvärden, han skyllde bara på att huset är gammalt och att jag skulle öppna fönstret. Jag har tagit massor med bilder på möglet som finns i både duschen och toaletten, även AC var alldeles svart med smuts inuti. Har även bilder på vår konversation i Whatsapp där han erbjuder mig en refound om jag väljer att lämna. Vi åkte tidigare än planerat pga att min svärson blev jättedålig, förmodligen på grund av möglet. Men någon ersättning har jag inte sett. Nu svarar han inte mig längre. När vi lämnade lägenheten var vi tvungna att tvätta alla kläder på en laundryservice för att dom stank. Andra fel med lägenheten: Mörkläggningsgardinen var trasig, diskmaskinen och mikrovågsugnen likaså. Dörrarna i köket var sneda och uppsvällda, förmodligen på grund av fukten. I trapphuset står sopkärl och stinker. Jag förstår inte hur man som hyresvärd kan hyra ut en sådan här lägenhet som är en uppenbar hälsorisk! Att medvetet lura människor. Om ni är rädda om er hälsa och vill ha en trevlig vistelse i Rom, välj då annat boende. Och till Booking.com, kontrollera denna lägenhet, ni borde verkligen inte förmedla det här boendet för erat ryktes skull.

• Danilo (7/5): Appartamento molto comodo e carino, però si possono apportare migliorie - Struttura molto bella e di design, ci è stato raccontato da chi la gestisce che è di proprietà di Matteo degli zero assoluto. Molto bella ed accogliente, vicinissima a tutto e anche la cucina molto fornita (scottex, posateria e piatti, macchinetta x caffè e cialde ecc) Noi ci eravamo dimenticati gli shampoo ma c’erano già all’interno dell’appartamento. Probabilmente penso che torneremo perché sei letteralmente a 200 mt dal centro e 500 da piazza di Spagna. C’è una percentuale di umidità abbastanza alta, forse per il fatto che c’è una finestra e affacciando sulla strada é sempre chiusa. Magari essendoci l’aria condizionata la cambierei con una nuova e con due splitter in modo da metterli come deumidificatori…purtroppo il proprietario ci ha raccontato che degli ospiti francesi gli hanno spaccato il piatto doccia e una tenda oscurante, però ha detto che provvederà a cambiare il tutto e ha anche detto che successivamente e con un po’ di tempo apporterà qualche miglioria
• Joëlle (7/5): - L'accueil et l'emplacement L' humidité de l'appartement, salle de bain pas fonctionnelle, fenêtre unique défectueuse, problème de pression d'eau.
• Eric (5/5): Appartement charmant, mais avec beaucoup d'imperfections, dont le bac de douche dangereux. - L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien. A quelques centaines de mètres de la place de Trevi. L'appartement a beaucoup de charme (esprit loft), joliment aménagé, avec des dalles transparentes entre les deux étages. Cela change des logements classiques. Les propriétaires que l'on a rencontré étaient très sympathiques et ouverts. Le contact était très agréable. Beaucoup d'équipements sont dégradés ou cassés. Par exemple, la climatisation du rez-de-chaussée a bien fonctionné, mais celle du sous-sol, bien que allumée, ne soufflait rien du tout : ses filtres sont tellement encrassés (certainement jamais nettoyés) que la ventilation ne passait pas. Autre exemple, plus gênant encore : le bac de douche est totalement fêlé, en plusieurs parties, et bouge sous les pieds. On peut même se blesser aux pieds si on ne fait pas très attention. Et ce qui est certain, c'est que l'eau s'écoule sous le bac, mais pas dans l'évacuation. L'appartement est extrêmement humide et il y règne une odeur désagréable. J'ai relavé tous mes habits (même les propres non utilisés) au retour chez moi à cause de l'odeur imprégnée. Les interrupteurs des lumières sont incompréhensibles, et ne fonctionnent pas toujours. Tous ces "détails" dénotent un manque d'entretien.

Malheureusement nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec cet appartement, pas d’eau chaude pendant 4 jours…, on a appelé le propriétaire et nous demandait de toucher la chaudière mais l’eau chaude ne venait pas. On a aperçu des cafards dans la salle de bain… les propriétaires n’était pas compréhensible par rapport à notre problème et ne pouvait pas appeler un technicien pour réparer le soucis… on a malheureusement que été rembourser de 60€…
• Paula (5/5): - Great location! Within 20min walking distance from everything and close to restaurants and the metro. The host was very nice and had great communication WiFi didn’t work consistently, being from the US and not having service we relied on WiFi to research things to do and get around. Very damp and moldy smelling inside. Not great for more than one couple there isn’t any privacy. The shower is out in the open without a door if you are there with adult kids like we were it was very Inconvenient. The apartment was almost basement like very dark inside with poor lighting. The water pressure was awful and you could not run the upstairs kitchen sink if the shower was on. There was a door for the toilet but barely considered a door and still does not provide privacy. Even though we weren’t in the apartment much when we were it was not comfortable. Small improvements would make this apartment great starting with just a couple of simple fans. We were told we had to keep the window open during the day which let a bunch of mosquitoes in and you could see them flying around everywhere.

• sonia (1/5): Loft moisi - L emplacement est bien si on enlève le fait que le manque d insonorisation vous empêche de dormir. Les photos sont mensongères et vous font croire que l appartement est stylé et confortable. Il n en ai rien : tellement humide que la literie est mouillée. Nos vêtements et nos sacs ont pué tout le séjour. Il y des moisissures partout sur les murs. Et, une seule fenêtre a pu s ouvrir car l autre (la plus grande) est cassée. Le robinet de l évier est resté dans la main de ma mère qui a 70 ans. La machine à café s est mise en mode sécurité le second jour. La climatisation ou le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Enfin, il n’y a pas de volet et pas de double vitrage. Imaginez-vous dormir devant la rue puisque ce « loft » est fait dans un rez de chaussée / cave. Allergique : je n’ai pas pu dormir. Enfin, malgré mes messages, personne ne s’est jamais déplacé. Pire, on m’a répondu que tout marchait très bien. Merci de m avoir gâché mon séjour.
• pablo (4/5): Departamento solo con excelente ubicacion, muchisimo para mejorar - Ubicacion, excelente, a pasos de la Fontana de Trevi Insoportable olor a humedad sumada a la escasa ventilación(2 ventanas, 1 a la calle extremadamente concurrida y la otra al hall de entrada donde están los tachos de basura con olor desagradable). El lugar para ducharse sin mampara ni cortina en el medio del paso al baño, inaceptable para una estadía en familia(tuvimos que improvisar una cortina para mantener mínima privacidad, ver foto). Por ultimo se corto la luz varias veces y el propietario nunca supo porque ni se preocupo por arreglarlo, solo mencionar que nos permitió dejar las valija al partir hasta las 14hs.

Heater at 1 place not working. Broken door of bathroom. Response is poor. No reply even for leaving room keys. New Towels were not provided because we stated 3 nights so only on day one new Towels were given. There was always stink of moisture

• Agapi (6/5): - Μεγάλος χωρίς, καλή τοποθεσία, ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης και πρωτότυπη διακόσμηση Είχε πολύ υγρασία ο χώρος και έντονη μυρωδιά, περιορισμένη ιδιωτικότητα λόγω του ότι το παράθυρο έβλεπε στο πεζοδρόμιο και δεν υπήρχε παντζουρι ή επαρκής κάλυψη. Δεν ήταν βρώμικος ο χώρος, αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο καθαρός
• Jaime (5/5): Roma es una bonita ciudad que hay que conocer, y volver de todas maneras - La ubicación muy buena, el sector con servicios y restoranes Departamento con poca ventilación y mucho olor a humedad. El baño con olor a desagüe. Poca iluminación natural por tener una sola ventana hacia el exterior.
• Δήμητρα (6/5): - Γενικά το σπίτι ήταν σχετικά καθαρό. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα και υπήρχαν χρήσιμα αντικείμενα στην κουζίνα. Το μέρος που βρίσκεται είναι πολύ κοντά στην Fontana di Trevi Το σπίτι μύριζε πάρα πολύ έντονα υγρασία σε σημείο που δεν ήταν ανεκτό. Η κουζίνα ήταν σε χάλια κατάσταση, υπήρχε διαρροή κι έτσι έπρεπε να βάζουμε πετσέτες στα πλακάκια. Ενώ είχαμε ενημερώσει ότι θα φτάσουμε 3 με 4 το μεσημέρι, όταν φτάσαμε η καθαρίστρια ακόμη καθάριζε (ενώ το check in μπορούσε να γίνει και από το πρωί). Όταν έφτασε ο ιδιοκτήτης πάτησε με τα παπούτσια του σε όλο το σπίτι για να μας το δείξει πράγμα που δεν μας άρεσε καθόλου.

• Ivana (8/5): - ubytovanie bolo prijemne. poloha bola velmi dobra, hned v blizkosti je fontana di trevi a vela vela restauracii, barov, a obchodikov. 20 minut peso od stanice Termini. na ubytovani sme mali vsetko k dispozicii, uteraky, hygienicke potreby. Jedina nevyhoda bol zatuchnuty priestor, a vlhkost. poschodie nie je oddelene dvermi, je tam vsetko otvorene aj kupelna a aj wc.

• Sam (6/5): Clean and funky but not a great option for groups of friends. - The property is in a great location, only a 5 min walk to the Trevi Fountain. It was very clean and funky. Great option for couples! The things I didn’t like about the property may not bother other people but I wanted to share transparently. The property is across two levels and there is a partial glass floor so those on the bottom floor can look up and see people walking on the top floor. This was problematic for us with girls wearing dresses/skirts as male friends were staying downstairs. The shower is on the ground floor but has no privacy screen and is in a location that meant others could not freely move around the loft without seeing people in the shower. No one can use the toilet while someone is showering as you can’t walk past the shower without seeing who is in the shower. Won’t be a problem if it is just couples sharing the loft but we had a group of friends.

• Cristina (8/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado, bonito y limpio, pero detalles que marcan la diferencia a mejorar - Muy bien situado tanto de la estación de Termini como del centro de Roma. Puedes ir a cualquier lado dando un paseo. El alojamiento está muy bien decorado, muy nuevo y es muy bonito, tiene utensilios para cocinar, toallas limpias, sábanas, radiador de toallas y las ventanas aíslan muy bien el ruido, porque está a pie de calle y pasa mucha gente andando al lado de la ventana. Huele a humedad y el ambiente es muy húmedo. El aire acondicionado funciona pero no tiene suficiente fuerza como para quitar la humedad. Los estores tienen el motor roto y no podíamos bajar más que solamente uno, y la ducha necesitaría una puerta para no mojar el suelo de fuera. Son detalles que mejorarían mucho la estancia.

• El Houssine (7/5): - L'emplacement exceptionnel proche des principaux monuments. Les hôtes sont très amicaux. Porte de douche inexistante et donc impossible de prendre une douche avec un minimum d'intimité. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont séparées par une porte en verre donc impossible d'être avec plusieurs en même temps (surtout avec les enfants). La pompe d'évacuation des eaux du sous sol fait du bruit quand elle démarre. Forte humidité au sous sol donc les personnes allergiques ou asthmatiques s'abstenir. Pour une famille c'est compliqué car la salle de bain, toilettes et douche sont au sous sol donc pas safe de monter et descendre toute la journée. La pression d'eau est au minimum donc impossible de prendre une douche et utiliser l'eau ailleurs. Fenêtre au 1er sans rideaux opaques donc difficile de bien dormir avec la lumière de la rue.

Lights and dizayn are so modern and comfy, it is 6 7 min on foot to Trevi fountain, so close to museums and touristic places, wonderful experience, kind and helpfully owner. Thanks for everything we enjoyed at gome soo much, lovely.
• Cath (9/5): Excellent. Well presented clean accommodation in a fantastic location. - The property was exactly as described and shown . A quick phone call on arrival and we were easily met at the door. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The property had all the facilities we required and in a fantastic location which was walkable to everywhere. We would definitely stay here again. The stairs would be hard for people with mobility issues although no problems for us. There was no avoiding the stairs as the bathroom is down there. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were rectified as we checked in. We were very happy .

• İmge (10/5): - Everything. Kitchen is full with amenities, house is very clean in general, modern decoration. Location is perfect and the host is very helpful. Just one thing: On a busy street and sometimes it is a little bit noisy at night if you have a light sleep. But it is not a big issue.

• Vinay (8/5): Great location with value for money with amazing hosts. - The location was great, very close to all important visiting places in Rome. The host was great and was very grateful. We reached early in Rome and the host allowed us to keep our bags in the apartment few hours before check in, so we could start visiting places in Rome. Apartment was very clean and the host even had water bottles and other goodies available for us. Being in the center of the city, the approach to the building is very old and a little turn offish. The two floors were ok but having bathroom only on the lower floor needed a lot of going ups and downs. The shower was without a door so we could have only one person on the lower floor when someone in the family was using the shower.

• Nefeli (9/5): - Κεντρική τοποθεσία,ανετο κρεβάτι,ωραίο design, επαρκώς εξοπλισμένο με αντικείμενα καθημερινής χρήσης(μαγειρικά σκεύη, πετσέτες, οδοντόβουρτσες κλπ). Πρόθυμος ο ιδιοκτήτης να μας εξηγήσει τα κατατόπια. Ο χώρος είχε αρκετή υγρασία (μύριζε). Επίσης όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα οι ιδιοκτήτες καθάριζαν ακόμη το διαμέρισμα,κάτι που ίσως οφειλόταν σε ακύρωση της καθαρίστριας. Αλλά και πάλι δεν είναι ότι καλύτερο όταν φτάνεις σε ένα μέρος. Επίσης τα ντουλάπια στην κουζίνα δεν εφάρμοζαν καλά το ένα με το άλλο (ίσως εχουν φουσκώσει από την υγρασια).

Está situado a 6 minutos de la Fontana di Trevi i cerca de la mayoría de sitios de interés. Los anfitriones fueron muy agradables y se adaptaron a nuestra hora de llegada y de salida.

Enjoyed our stay! There was a little trouble with communicating our check-in time through messaging, but all solved with a call once we arrived!

• DAVID (9/5): Maravillosa estancia, privilegiada ubicación - Nos ha gustado todo, buena ubicación, apartamento con todos los detalles, buena atención del propietario...si alguna vez volvemos a Roma, repetiremos, sin duda!!!! Gracias por la rosa que pusieron en la cocina, preciosa!!! La presión del agua no era la óptima, pero no ensombrece la impresión general.

• José (10/5): - Los anfitriones fueron encatadores con nosotros, se adptaron a nuestra hora de llegada y salida. El apartamento es preocioso, idéntico a las fotos y muy bien equipado: toallas, papel higiénico, productos básicos. Está situado en una zona muy céntrica y aunque sea una planta baja los ruidos no molestan. Muy recomendable la estancia allí.
