- Kateryna (10/5): - Отель на первой линии, близость к морю, чистенький, большие номера, удобные кровати, невероятный персонал отдельно спасибо хочу сказать Саше, так как мы приехали вне сезона она максимально заботлива относилась, сделала восхитительный завтрак, Саша было для нас как администратор, как хостес и наш шеф повар! Минусов нет

The shower leaked en floor was wet and there were not slippers so my socks were wet always. The food was also not good and served also . It was a father or waiter's friend in de canteen that listened telefoon very loudly and she didn’t say him anything. There are very thin walls and I heard people snoring in the night.

Dimineața,in jur de ora 9 am fost serviți cu micul dejun la masă, direct porționat, deși figura în anunț un mic dejun de tip bufet. Camera a fost rece, AC nu facea față. Apa caldă venea după 4-5 minute. Era de înțeles,deoarece eram singurii care au folosit apa caldă. TV nu a fost conectat.

- Kovalchuk (10/5): Найзатишніший готель на Сонячному березі — відчуваєш себе як вдома! - Відпочивала на Сонячному березі і зупинилася в цьому готелі — просто супер! 🌞 Переваги: • Перша лінія, самий центр — все поруч, море в двох кроках. • Дуже просторий номер, чистота на високому рівні. • У номері є міні-косметика, чайник, кавова машина — дуже зручно. • Завжди тепло та затишно. Особливо хочу відзначити персонал: • Кухар Євген готує неймовірно смачно! 🍽️ • Господар Мілєн зробив усе, щоб я почувалася як вдома, завжди на зв’язку, вирішує будь-які питання, відгукливий та дружелюбний. Чесно кажучи, це найкращий з готелів, де я зупинялася. Обов’язково повернуся ще!

- Renata (1/5): - Mimo potwierdzonej rezerwacji i braku jakiekolwiek informacji hotel nie przyjął nas z niemowlakiem, twierdząc że są zamknięci po sezonie. Zerowy kontakt z recepcją przed wyjazdem. A w dniu zakwaterowania zostaliśmy wyrzuceni z hotelu i zostawieni sami sobie mimo rezerwacji z dużym wyprzedzeniem.

Scam when it comes to the breakfast which was to be included and we paid for it but was “ - - The rooms were nice and clean - The location was very good - There was a significant confusion with our check in (upon my request we were informed we could check like 2h earlier only to learn at the arrival from “the owner” he’s not written it and that’s basically it - no other explanation. - We had breakfast included and “the owner” double checked it at our check in and informed us (simply lied brazenly to us) about the breakfast hours only to tell us next morning – after our long wait – where we’re not serving breakfasts any longer “as of this week” and that we got “an upgraded room” which was never mentioned before. In the end he sent the cleaning lady for some banica and ayran and that was basically it. We would understand if they just informed us about no regular breakfast and brought anything instead of informing us about the hours of a non existing breakfast and then trying to scam us with some fake stories. Needless to say how ridiculous it looks to explain why you would like to have a breakfast you paid for when you are on holidays with your family.

- Anita (9/5): Hangulatos, kedves személyzet és jó elhelyezkedés. - Nagyon hangulatos volt, teljes mértékben meg voltunk elégedve mindennel, a szoba tiszta volt az étel nagyon finom és több fogás közül lehetett választani, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. Ajánlani tudom csak. Kicsit zajos a vidámpark miatt, de ez nem az ő hibájuk, ettől független mi tudtunk pihenni.

- Yan (4/5): Отель не соответствует заявленной цене и 3м звездам - Расположение рядом с морем, персонал отеля Отель, мягко говоря, разочаровал за свою стоимость: В номере ощущался запах плесени. Еда практически всегда выглядела несвежей, жена отравилась на 3й день и вероятнее всего в отеле Постельное бельё и полотенца были грязными. По приезде в номере оказалось только два лицевых полотенца, дополнительные пришлось просить отдельно. Дверца душа была сломана, как и лейка. Телевизор работал, но на всех каналах было похоже на слайд-шоу. Интернет вечером работал очень плохо. К персоналу вопросов нет, отель просто требует вложений

- Madalina (6/5): - Locația bună si luniste în hotel.Foarte aproape de plajă (plajă cu un nisip fin și întrarea în apa lină,apa fără alge).... Personalul de la receptie/bar foarte amabili si primitori. La plecare am avut probleme cu mașina si deși era o oră ve vârf managerul care se ocupa de tot în hotel a lăsat totul si a plecat cu noi în oraș pt a ne ajuta sa rezolvăm problema. Curățenia lasă de dorit. Ce tine de masa foarte puține feluri(repetitive).Am avut neplăcerea sa găsesc cutiutele de unt deși era în termen mucegait deoarece nu era ținut la rece...am arătat asta din prima zi dar nu a fost nicio schimbare...am încercat untul în fiecare zi sa vad dacă este altul si ce sa vezi același unt... Parcul de distracție poarte aproape ...deci si puțin zgomot noaptea...

- Bacanu (3/5): Horror - Amplasarea hotelului fata de plaja Nu a fost nimic sa îmi placă , un dezastru de hotel ,omul de la recepție un nesuferit,in camere un miros groaznic de ne venea să plângem cat despre mâncare sa ferească Dumnezeu am avut un adevărat șoc ,nu este prima vacanță deci știu să fac diferența nu merita nici măcar nota 5 nu înțelege de unde are nota 8 , noi nu am avut ce să mâncăm am mâncat în restaurantele din stațiune nici gratis nu as mai merge aici , o vacanta stricată
- Guest (5/5): Локацията и гледката заслужават висока оценка, но чистотата и поддръжката са на изключително ниско ниво. Не бих препоръч - Локацията е отлична, гледката от терасата също. Стаята не беше почистена основно. Банята е в мухъл по стените, а тоалетната очевидно не е почиствана от дълго време. На терасата са поставени външните тела на климатиците, които постоянно капят и създават мухъл по пода. Това прави терасата неизползваема. Смяната на чаршафи не компенсира липсата на хигиена. За цената, която се плаща, условията са крайно незадоволителни.

Nu merită nota pe care o are sub nici o formă un hotel infect

- David (1/5): - Am avut o experiență extrem de neplăcută la acest hotel din Bulgaria și nu îl recomand nimănui. Cazarea a fost sub orice așteptare – camerele erau foarte murdare, nu se făcea curățenie deloc pe durata sejurului, iar igiena lăsa mult de dorit. Mâncarea a fost slabă calitativ, porțiile mici și fără varietate, meniul fiind repetitiv și lipsit de gust. Pe lângă aceste aspecte, personalul s-a dovedit a fi nepoliticos și complet nepregătit pentru a lucra cu turiști. În loc să ofere ajutor sau măcar un zâmbet, răspundeau în mod necioplit și cu atitudine ostilă. Din păcate, această experiență a stricat în mare parte vacanța noastră, iar raportul calitate-preț este inexistent. Cu siguranță nu voi mai reveni aici și recomand celor care își doresc o vacanță plăcută să evite acest hotel. Настаняването беше под всякакви очаквания – стаите бяха много мръсни, по време на престоя ни изобщо не се почистваше, а хигиената беше под всякаква критика. Храната беше слаба като качество, порциите – малки и без разнообразие, менюто – еднообразно и без вкус. Освен това персоналът се оказа груб и напълно неподготвен да работи с туристи. Вместо да оказват съдействие или поне да се усмихнат, те отговаряха по груб начин и с враждебно отношение. За съжаление това преживяване в голяма степен развали почивката ни, а съотношението качество–цена е напълно несъществуващо. Със сигурност няма да се върнем тук и препоръчвам на всички, които искат приятна почивка, да избягват този хотел. We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel in Bulgaria, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The accommodation was far below expectations – the rooms were very dirty, no cleaning was done during our stay, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The food was poor in quality, with small portions and no variety, the menu being repetitive and tasteless. On top of that, the staff turned out to be rude and completely unprepared to work with tourists. Instead of offering help or even a simple smile, they responded in a disrespectful and hostile manner. Unfortunately, this experience ruined much of our holiday, and the price-to-quality ratio is nonexistent. We will definitely not return here, and I strongly recommend anyone looking for a pleasant vacation to avoid this hotel.

- Staicu (6/5): Acceptabil dar nu de repetat - A fost liniște, am avut ce sa mâncam însa nu a fost nimic wow, ca si aspect a fost frumos, m-am bucurat ca a fost baia curata si camera ok. Personalul ( fetele) din restaurant foarte dragute si amabile. Am început cu stângul încă de la chek-in, unde in mod normal trebuia sa fie făcut la 14 conform booking, insa ne-a spus sa venim la 15, la 15:20 am ajuns înapoi in recepție iar cheile le-am primit la 16. Domnul de la recepție foarte arogant si ne vorbea de sus, puțin rasist părerea mea. Piscina curata si cu aspect frumos insa foarte rece, nu am putut sa ne bucuram de ea.Am găsit prosoapele murdare in camera, am preferat sa nu folosim, insa daca solicitai doamnelor de la curățenie le schimbau. Raport calitate preț aproape ok, insa nu m-as mai întoarce.
- Burlacu (1/5): Rezervarea anulată - Nimic. Ni s.a anulat rezervarea pe motive tehnice. Vrăjeală de a lor pentru ca a fost alt cuplu în aceeași perioada doar ca mai mare și nu era nici o problema tehnica de renovare sau altceva. Niște nesimțiți. Degajarea cu care ne auzim anulat rezervarea. Pentru a face loc altora cu sejur mai lung. Nu recomand nimănui acest hotel.

- Tothazan (10/5): - It was very close tot the beach like 2 mins , the staff was very friendly almost everyone spoke English there, the guy at the reception was very friendly and very kind to us , they offered to carry our luggage to the room , they gave center sea view room for free and high speed internet for free as well. 10/10 🤩

- Costache (1/5): - 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩 Meniul nu e diversificat deloc. Aceeași mâncare în fiecare zi. Am comunicat ffff greu la recepție. Vesela și tacâmuri insuficiente în raport cu nr de oaspeți la masa. Trebuia sa aștepți sa debaraseze vesela pentru a primi farfurie și tacâmuri.Raportul calitate prețlasa de dorit. Lipsa locurilor de parcare. Nuuu recomand.
