• Rajini (10/5): Kutir was a pleasant surprise! Huge thanks to Dinesh for making it a comfortable stay for my family. - Dinesh was an excellent host. Prompt responses, good follow up and attention to detail. I liked that the place had a lot of space, each bedroom with it's own ensuite and privacy as well as kitchen facilities. Infact it's great value for money if you could utilise the whole space with 6-8 people. It wasn't for us as we had just 3 staying and only to sleep for the night. I wish the location was a bit closer to where we had our events, but that's on me as I didn't check properly, however, it was well worth going back to a clean and comfortable place at the end of a long day. The location itself is very secure, private and still close to all amenities with good access to Uber, Ola etc..
• Sucheta (9/5): Good one - Very good property with spacious and neat rooms. The host Mr Dinesh is very prompt with his responses to any query any time of the day. Housekeeping staff cleans the property daily. Kitchen is well equipped.

My entire family loved it so much that we actually tweaked our travel schedule a little so as to extend our stay there by one more day... The surroundings are so peaceful that we actually forgot that we were in Hyderabad... N finally a big shout out to Mr. Dinesh who is a true super host... The way he was involved in the tiniest of details to improve the quality of our stay speaks volumes about his passionate nature.. Thank you Dinesh... Looking forward to seeing you again... Nothing

• Murali (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Clean rooms, ample space, good RO water, clean washrooms and toiletries, late check in, but host was awake to let us in and ensured we were comfortable. Took personal care to check and ensure our stay was pleasant.
