El tiempo no nos permitió - El paisaje, y el lujo de la habitación (nos hospedamos en la máster suite con jacuzzi) Por la relación calidad - precio solo recomendaría mejorar el menú ofreciendo más opciones, teniendo en cuenta que por la ubicación es preferible quedarse y tomar los alimentos en el mismo hotel

The staff were delightful and incredibly helpful with everything. Breakfast can be served in the room at no extra charge. Fabulous toiletries, excellent bed and bedding, huge and powerful shower. Easy to get to town with either taxi or jeep willy. There was no complimentary water provided (tap water is apparently potable but not recommended) .

• VicLar (1/5): Very disappointed - My recent stay was unfortunately not as expected. After a long drive, my elderly mother and I were disappointed to find that the room provided did not match our reservation. We had specifically booked a room with a queen and a twin bed to accommodate us both, but were given a small room with only a queen bed. The person in charge said to us that this was the only one available as the ones with two beds were occupied already and the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. If we had known that a room with two beds was not available, we would have made arrangements to stay elsewhere. I appreciate that Booking.com was able to promptly assist in canceling the reservation. It was quite disappointing to start our trip this way.

La atención maravillosa de su personal, que busca hacer sentir en casa a sus huéspedes. El diseño y decoración del hotel muy bonito, rica comida y además muy cerca de Filandia, que sigue siendo una población muy bonita. Lo recomendamos, sin duda. Es una linda experiencia, además de la posibilidad de realizar la caminata a las cascadas que a nosotros, nos encantó.

The family that lives there treated us so nicely, they’re super warm and attentive; they even helped my sister preparing a birthday surprise for me. This hotel is honestly a hidden gem, you really feel like living in the country-side: there’s fresh fruit all the time, hiking, a beautiful water fall, Oso (the dog) is adorable. • Anthony (6/5): Very tastefully decorated, but needs more attention to noise and good quality for the status level - The hotel is very gratefully decorated, very clean and organised. The staff were friendly. The room was also tastefully done, chic- rustic. The food well presented. There was a lot of noise from the adjacent room and from the hall. We opened the balcony door and the balcony to the b next room was only separated by a thin screen, their TV was easy to hear (although not necessarily in loud) . Also, the halls had concrete floors and walls and the noise was not dissipated (our room had a louvre panel at the bottom). The food, while nicely presented was disappointing, with, for example, supermarket- bought mass- produced waffles. Also as the reservation description mentioned a separate living space from the bedroom that did not exist (to include a sofa-bed which we fortunately did not need) we went out to speak to the person on reception, at about 9:30 pm. The hall was dark and the door through to the lobby was locked and we could see that all of the lights were off. We went out v of the side and round to the front to find the main doorr ajar. We were wandering around for about 15-20 minutos without finding anyone. We also phoned contact numbers from the hotel and booking but got no answer. We sent a message to the hotel and to booking about the inconveniences, but got no reply.

Their kindness, humility, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel not just welcomed but truly cared for. When we first arrived, we were a bit concerned about the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The family reassured us that the nights were naturally cool and that previous guests had never found it to be an issue. However, since we are used to the white noise provided by a fan or AC unit, we expressed our concerns to the daughter of the family. Without hesitation, she contacted Ignacio, the hotel manager, who immediately took action. To our surprise, Ignacio didn’t just grab any fan—he drove all the way to the main city and got us the best one he could find. This level of attentiveness and care meant the world to us. What truly impressed us was Ignacio’s dedication to ensuring our comfort. Even after going out of his way to get the fan, he waited for us to return from a late dinner just to meet us personally and make sure we were happy and comfortable. That level of personalized service is rare and speaks volumes about the hospitality at Tuki Hotel. Beyond that, the family’s kindness extended even further. One evening, we accidentally wandered off the main road and ended up with a flat tire. In the middle of the night, during a rainstorm, the gentleman from the family came to our rescue and helped my husband change the tire. His generosity and willingness to assist us in such difficult conditions truly touched our hearts. The hotel itself was wonderful—our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. Waking up to the sound of birds and the sight of lush greenery was an unforgettable experience. Tuki Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel like family. La habitación es amplia y confortable con excelentes productos de cuidado personal. El sendero a las cascadas es muy agradable y poco exigente. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. No fue posible graduar la temperatura del agua de la ducha, se demora mucho en salir caliente, después sale muy caliente y al intentar graduarla, se pone fría nuevamente. Faltan ganchos o aditamentos para colgar las toallas.

La casa es divina y las habitaciones son muy lindas y cómodas, tal como las fotos que aparecen en la página. Sin duda volveríamos a escoger este hospedaje. En la finca hay una cascada muy linda donde uno se puede bañar y queda a 10min en carro del pueblo de Filandia. Nos gustó todo. Podría mejorar tener más variedad en el menú. Pero teniendo en cuenta que recién estaban recibiendo huéspedes entendimos la carta. Sería muy bueno poner agua potable para beber (en jarras) en las habitaciones.
