• Stephanie (9/5): - Bed was comfy, shower was wonderful. Breakfast had a wide spread. Loved our stay. We were here for 4 nights. Aircon didn’t work well as it kept showing error. However, weather was cool so we didn’t need it was much.

Нет вентиляции, было душно, окно без москитной сетки, с открытым окном комары налетели и был шум от наружного блока (чиллера или VRF). По оплате отдельная история. Позвонил спросил сколько стоит номер трехместный, 92$ я сказал ок, забронирую через букинг, здесь 61 стоит, мне сказали отправить скрин цен букинга и свои данные мол сделают за эти же деньги. Ок. Приезжаю показываю скрин, там еще какие то налоги и тд, я сказал, давайте я лучше через букинг забронирую, прям при них забронировал, но деньги сразу не списали, бронь увидели сказали заплатить, я спросил у них, Букинг не спишет? Они сказали что не знают, сказали заплатить налом, если что вернут, у меня столько нала не было заплатил картой, через 15 мин деньги списывает букинг, показываю историю операции, они у себя тоже видят что букинг деньги списал, говорят мол деньги вернуть проблема, что это сложно займет пару дней, я сказал ок давайте решать вместе, спросил куда звонить в налоговую или потребетель UZ, и каким то чудным образом сразу нашли решение и вернули мне деньги налом, правда сначала хотели почему-то удержать 12%, мол банк удержит и тд, в конце концов удержали только 1% за туристический сбор. Не знаю стоило это всего, но настроение они подпортили
• Thomas (9/5): - È un ottimo hotel, pulito, moderno, confortevole. Il personale è gentile e parla un ottimo inglese. Colazione fuori dal comune. Un piccolo problema al checkout per mancanza di comunicazione tra i membri del personale. Ma si è risolto tutto bene dopo pochi minuti. Nulla di grave. Se si vuole visitare la valle di Fergana non consiglio di soggiornare a Fergana: non c'è molto da vedere nella città e per raggiungere gli altri centri si deve viaggiare in taxi almeno 25 minuti

• Renat (9/5): - The clean and warm number. Clean and high-quality snow-white bed linen without lint. Thank you, Booking, for the opportunity to upgrade my room for free without additional charges. Tv not working as TV. Only looking at the YouTube music. I expected to see cheese pancakes or mini shawarma at breakfast, but there weren't any. The coffee machine only made one coffee, then stopped working. They took away the milk, even though it was 8 o'clock in the morning at breakfast.

• Samara (8/5): Excellent stay for the price - The staff were very nice, the room was excellent and clean, towels were well washed, and the bed linen was fresh and not old. Breakfast was good — overall, an excellent option for the price. The mirror on the left side of the entrance was very dusty — I was surprised because the room overall was clean, but the mirror clearly hadn’t been wiped for a long time. There was also a strange smell in the room (406).

• Xenia_W (7/5): - The location and cleanliness of the rooms. Our room faced inside the garden, therefore was nice to sleep. The hot dishes at breakfast were cold. I consider the hotel rooms overpriced, even though booking price was 40% lower then in the hotel.

• Ulrich (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und prima, Die LAge ist genial. Vor dem Hotel gibt es auch einen Kaffeestand. In der Umgebung gibt es noch mehr Möglichkeiten für einen richtigen Kaffee, aber im Ferganatal selbst ist das eher eine Seltenheit. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sin sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist nicht europäisch. Aber das ist in dieser Region auch nicht zu erwarten. Es ist von mir nur ein Hinweis aber keine Kritik.

• Mark (10/5): Fantastic hotel, amazing staff! - The staff were super friendly and hospital. They provided me lots of information on visiting the key sites in Ferghana city as well as Margilan and Rishtan. The room was flash and clean with good wifi and the included breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here!

• Kolesova (8/5): Great location, very pleasant, helpful but inexperienced staff. Help them by training them. - Breakfast was,fine. Location is excellent. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. I had to go to the reception and ask for new supplies - water, soaps, toilet paper etc. We booked on Bookcom. and the hotel advertised that it has a pool. At the end of our stay they asked us to pay for rhe pool use. We thought it was a joke. Don't advertise that you have a pool on Booking.com as it is misleading.
