• Devendra (7/5): Good - Terrace was a good thing. Their premium rooms are very good and clean. But bathroom need to be worked. Bathroom water logging prolem in delux and premium both category of rooms. First day I faced water problem. There was no water in bathroom. Even staff was also helpless. Everytime they told with in 10 mins water will come. But next day onward they shifted me to premium room and stay becomes comfortable.

However both become inadequate or useless if execution is not of same standard. Here I found a high degree of match. Thanks to the staff and management of the hotel for making my stay comfortable. Stay was not long enough to find the hidden inequacies

• Meenakshi (6/5): Average hotel - The view from the terrace was nice. The staff tried to be helpful. Room itself was nice and clean. The manager Mr Roy was very helpful Firstly, the location was not really accessible as there was some repair work happening. Although taxi s were available to get to city centre market for INR 200 per ride, most drivers were reluctant to come to hotel due to bad road conditions. Secondly, the bathroom had leaks due to which we had to get it cleaned every day. Thirdly, while we booked a triple executive room, we were given a standard double bed room. Fourthly, the food in the hotel is the ' shaadi' types which we did not like. Finally , the wifi stopped working every evening after 8.30 pm which was a big problem as that's the time one needs it most after the whole day of sight seeing.

No hair dryer which is basic for any kind of hotel No heater. As cold area like gangtok should have one. No extra blanket!!!!! Very calculative with complimentary water. very bad lighting. Very poor choice. Should have some warm light instead of deem ones. Had a big damp on wall which looks so dirty

Food was tasty .Breakfast options were good .Krishna from front desk was very helpful in arranging taxi for site seeing . Ambience of the hotel is extremely good with beautiful view Approach road the hotel is little narrow . Also there is noise from restaurant till 10pm to the rooms which are located adjacent to restaurant. I found it difficult to sleep due to noise from the restaurant. There are no fans or ac in the room .I think provision should be given .It's up to the customers to use or not .

• Prakash (8/5): Overall it was value for money. I recommend this hotel for families with kids as room service food - Clean rooms, food, service and primitive to MG market On lower floors when you come out of room there’s drainage smell. But inside rooms it was no issue.
• Mridul (5/5): The stay was good and but we expected something more. - The staff and breakfast were really good. We loved the gesture that shared by the hotel team. The location was really poor and very difficult to reach there. The roadway condition to reach at the hotel was not satisfactory. The taxi charge was 250 rupees to reach at the hotel from MG Marg (the center point of Gangtok)

I liked leaving I’ve been fortunate to stay at many hotels in india over the last 3 months across the full price range, so I have a pretty good gauge of what things should cost. The value for money at this hotel is very poor, not at all worth the premium price. The rooms are good but the service was very poor and the staff unhelpful. They refuted the payment deposit we had made prior to our stay and were difficult about this despite the payment being made 10 days prior. Laundry charges were extortionate, more than double the most I’ve paid anywhere else, and after losing a room key they charged us 300 bucks (I have lost keys from 500 rupee a night hotels and not been charged anything for this). Despite advertising a bar this is not actually available. I would advise you not to stay here

That was something which make me feel uncomfortable during my stay at Shee go apart from that everything was greate.
• Pg1706 (9/5): Visit to gangtok hotel shreego - I along with my family stayed shreego from 8 to 10 March. Stay was very comfortable. Staff was very good and helpfull during checkin they provided welcome drink. Ambiance of the hotel was amazing along with mesmerizing view from the rooftop. Hotel was very neat and clean. 24 hr hot water facility. Food was very tasty. We are vegetarian and all the food was yummy specially breakfast. I would love to come again. Location is bit far from MG road. It used to cost a lot to reach hotel specially in late night

Some employees assisted us in dealing with travel agents to pay a visit to Lachung ands zero point...but we discovered a mismatch between the hotel staff's words and the words of the agents. Agents failed to fulfil our expectations. They took extra payment to ensure a healthy environment at Lachung and Zero Point, but their service was the worst. Hotel staff should be careful to assist international tourists.

• Bosco (9/5): A lovely hotel - Very professional fast check in process. All the staffs are friendly in nature and explained politely all our questions. Good room with very clean bathroom. A hot water provided through out the day in the bathroom. A beautiful terrace view is beautiful from there. Morning buffet breakfast is good. Cut fruit, boiled egg, bread toast, stuffed porota followed with hot beverages. Yummy. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant which has wide range of items both veg and non vegetarian. Overall a clean hotel which satisfies all the guests. Nothing.
