• Isabel (7/5): Estancia agradable en barrio tranquilo - Excelente ubicación: en zona residencial tranquila y segura del distrito de Kensington y Chelsea; con muchos supermercados y restaurantes cercanos; al lado del metro de Earl's Court y conexión a diferentes líneas de autobús para conectar con todo el centro de la ciudad. El baño recién reformado era excelente. Buenos armarios con gran capacidad. La limpieza del apartamento, también perfecta. Mejorable el colchón de la cama; era de muelles. Y también mejorable el confort del sofá-cama.

• Andrada (6/5): - Good location but other than I think you can find better at same price. No access with pram in the hotel. Booking was made for child as well so they could have mentioned. After caring the pram up the steep stairs to reception the lift to the room was so tiny that It was almost impossible to fit it in. Flat spacious enough and the balcony was nice to have tho we payed extra. Kitchen well equipped. We knew that there was no aircon but the heating was on at 30+ degrees outside and the shower room radiator had no way to turn off. All floors very squeaky and doors heavy and noisy and we had the room next to the elevator which was making loud noise every time the doors would open but luckily that didn't happened much during our short stay.

• aude (6/5): Bien mais peut mieux faire - Très bien placé entre trois stations de métro, grand appartement avec cuisine Les finitions a la va vite, les fenêtres qui ne se verrouillent pas et tiennent par une chaînette avec 2 vis sur 4 et la terrasse non entretenue qui tombe en ruine.la douche cassée qui fuit.la couverture du lit qui fait juste la largeur du lit, on se bat pour rester couvert la nuit.le personnel qui ne levé meme pas la tête pour saluer les clients

• Sylvie (5/5): Notre séjour à tres mal commencé avec l'appart102 puis après réclamation nous avons pu en changer - La localisation. L'appartement de remplacement était correct. L'appart 102 qui nous a été alloué n'était qu'un assemblage de mobilier vetuste et de bricolage grossier. Le canapé était taché et l'assise très inconfortable du fait de l'absence de mousse. La table du salon était collante du fait d'un vernissage cache misère. Le matelas du lit était mou et nous avons constaté des tâches sur les draps. Les couettes étaient très usagées. Le balais a WC était sale, je vous épargne les détails. Les stores n'étaient pas occultants et on ne pouvait pas les relever. L'ensemble de la propreté était très approximative et le matériel usé et ou cassé.

• Nina (4/5): Nicht sauber - Die Lage war gut. Es war nicht sauber, es gab nicht genügend Stühle, nicht genügend Geschirr, keine Geschirrtücher. Der Spülschwamm war von den Vorbesitzern (also nicht neu). Die Stühle waren sehr alt und kaputt (das Kunstleder löst sich vollständig ab), genauso wie das Sofa. Abflussgeruch im Bad. Überall alte Wasserflecken an den Wänden. Alles in allem war das Apartment sehr schmutzig!
• Maria (2/5): Skip this one if you have a choice. - The location Cracked window, the chairs were in very bad condition and the couch extremely uncomfortable. The room was booked for three people and it wasn't ready. We had to ask for bedsheets,towels and a pillow for the third person. Very unprofessional.

• Beth (1/5): Awful. Do not book! - Nothing Beds are so uncomfortable and the pillows it’s like sleeping on the floor. When we got there there was full of ants on the worktop, sink and flooring .. shower was awful had to wait for around 10 mins for shower to heat up and only a trickle of water. Sofa bed was full of stains. Place needs some money spent on the only bonus was the train station was a 4 min walk to Earl’s Court and also 4 min walk to Nando’s and Sainsbury’s. However I would avoid this accommodation

• Ventsislav (9/5): - It was a close walk to Earl's Court station. It was easy to get to all parts of the city from there. Also a lot of fast food restaurants and a supermarket close by. It was also peacefull at night. The toilet was too close to the radiator. So you had to be sitting sideways to do your business.

Very close to the underground station and easy to find. All basic appliances like kettle, microwave were provided Cutlery was not very clean. Scissors were missing. There is no switch on the kitchen counter for kettle. There was a foul smell in the washroom. We only got hot water after keeping the tap on for like 10 mins straight. The water pressure of the shower was very poor. There was nothing to put toothbrushes or basic face wash and stuff in the washroom

• LIUDMYLA (9/5): Чудові апартаменти для двох осіб в зручному місті. - Розташування чудове, близько до центру, до зупинки автобусу та метро 5 хвилин пішки. Поруч багато кафе, аптека, два хороших продуктових магазинів (M&S, Sainsbury's). Персонал дуже привітний, допомогли вирішити питання з додатковою ковдрою. Апартаменти дуже зручні, окрема спальня з великою шафою, столом, тумбочками, великим дзеркалом. Простора душова кабіна. На кухні є необхідний посуд (сковорідка, каструля), посуд (тарілки, чашки, склянки), ложки, виделки столові ножі. Є мікрохвильова піч, чайник, варочна поверхня, духовка, холодильник. Диван в кімнаті-студії був заявлений, як додаткове спальне місце, але він для цього не підходить, бо дуже незручний. Загалом, апартаменти ідеально підходять для двох людей, бо двоспальне ліжко зручне, а третій виспатися не зможе. Не вистачало кухонного ножа та дошки.
• LUSI (7/5): ottima zona e posizione - L'appartamendo è davvero posizinato in una zona molto bella, centrale e a pochissimi passi della stazine metri di EARL's court. Molto carino anche all'interno, letto super comodo. dovrebbero migliorare la pulizia interna.

• Manuela (7/5): - La posizione era veramente top. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana e zona sicura per una passeggiata a piedi. Nel complesso la casa ha tutto il necessario per poter passare una vacanza piacevole. Il materasso della camera matrimoniale è da cambiare, veramente scomodo!

Además, el acceso a los aeropuertos de Gatwick y Heathrow es sencillo, alrededor de 1 hora. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena en comparación con otros alojamientos de la zona. Como punto a mejorar, la limpieza, ya que se observaba acumulación de polvo debajo de las camas.

• Svea (5/5): - Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Küche und Bad funktionell und sauber. Zentrale Lage. Nahe an der Earls Court Station. Ideal für ein Kurztrip nach London. Durchmischte Stühle, dreckige oder beschädigte Möbel. Insbesondere die "Schlafcouch" war leider nicht komfortabel. Der Stuhl im Schlafzimmer hatte stark auffällige Flecken. Föhn im Badezimmer defekt.

Temperatura del riscaldamento un po' troppo alta per noi. Purtroppo, non siamo riusciti a regolarla dalle valvole dei caloriferi. Alcuni arredi avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione

• arianna (7/5): ottima posizione, ma più attenzione ai dettagli - la posizione di questa struttura è l'ideale. la zona davvero bella e ben connessa con la metro , l'appartamento è spazioso, il bagno molto curato, pulito e comodo. ci sono due armadi grandi, l'ascensore funziona. alla reception c'è sempre qualcuno. il materasso del letto è scomodo, si sentono le molle, il divano letto anche molto scomodo, le lenzuola anche se lavate sono macchiate. Ci sono tante piccole cose da sistemare (macchie sui muri, macchie di vernice qua e là, mobilia un pò rovinata) che non sono essenziali per un soggiorno comodo, ma fanno la differenza nell'esperienza in generale, perchè basterebbe poco per sistemarle.
• Gotadoro (10/5): - Ottimo appartamento. Sala, cucina, divano, camera con letto matrimoniale e bagnetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è stata veramente comoda e vicino si trova di tutto tra cui un paio di supermercati per fare la spesa a prezzi moderati. In appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario: carta igienica, sapone e spugna piatti, coperte, asciugami. Per quello che l'abbiamo pagato non ci possono lamentare di nulla.
• Nannik (10/5): Mi sono trovato molto bene! - Posizione fantastica, 5 minuti dalla metro e un quartiere tranquillo e vivo dove puoi trovare di tutto dal market alla pizzeria. In casa c'è molto caldo ma fortunatamente a me piace molto stare a maniche corte in casa durante i periodi freddi. Spero di tornare e trovare posto in questa struttura. Abbiamo preso 2 camere da letto, la seconda era molto piccola ma poteva andare, l'unica cosa che il letto non era matrimoniale ma 1 piazza e mezza e questo andrebbe specificato.

Tener opción de apartamento de dos habitaciones a muy buen precio. Falta limpieza generalizada, la puerta del baño, blanca, muy sucia, paredes muy manchadas, mueves un mueble y hay suciedad por debajo. Los muebles deteriorados. El sofá cama muy mal, durísimo. El agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir. Por lo demás bien, menaje, electrodomésticos, calefacción, productos de higiene...

• Noor Kamilia (9/5): - the location was amazing, only 4 minutes away from earl’s court station! the apartment was nice and spacious, and the receptionist was very helpful :) the heating and hot water was working but not warm enough for us unfortunately :( the shower gel and shampoo could have been bottled instead of packets, but just as a preference.

La WIFI gratuite et la possibilité de laisser les bagages à la réception avant et après les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Le second couchage (canapé-lit) n'était pas très confortable même pour un enfant. L'indisponibilité de torchons ;-].

Acabados en mal estado, un desastre de sofá que es una de las camas extras del apartamento (nosotros éramos 3). Cocina sin menaje para poderla utilizar. Apenas sale agua de la ducha y para poderla ducharse con agua caliente tenías que esperar 15 minutos.
• Igor (9/5): Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Top Lage super angebunden und viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht sehr gemütlich, aber die Preis Leistung stimmt dennoch.
