- Abdul (1/5): Bad - We paid for an extra day, and before paying, we informed them that we would be leaving the place at 1:00 pm, which they agreed to. However, the next day, they told us to leave earlier, which isn’t acceptable. Secondly, the internet there is very slow
- Dean (1/5): Bad - We looked for 2 bedroom apartments and booked Hawaii residencies as a 2 Bed Apartment.
On arrival, we found that one of the bedrooms was actually locked and unavailable to access to us. NEVER have I seen a 2 bed apartment with one bedroom "locked".
We contacted the representative, who suggested that if more than one bedroom was required, then the cost would increase.
A representative from the owner arrived and unlocked the bedroom, and informed us that there was a "mix up," and NO further fee was payable for the use of the second bedroom.
We paid the full amount as of Booking.com to the representative, and she left -
The NEXT day, the booking.com form had been amended, and the cost INCREASED .. actually, by $100. After we had paid the FULL AMOUNT.
We found this to be undertaken by the "brother" or a family member.
The "Brother" then continued to contact us, saying we owed more money, when the payment had already been made.
On the 4th day of our week stay, we awoke to find the "brother" sat in the apartment, demanding extra money and passports from one of our party members.
This is disgraceful behaviour, not only on the part of "locking rooms", but then blatantly entering the property, when clients were in residence, and ASLEEP, and waiting for one or more to WAKE to demand more money. Truly, disgraceful.
To date, there has been NO APOLOGY, simply a demand, that the week stay we had paid for, be cut short by one day, due to our "refusal" to pay extra.
The place is great, the "brother" and the greed, selfishness, and demanding nature, which is completely unnecessary and truly disrespectful, is not.
Very, very poor behaviour by a couple negates the whole.
- Maisa (9/5): Excellent location, great apartment. Just wishing a little deep cleaning was done in the apartment before we came. Overa - It was very spacious and everything we needed in the apartment was available. The condition of the apartment was great. We had a lovely time during our stay. It was a little dusty when we came there, wish they had done a little bit of deep cleaning in the whole apartment
We didn’t have a problem to sweep and mop the floors ourselves but wish the cabinets tables and sofa were cleaned because dust was there when we came.
- David (8/5): I can recommend this apartments. Yes, it would great if owner would do a little better cleaning and pest control. - Very big apartments with two restrooms. There is wash machine, it was very useful for us specifically. New conditioners, everything worked good. It was a little big dirty. There were a lot of little insects. It didn’t disturb us but it wasn’t pleasant. And I had to kill a big cockroach in the kitchen. But everything else was great.
- Muffaddal (8/5): Very good - The apartment is centrally located and is near to all the essential stores. The apartment is in an excellent condition with all the necessary utilities provided. We had a lovely stay at this place. Fahim was very helpful whenever we needed his help. NA
- Ali Rasheed (2/5): Never again going back to this place - Was checked in to an apartment, but was forced to change to another apartment in another floor of the building due maintenance requirement (as per the staff) after staying their for 5 days, which was very inconvenient. And saw that new guests were checked in to the same apartment after vacating us from there.
The new apartment was a home to cockroaches and spiders. Dust in the wardrobes. Non of the 3 rooms were able to lock and the apartment can be accessible from the next apartment through the balcony as the balcony door was broken too. Reported all concerns and no action was taken. So no security at all.
And after all these trouble 02 guys kept on coming after us saying that payments has not been settled and we need to pay them directly, which is a big scam trying to get extra money, since we had paid to Expedia and even got the emails with is, which we even forwarded to the staff who came after us.
If you love killing 4 or 5 huge cockroaches everyday this is the place for you.
Never again staying in this place and I'd never recommend anyone else to stay in this place too.

- Chirag (2/5): Disappointing Experience - For anyone considering staying at this hotel, please note 2 very important things, This is not a hotel. Its a residential society with a few rooms being given out on rent and secondly, the check-in timings are not 24 hours. In fact, there was no staff available until 9am. They told us there was a family emergency with 1 of the staff members who is available during nights. I understand emergencies happen, but it should be hotel management responsibility to make sure there is a replacement. We reached the hotel at around 6am and could not get our room until 9am and the room was also not completely ready. We had to remind them to send house keeping to clean the room next day.
We had 2 incidents which speak a lot about the safety and security at the hotel. Firstly, the doorbell rang at around 2am on one of the nights and one other day, someone tried to directly open the door which was fortunately double locked from inside. You don't expect to encounter such concerns at any good hotel.
Another important point to note: Wi-Fi range is only available in the living room and not inside the bedrooms.
