• camille (10/5): Central et spacieux - Grand appartement au dernier étage d’un immeuble calme. En plein cœur des quartier espagnol on peut tout visiter à pied
• Mona Elisabeth (10/5): Stor og romslig leilighet - Bra beliggenhet, stor og romslig leilighet med store rom og bad med stor og god dusj. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt for å tilberede måltider. Det var kjempe deilig med 1 stor og 2 små balkonger for å lese bok, spise frokost og ta seg et glass vin. Også greit med lang tørkesnor til klesvasken. Leiligheten trenger en grundig vask, spesielt kjøkken. Det var mye flekker og veldig skittent på gulv i hele leiligheten, samt mye støv på lamper etc. Vaskemaskin var ødelagt inn slik at den ødela våres nye klær. Jeg gjorde eier oppmerksom på dette, men den meldingen ble ignorert. Når jeg viste eier dette ved utsjekk, fikk jeg kun til svar at de ikke kunne sjekke alt hver gang nye gjester sjekket inn. Det var tydelig at maskinen hadde vært ødelagt en god stund og at de var klar over dette. Ingen beklager eller snakk om å erstatte vårt ødelagte tøy. Vi er vant med å gå i trapper, men jeg vil gjøre folk oppmerksom på at det er 73 trappetrinn opp til leiligheten. Har du utfordringer med bratte trapper og høye trinn, er ikke dette leiligheten for deg.

• Jelena (10/5): Great Quartieri Spagnoli experience - Perfect location to be, walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions and metro stations (many things reachable on foot). Owner was great, friendly, helpful and welcomed us with a big smile. Place worth staying in.

• Tim (10/5): Very nice apartment in a great location. - Great location. We were in what looked like the old town. Lots of narrow streets with shops, restaurants and all sorts going on. The apartment is near the top of the building. It is large. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Very clean. A traditional balcony is on the living room plus a small one on each bedroom. It was great having breakfast Al fresco. A bonus was the WiFi. It is good WiFi as well.

• Elena (8/5): Spacious comfortable apartment with 71 stairs to access! - The apartment is located in Spanish quarter, 5-7 min away from Toledo metro but uphill. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. 2 bedrooms with double beds with air con in each room. There is a big living room with kitchen as photo indicates. The bed sheets and towels are crystal white and soft. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a new tea kettle. A big fridge and freezer. There is small fruit and fish market nearby as well as Conad/supermarket is next to Toledo metro. It is quiet in the apartment. Host doesn’t speak English or German but very responsive. Fast and stable internet as I could manage a couple of video business meetings without any issues. Worth value for money as very good vibe indoors! Very high and steep staircase! Even with cabin luggage it is difficult for girls to go up. Would be great to have wine glasses (were locked) and 2 nd key from check in. As well as access to wardrobe in master bedroom (was locked). I couldn’t properly accommodate my long dresses. Might be issues with hot water.. be patient it will come🤣

• Julie-anne (7/5): Very nice, but off the grid on a dirty street. - Very clean, quiet as high up, fully equipped, huge shower, sheets ironed, water in fridge, toiletries Google maps or taxi drivers could not locate it, as was off a street. Was impossible to find, as so many streets crossing over each other. Very stressful. The balcony over looking the street was very dusty, dirty abandoned street, not appealing. Key stuck in door morning of checkout for ages.
• Kenneth (10/5): A ver nice apartment in the heart of the Spanish quarter - Beautiful apartment, spacious and clean. 2 king sized beds, a huge kitchen/dining room, and a shower that could hold 5 people. (That would be a crowded shower, but you get the idea). Beds were ultra-comfortable, and in all just a very nice place to stay. An elevator would have been nice, as it is 4 floors up, but if you don’t mind stairs, it’s a lovely place when you arrive. Think of it as working off all that pizza!

• Cassandra (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and spacious with ac. No mention of the 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment with no lift. Not ideal when travelling with suit case bigger than 10kg or if person has health issues.
• Ekaterina (7/5): Live like a local on top of the Spanish Quarters - Phenomenal location to see the everyday life of the old city/Spanish quarters, close to everything and possible to do shopping in the morning, come back and then go on sightseeing. Lovely and long balcony on the street to have your morning coffee or the evening meal. Mari is very responsive and answered all questions super quick The living room probably used to be a smoking space : you do not notice after a while but when opening the entrance door to the flat it does hit you. It is quite loud: the living room faces a street, the bedroom the side street of via enrico ruta which is quiet but to short to keep the noise at bay. On top of that, the house opposite is being renovated so from about 8 to 11 there is additional noise.

• Samsom (9/5): Beautiful house 😍 - Mari is a nice person she helped us find beaches near the house Location was in center and close to many restaurants and shopping , house is beautiful with AC each rooms The only thing that was not convenient for us was the stairs with a child and stroller it wasn’t easy, over all it was worth it
• Ruben (9/5): Extraordinary apartment to get to know Naples. - Spacious apartment, very clean, with many details and everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Perfect for a family. Totally recommended, I would definitely repeat. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but when you get to the apartment, you see that it was worth it.
