• Richard (10/5): New year getaway - Third time staying at this property each one has been very pleasant. The changes that have been made have made the place very warm and comfortable. Great place to stay. Hard to find anything that we didn't like.
• Nasser (9/5): A very large property which can accommodate a large group near to the town centre and harbour area. Great location with - Very Spacious. Had enough place to accommodate a large group (7 to 8 people) even though we were only a group of 4 Had all the amenities except for body wash/soap in the bathroom and handwash in the toilet.

Apartment has plenty of space for a family. 3 toilets are a bonus and the apartment was clean and tidy. Allocated parking space was a huge bonus even with it being a 5 minute walk away from property Extraction fans ran all the time in the rear bedrooms. Wi-Fi didn’t work and there is no phone signal due to the property being underground

Great location Tea, coffee and sugar provided Parking arranged Ventilation fans in each room Broadband signal doesn’t stretch past kitchen with no mobile signal in back rooms
• Harrison (10/5): Fantastic Get Away. - Big spacious area to relax in and great location away from the busier areas but still perfectly close that a short 5-10 minute walk got you to the beach or town/shopping area. Also a fantastic fish and chips shop just around the corner. The shower curtain - it's like it was attacking us each time we showered 🤣

• Cinneamon (6/5): It was quick-one night. - It was fun to be close to the water front. We came into a huge pile of dirty laundry and bags of trash just past the entrance. There was no air conditioning or fans, so we opened the windows only to have a cat jump in and we had to catch it and toss it out.

• Linda (5/5): Passable - Location. 3 toilets. Powerful shower comfy beds and furniture Musty smell. Needed to use lights in the day. No welcome pack on how to use the appliances not able to use the WiFi as no info on passwords etc ...no help from property staff even though they did try but no result.
• Jody (9/5): Lovely stay. Would absolutely stay again. - Wonderful location. Bigger than expected. Very clean. Had absolutely everything you needed. Smelt very damp. Damp patches on some parts of ceiling. No parking permit.

• Gordon (8/5): It’s comfortable even some issues above but will not stop you for calling and feeling home while you are away. - Comfortable in some aspect, bathroom and toilet are excellent. And very spacious. Dampness and ventilation. The shower get easily steamed you need to open the window and let the air flow. And no parking space available if you have a car. You need to park miles away and get lucky to find a space. Or else you have to pay £7.50 for 6rs at public car park.

• Ellie (7/5): Great location to explore Weymouth, apartment comfortable and clean if a bit dark and dank. - Great location, comfortable bedrooms and living room, well equipped kitchen. A bit dark and windowless beyond the living room. Underlying smell of damp.
• Josef (3/5): Thankfully the weather was good for our stay as this place was just depressing to stay in - Good fridge Gloomy, dismal, with a strong smell of damp pervading throughout the place. Very basic decor. No mirrors for shaving???light bulbs missing. very basic ( but surprisingly not uncomfortable) bed. hasps broken on windows. no hot water in en-suite sink. mould in shower room. trip hazard in corridor. kitchen utensils worn and knives blunt.

• Lorraine (7/5): great location , good home from home for families - The apartment was lovely and located in good proximity to everything which was great for us to walk to the beach or head out with the kids for a scooter ride . plenty of places around to eat or have a drink if that’s your thing . Apartment was very homely and the Wi-Fi and tv was brilliant for evenings for the kids The only thing that I was disappointed in with this apartment was the initial cleanliness on arrival , carpets were dirty and covered with clumps of hair in various rooms , I attempted to hoover with the one provided but it was apparent this needed replacing or cleaning it’s self and whilst I do go away to spend the time in the apartment as a mum of two young children who often sit on the floor to play it was a bit off putting , the hard floors were still sandy from previous occupants and the sides and extractor visibly greasy . There were also dirty cups and plates placed back in the cupboard even though there is a working dish washer in the apartment so feel some occupants should be a little more considerate . Whilst I appreciate relaxation on covid regulations I feel cleanliness should still be a priority .
• Furmage (8/5): Week in Weymouth - The house was spacious and well equipped, was clean and tidy on arrival and in the perfect location for our stay. Nothing really to say, facilties were great and had everything we needed.
• Daniel (5/5): Has potential but disappointed us. - Musty smell when walk in Missing lightbulbs in celling light which when I said about it my 10 year old he went to stick his fingers in to see where the bulb was for some stupid reason but could have been a disaster if I was not there, needs light bulbs fitting! Bathroom is shocking, Needs a gd deep clean (skirt boards, toaster, bathroom) Mould on ceilings bathroom, floor dirty ideally needs new flooring. Handles missing on windows Rollers not clipped on properly Master bed is two singles pushed together No where to put anything in the bathroom No mirror in bathroom or bedroom No where to put clothes to dry Loud music / partying from neighbours at night till late in the morning 12am
