• Daniel (10/5): Świetny i komfortowy apartament! - Podobała mi się lokalizacja, 6 piętro, metraż, spokój i cisza, dosłownie wszyskto. Wszyskto tak jak na zdjęciach! Nie było takiej rzeczy.

• Paul (7/5): Fine - Good location, spacious flat. Bringing Airbnb to Booking.com. Needing to take out the rubbish or getting fined. Poor communication (at least read the previous message so you aren't asking for the same information again). The apartment needs some maintenance. The toilet seat was very loose. Don't want to know what happened to the kitchen sink. The bed needs some bolts tightened and some minor things.

• Dagmar (9/5): - Ubytovanie ma vybornu polohu, kusok od plaže, a obchodu,ktory je otvorený 24/7. V okoli kopec reštaurácii a barov, Ubytovanie je celkom dobre vybavene,chybali maličkosti ako wc papier, vareška ale to sme si dokupili. Výhľad z terasy na zeleň, budenie 2 kohutmi každe rano. Špinava a smradlava sedačka v obyvačke, žiadne posteľne pradlo ani utekáky k vymene ( boli sme na ubytovaní 19 dni) a komunikacia s majiteľkou. Pred prichodom 24h som zistila,ze kontakt uvedeny na bookingu nepatri majiteľke,ale zamestnancovi ktory už s ubytovanim nema nic spoločne,bol mily poslal mi viac kontaktov a vďaka tomu sa mi podarilo majiteľku nakontaktovať. Po prichode prve 2 dni som sa snažila dosiahnuť dodanie 2kľúča od ubytovania ako aj ďaľšéj plachty na pohovku v obyvačke,ktora je neskutočne špinava a smradlava. Komunikacia s majiteľkou bola len ohladne vynášania smeti,každy 2 deň mi chodila sms co mam vyniesť a kam. Za 19dni pobytu žiadne čiste posteľne pradlo či uteraky- pračka/ sušička je v ubytovani takže sme si prali sami aj prezliekali postele,po prichode na ubytovanie nebolo veľmi upratané- na druhý deň sme všetko upratali,vyprali šmradlavu deku aj paplom ,aby sme sa s nou mohli prikryt.
• Skai (9/5): Perfectly located; will be back! - I would absolutely return to this apartment for my next Malta visit. The host, Olivia, is super responsive, quick to solve any issues and very polite. The apartment is an excellent location - steps away from Balluta Bay, Sliema promenade, bus stops, etc. It has all the amenities one needs, and perfect for a solo trip. A little group of chickens, known as the Balluta Chickens are also outside. Not bothersome at all. The only downfall to my stay was the fact the washing machine was broken, which I am not sure on how that was missed, unless the guests prior to me did not wash their clothes, or they broke it without reporting it? Nevertheless, Olivia was quick to respond, but it was only replaced the afternoon before I left (so lucky you, next guest after me!) so was a little bit inconvenient in managing my clothes. Also to keep in mind, there is a small bar-type venue right across the street that often plays very loud music in the evening - night. It cannot be heard when the balcony door is closed, but if you want to get some breeze in or sit on the balcony, just keep that in mind!

La cucina era super fornita! Letto super morbido, balcone largo. La persona chi ci ha ospitato era davvero gentile e disponibile Metterei un piccolo bidoncino in bagno per comodità, il resto era ottimo. A parte la sala , la camera e il bagno erano un pochino bui avendo solo una finestra sull’interno, ma non era un problema così grande anzi del tutto ignorabile
• Varga (10/5): Spacious, bright apartment - All in all, it is a great apartment in a very good location. It is close to the center but still in a quiet street. And there are some chickens and roosters in the park next to the building which I loved (but they don't disturb anyone.) The apartment is very spacious, clean and bright and all the information was provided to us on the day of arrival regarding the check in so it went smoothly.

Can't ask for more than that! There is a great view from the balcony and the location was spot on. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

• Simon (9/5): Superb - The location and ease to arrive and depart from the airport, was very easy. Quiet through the night, and sunny balcony. Can't complain about the fast reacting staff to small issues. Great tv service with English channels and loads of sports. I think the electrician should secure the power outlets in the kitchen and water proof heater supply in the washer room.

The apartment is just a few meters from Balluta beach and very convenient for local and tourist buses. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and is very spacious and pleasant. I didn't receive the codes within 48 hours of my arrival, so I had to contact the person via Whatsapp. She replied immediately. What's regrettable is that all messages sent by e-mail receive an automatic reply with practical information such as when the garbage cans go out and that you should download the map of the town.... There was no welcome note, no bottle of water on arrival. We were completely anonymous. Before leaving the premises, we receive a message asking us exactly what time we'll be leaving to facilitate the arrival of the cleaning ladies, even though check-in is at 10 a.m. and she's told us so several times. Let's just say it's very impersonal but efficient. It's just that personally I've had many other experiences via booking that were just wonderful with the hosts. It's a choice on their part to operate this way. I missed the personal side. The toilet seat and faucet also needed to be repaired, as did the air-conditioning in the bedroom, which could not be adjusted to the desired temperature.
