• Cristian (10/5): - A simple but very functional flat. Everything was clean. The area is quiet and very well connected via public transportation, which makes it easy to get around the city. Also, Andrea is an amazing host and he helped me with a lot of tips to visit the city. Definitely a good option for a short stay in Berlin!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto che fosse luminoso, silenzioso e ben organizzato. La cucina è davvero super attrezzata, cosa non così scontata negli appartamenti in affitto. La zona è ben collegata e ci si muove facilmente con i mezzi. Nel complesso un soggiorno semplice e senza problemi. Torneremo! tutto ok

• Marco (10/5): Come a casa - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa è accogliente, luminosa e in una posizione comodissima, ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici e vicina a negozi e servizi. Si percepisce che è un appartamento vissuto e curato, il che lo rende molto più caldo e autentico rispetto ai classici alloggi impersonali. Tutto era pulito e organizzato, il letto comodo e l’ambiente tranquillo, perfetto per riposarsi dopo una giornata in città. Le istruzioni per il check-in erano chiare e semplici, e la comunicazione è stata sempre rapida e gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consigliamo a chi cerca un soggiorno pratico, confortevole e con un’atmosfera “di casa”. Ci torneremmo volentieri!
• Irma (4/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war gut und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber freundlich. Leider war die Wohnung schmuddelig und nicht wirklich gut gereinigt. Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass es eine Privatwohnung ist, die gelegentlich auch vermietet wird. Wir hätten das Objekt dann nicht gewählt.

• Christine (2/5): Enttäuschend - Wir können die ganzen guten Bewertungen leider nicht bestätigen. Die Wohnung war dreckig, in der Küche schimmelte etwas im Kühlschrank, die Kaffeemaschine blinkte rot aufgrund von starker Verschmutzung, im Kaffeesatzbehälter schimmelte es ebenso. Das Bad wurde wohl auch länger nicht geputzt,musste vor Benutzung von uns selbst gereinigt werden. Die Leiste bei der Dusche ist aufgeweicht und schimmelt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten einen modrigen Geruch, die Kissen waren steinhart, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einzig positiv war der vorab Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zwecks Check-in. Wie man so freundlich sein kann, wenn man eine so verdeckte Wohnung vermietet, ist für uns allerdings nicht verständlich. Wir haben uns absolut nicht wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief problemlos und absolut super! Das Haus an sich ist nicht gerade malerisch umso positiver ist die Überraschung nach dem Öffnen der Wohnungstür

Andrea was a really helpful host, knowledgeable, quick to respond to messages and checked in on us during the stay. The kitchen area could have been a little cleaner. Though the rest of the flat (bathroom, bedrooms etc) were spotless.

• Emanuele (10/5): Potessimo, torneremmo anche domani! - La posizione della casa è ottima, vicino ad una delle stazioni più importanti di Berlino ed in un quartiere vivace. A pochi passi da un grande centro commerciale e ben collegato con tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente il nostro host, ma Andrea si è comunque rivelata una persona attenta e premurosa e ci ha messo a disposizione la sua bellissima casa. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e ben voluti. La casa è dotata di tutti i principali comfort, come forno microonde, lavatrice, lavapiatti, riscaldamento efficiente in giornate particolarmente fredde.
