Occorre valutare le possibilità di spegnimento dei led colorati della lampada di emergenza. Optare per un modello diverso. Disturba nelle ore di riposo. Consiglio di aumentare le quantità di carta igienica e scottex per i prossimi ospiti in modo da non farli ultimare alla prima notte del pernottamento.

• Kasia Cz89 (10/5): Idealna baza do zwiedzania, czysto, spokojnie i wygodnie - Bardzo czysty, nowoczesny apartament w dogodnej, spokojnej lokalizacji blisko samego centrum. Nie znajduje się przy ulicy dla samochodów wiec jest cicho i spokojnie w nocy. Klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania bardzo dobrze utrzymuje komfortową temperaturę i przy tym działa cicho. Kontakt z Właścicielem znakomity, odpisuje na wiadomości i jest bardzo pomocny, ale trzeba pamiętać by wspierać się tłumaczem w telefonie jeśli nie mówimy po włosku. Wszystko zgodne ze zdjęciami i opisem, szczerze polecam. Wszystko było ok

• Palmai (10/5): Csodás, új, nagyon kényelmes, mindennel felszerelt apartman Catania központjában - Vadonatúj, ízlésesen, minden szükségessel felszerelt apartman stratégiailag nagyon jó helyen, 300 m-re a katedrálistól és a központtól. Parkolással sem volt gond, a környéken lehetett ingyenesen parkolni. Az udvarban több lakás is taláható, az életvitel délies, hangos, harsány, de ez az ottani élet része, abszolut autentikus. Márciusban voltunk, még csukva voltak az ablakok (a mieink is) minket egyáltalán nem zavart az életstílusuk. Határozottan ajánlom. Minden rendben volt

• Ana Maria (1/5): - Patul a fost confortabil, locația apropiată de centru, chiar dacă este un pic dubioasă strada pe care se află Proprietarii stau și fac gălăgie până târziu, vorbesc intr una toată ziua, țipă la telefon, se ceartă și din cauza pereților se aude totul. Am citit comentarii legate despre acest aspect și am văzut ca proprietarii i-au luat peste picior cu răspunsurile ceea ce m a făcut să cred ca au exagerat cei care s-au cazat. Să nu mai spus ca în ultima seară am fost trezită la aproape 12 noaptea de tipele lor și la 00:30 am primit mesaj legat de check out. Lipsa de respect față de cei care vin și stau aici este la cote maxime. Un alt aspect negativ, la boiler nu a era deschisă priza și bineînțeles ca am descoperit asta când am intrat în duș pentru ca nu am fost avertizată de acest lucru. Vasele din dulap nu erau așa curate. Oricum aspectul cu boilerul și vasele nu cântăresc asa mult pentru ca am putut sa le rezolvăm și singuri, dar peste țipete nu putem trece. Te duci în vacanță sa te relaxezi nu stai sa auzi cum țipă unii, care mai sunt și proprietarii locației pe deasupra. În timpul săptămânii ne trezea și mașina de gunoi care trece în jurul orei 7, dar asta nu depinde din ei.

Duży pokój z szerokim, wygodnym łóżkiem, komoda, szafa, tv. Wszystko nowe, czyste. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, kawa, herbata do dyspozycji gości. Czysta, przestronna łazienka z kosmetykami. kilka minut spacerem do centrum, na dworzec kolejowy i autobusowy ok. 25 minut na piechotę. Blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Zaplecze gastronomiczne na wyciągnięcie ręki. Miły gospodarz - Davide.

• halkojapko (8/5): Świetne miejsce w tym stosunku jakości do ceny - Dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut od pętli autobusowej i turystycznego centrum miasta. Bardzo duże łóżko, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Brak deski klozetowej w toalecie.

Camera grande, cucina utilizzabile anche come sala da pranzo, bagno spazioso. Puntuale comunicazione con l'host. Il bagno senza finestra dovrebbe avere una qualche forma di aerazione. Un pochino di manutenzione "ordinaria" in più non guasterebbe. La situazione di degrado di TUTTO il centro storico di Catania non è un bel biglietto da visita né per il pubblico né per i privati.

• Barbara (6/5): - Very close to the main center of Catania (Piazza del Duomo). Apartment is on the first floor of the house. The owner's mother is living downstairs. All day long the family sits outside under your windows talking, shouting, laughing etc. The highlight of the day was at 1am from Saturday on Sunday when a son was shouting "Mamma, mamma". In the Sunday afternoon I hoped to lie down as we were up almost whole Saturday due to yelling, singing etc., but no - whole family was again outside under our window and talking, shouting etc. Also, you can use the kitchen, but it is forbidden to fry anything or have fish. In the bathroom, there was no toilet sit and no ventilator for humid air.

• Ciro (10/5): La Sicilia verace - La casa vacanze si trova veramente vicina al centro storico di Catania, che è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. La struttura si trova in un vicoletto pedonale, ma nelle strade limitrofe è possibile trovare parcheggio gratuito con l'auto. La camera da letto è veramente ampia ed arredata con gusto, così come il resto della casa. La cucina abitabile è dotata di tutti gli utensili per eventualmente cucinare (compreso microonde); c'è in dotazione anche una macchinetta del caffè con capsule. Il bagno è ampio e con una bella cabina doccia. Il punto di forza è stato sicuramente il rapporto con l'host Davide e sua madre, che abitavano al piano terra. Sono stati da subito super accoglienti e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra, sempre disponibili per consigli o anche una semplice chiaccherata. Un giorno la mia compagna aveva bisogno di un parrucchiere, e ci hanno fatto venire fino a casa la nipote che è del mestiere e molto brava. Vi consiglio di non rinunciare a questo plus durante il vostro soggiorno.

Posizione centralissima, 6 minuti dal duomo di Catania e comoda per spostamenti senza macchina. Davide è stato accogliente dal primo momento, ci ha dato consigli preziosissimi. La sua mamma sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Zona della casa tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte nonostante la vicinanza al centro. Torneremo sicuramente ❤️ Nel frattempo aspettiamo Davide a Milano 🫶

• Sara Iorizzo (8/5): Struttura nuova, posizione eccellente - Struttura ubicata a pochi passi dal duomo in pieno centro storico, all'interno nuova e dotata di tutti i confort. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare per il soggiorno le capsule per il caffè e alcuni prodotti da bagno a disposizione molto apprezzato. Inoltre ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare la valigia per qualche ora dopo orario di check out. Struttura poco arieggiata e quartiere rumoroso.

• Iulia (6/5): Acceptabil - The apartment is located close to the main streets which made it easy to go anywhere anytime. The apartment was clean. The apartment is well located in relation to the main squares, the neighborhood was very noisy in the evening and during the night, sometimes, until 24.00 combined with a very poor isolation, it was really difficult to sleep. The apartment doesn't have normal windows, and maybe that's why all the noise can get through them. The apartment is located in an area with very dirty streets. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The flat lacked as a toilet seat.

Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi: The flat had functioning air-conditioning, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which we appreciated. Location: The flat is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Storage Space: There was ample storage space available for our belongings. Noise Levels: The flat is not soundproof at all, and this became a major issue throughout our stay. David and his family members spoke extremely loudly, sometimes shouting non-stop for over an hour at a time, with no regard for their neighbors or us as guests. This occurred both during the day and late at night, making it impossible to relax or get proper sleep. The constant noise was not only disruptive but also incredibly frustrating, as it persisted throughout our entire stay. Bathroom Ventilation: There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which made it stuffy after use. Basic Amenities: The flat lacked some essentials, such as a toilet seat, and the kitchen cutlery consisted of just one fork, knife, and spoon, which was insufficient. Accessibility: The description should mention that access to the flat involves climbing stairs from the street and navigating a steep, awkward staircase to the flat itself, which could be problematic for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Parking: There is no dedicated parking; you must park on the street or in a nearby square. Language Barrier: While David welcomed us nicely, he doesn’t speak English, which could make communication challenging for non-Italian speakers.

The toilet seat in the apartment was missing, which was quite surprising. The owner, although he hadn't informed us in advance, apologized and said that the plumber couldn't come before our stay but would fix it soon. After we asked for it, he gave us a toilet seat to install ourselves. We couldn't manage to install it, but fortunately, it was acceptable just to place it on the toilet.

Located only a few meters from the cathedral and in the middle of life. In the description of the property is mentioned that free parking is available. That meens , feel free and solve your parking problem as you can.

David were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Also David helped us to fix the problem with uber drivers who dropped-off us in other locations. Wine glasses would be necessary, after all, we are in Sicily :) The soundproofing of the apartment is not good.

• Beni (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is located near the centre. 10-15 min by walking. The apartment looks good. The one on the second floor. The bed sheets had hair on them when we checked in, and we asked to be replaced. The owner changed them, but he didn't believe us until he saw.. The neighbours are very, very noisy. There are many children in the area and at 23:00 they all play and scream in front of the apartment. The apartment doesn't have normal windows, and maybe that's why all the noise can get through them. The apartment is located in an area with very dirty streets.

It is located very close to the center of the city and to the other attractions of Catania like Castello Ursino(250m), Piazza del Duomo with Fontana dell'Elefante (500 m), Teatro Antico (290 m). David is a very nice and helpful host, he recommended us one place with a very good pizza, located about 140 m from the apartment. He left us some water, eggs, candies and coffee capsules, which was very kind of him. If we were going to visit Catania again, we would choose David's apartment again.

The property was clean, comfortable and quite spacious for 1-2 people and for a short stay. The flat had all the basic amenities that overall contributed to a pleasant stay. It is located quite close to the main attractions and a lot of different shops in Catania. Would recommend this place for a stay in Catania! Surprisingly, though the flat is located in a smaller residential area away from the main street, the neighbourhood is quiet noisy. You could hear a lot of noise from the outside really late at night and really early in the morning, so this did disturb the sleep.

• Mary (5/5): Due to unforeseen circumstances, the host kindly allowed a late check in at 7:30pm. unfortunately the host did not infor - The room was clean, there were coffee capsules, shampoo & body wash, and a small hair dryer. no spare toilet rolls, no drinking water in the fridge, no iron.
