Johnny (2/5): Verschrikkelijk eten was beneden matig zoals bed, slaap- en badkamer. - Ontbijt viel erg tegen. Personeel wel vriendelijk en daarmee houd het ook op. Een hele penetrante schimmel lucht in slaap en badkamer. Ik zou niemand dit hotel aanraden. Vlekken in het bed penetrante geir in slaap en badkamer. Ontbijt was beneden matig.
Sandi (7/5): so so lah - staffnya ramah, bisa mengakomodir permintaan customer mengenai type kamar, parkir pun walaupun spacenya terbatas tapi bisa diatur oleh pihak hotel dengan menyediakan valet parking gratis, dekat dengan pintu masuk tol tapi agak jauh dari pintu keluar tol. Sarapan very crowded, mungkin tempatnya yang terlalu kecil ketika sarapan sedang puncaknya, saladnya sedikit sekali pilihannya, refill minuman agak terlambat, staff egg station kurang ramah, tolong perbaiki dan perhatikan antrian pelanggan, agar pelanggan merasa dihargai. Air kolam renang butek cenderung kotor, pengunjung yang tidak memakai pakaian renang bebas ikut berenang sehingga sangat tidak nyaman

Ari Khiyatil (8/5): Menyenangkan dan nyaman untuk menginap. - Lokasi cukup strategis dan terjangkau dengan lokasi tujuan, tidak terlalu macet sehingga transportasi lancar. Pelayanan resepsionis ramah dan cepat. Full senyum. Handuk sudah kusam warnanya.

APG (4/5): Viel ons tegen en niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en begripvol. Ook bij het upgraden van de kamer hielp men ons goed. De eerste kamer viel ons behoorlijk tegen en dus maar upgraden. Het restaurant viel ons zwaar tegen, diverse malen waren producten niet te bestellen ondanks dat er een promo was. Ook koude dranken waren niet op voorraad met de reden dat de koelingen voor het bier waren en er totaal geen bier aanwezig was. Andere producten op het menu waren ook niet te bestellen.

Riri (9/5): Menyenangkan nginap disini - Lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari IPB Dramaga dan strategis. Ada bus ke bandara sehingga tidak repot jauh-jauh nyari kendaraan ke bandara. Tinggal naik bus di depan hotel saja. Lantai kamar sepertinya kurang bersih karena kalau diinjak terasa berdebu. Kalau kamar mandi bersih sehingga nyaman dipakai. Untuk yg lainnya baguusss
Manisha (3/5): Poor - The staff were amazing. Facilities weren't great but maybe because it was festive peak season. Absolutely loved Fadly, one of the receptionist. He was accommodating and kind as well. Changed my room 3 times as first one the hot water wasn't working and the aircond was not cold. Second room was okay minus the fact that it was a room with a joint door and it has no privacy as you can see into the next room if you try hard enough. Third room was fine. The lift takes a while. Food was good, drinks a bit bland but otherwise wasn't too bad. It was super packed for the festive season

Annisa (8/5): Good Location and Good Facilities - The room quite spacious. Bedsheets also clean, lights room bright enough, and the view was good. Breakfast menu quite varied. There is also a safety playground for kids near the lobby / pool. Big pool also. Movie theater, and archery game set up at the Ballroom in the evening. The kids love it so much.... Great facilities. - Restaurant could not accommodate the whole guests when we had breakfast at the same time. Besides the service of live cooking also not fast enough to fulfil the guests' requests. - There is no light above the shower area. So, it was a bit dark at that area.

Sunita (7/5): Improvement on food and room facilities - Friendly staff. 1) The food service was very slow, more than half an hour wait and most food was served cold. 2) There should be English movie channels to cater for non Indonesians. All channels were Iocal language, thus couldn't understand as no subtitles as well. 3) The towels were not water absorbent. . Should change the towels and sheets were not clean, had stains.

Good pool and restaurant on the side, easy for ordering. Available just in front of the hotel a Big Bus direct to airport too. Asked for towels but they never bring any. Maybe its a saturday night and hotel was full. Should have more supply of towels.
