The rooms were quite spacious There was no distinction between smoking and non smoking rooms l. I had to stay with children in the room where someone had smoked with air conditioning turned on. The level of cleanliness was despicable. The hotel is nothing like shown in the photos on your website. It seemed to be such a shady place.

- Hashmi (1/5): Bad - I would like the same rent that was mentioned on the website. They charged me 1000 RP extra. even though they couldn't manage the food order on time. They served us no fresh snacks that were ordered and I mentioned them we are 3 adults and 2 children they served only 3 breakfast and said that children are not included.

- Shahzaib (5/5): Summing up, I would just say that kindly replace that guy “Makav” from the reception, if he is the owner, just get some - The only think I liked about the property was the size of room. That’s all. Everything actually, want to to mention the rude behaviour of Ahmed Makav, the guy at the reception. He seemed to show he is professional, but he was totally rude at all. He needs to understand the hospitality, understanding, sweet tone, and showing some flexibility over rates and check in/out times is something a guest looks in a hotel or guest house. A bottle of water doesn’t fix anything. Lastly, at my stay they went into some mess with some guest at the hotel, I will avoid mentioning the details but it did bother and affected my stay as well.

It was not suitable for me because I had to rest at night and had to leave in the morning f - Staff, cleanliness and especially food and huge room with separate drawing room. Only the curtain in the washroom and dry cleaned but a stained towel. Maybe it was some kind of ink but it was dry-cleaned with no bed smell

- Travel (1/5): Bad - At good location. Shopping places are nearby. Staff is extremely rude. The lady and a boy sitting on first desk are extremely rude. In the rooms there were no blankets, only white bed sheet to cover instead of blanket. 1 bed sheet for 1 room. We asked multiple time at front desk to provide blanket or extra bed sheets as weather was little cold at night time but the reception lady didn't listen. There was no house keeping during 3 days stay. Staff is eating their breakfast and foods in the main lobby so if guests need to sit in the lobby, there is no place at all. Extremely disappointing experience. They can make the service better. Owner should keep an eye on the staff or provide his number for complaints.
