• Battistella (9/5): - Molto bello l'appartamento e vicino alla fermata del bus. La stessa chiave apre i due cancelli opposti vicini alle fermate (il 6 che va e viene dal centro) . Qualche problema con la caldaia ma tutto si è risolto con l'intervento tempestivo del tecnico.
• buchaillard (1/5): - Rien pas d’eau chaude durant 3 jours, aucun équipement placards vides, appartement pas très propre, proposé pour 5 ca serait plutôt 4 ! Photos mensongères tout a vieilli et intérieur très humide. Bruyant fuyez ! propriétaire complètement absent pour aider à résoudre ce qui ne va pas. Dommage l’appartement est pas trop mal placé. Tout nul trop cher pour ce que c'est.

• Francisco (7/5): Salvo el incómodo expuesto arriba, el resto bien. - Bien localizado con transporte fácil al centro. Combinamos un horario para la entrega de las llaves. El encargado llegó con dos horas de atrazo. El piso había sido usado y no lo habían limpiado, ni cambiado sábanas y toallas. Vinieron a limpiarlo y lo dejaron excelente. Pero la espera en un día frío y con lluvia dejó mucho a desear.
• Kristiyan (8/5): Good place to stay at when in Florence - Near to the city center,bus stop in front of the house,private parking free and that's was a great thing cos parking in Florence it's a complicated thing...... I think in the kitchen should be some more utensils but....

• Lisa (7/5): - Geräumige Zimmer, großes Bad Nicht so ganz sauber, für das Doppelbett nur eine Decke, keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu machen, da Bialetti nicht auf Induktionsherd funktionierte, generell sehr wenig Küchenausstattung (Schalen, wenig Tassen, keine Grundausstattung zum Kochen, wie Öl, Gewürze etc.)
• Rafael (7/5): - Localização, banheiro e chuveiro, cozinha e utensílios. Prédio excelente, elevador bom, estacionamento no local. Muitos pombos na região que chegam na sacada da sala. Sacada suja.
• Cristian (8/5): Un lugar para pasar unos pocos días de visita en Florencia - La ubicación está bien. Es cercana al centro de Florencia; se puede ir caminando y es un paseo agradable. El piso es espacioso y el mobiliario nuevo (IKEA). Las terrazas del piso están bien, una con mejores vistas que la otra, aunque ambas internas. Se agradece la cochera (parking) en el edificio, aunque es importante saber que es para vehículos medianos. Pocas indicaciones sobre aspectos logísticos en Florencia (Ej.: se necesita una aplicación para abrir los cubos de basura en la calle, la temperatura del piso no puede superar los 19º y no se puede prender la calefacción hasta cierta fecha). Los aires acondicionados no funcionaban para dar calor. Algo compleja la gestión de las llaves (un sólo juego, asociados a la electricidad del edificio, imposible de separar)

• EVANGELOS (10/5): Comfortable clean apartment 3 Kms from the historical centre - Comfortable beds, big spaces, nice terrace, very clean apartment. Tight parking space, you can fit tightly a regular car.

• Oana (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for our family of five very close to the bus station and actually in walking distance from most of destination that we needed (20-30 min). Very clean and quiet. It’s a very good choice for everyone.

• Maria (8/5): Everything was good ,the apartment is comfortable and has a private parking spot - The apartment is well located and it have private parking spot. It is important to do maintenance to some things in the apartment: - fix the curtain from one of the rooms and from the living room (it doesn’t close completely , letting sunlight into the rooms) - fix the bathroom ‘s door knob and the seal from the doors in the shower - the neighbor from the floor below is a little bit rude and unrespectful.

• Fran (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family to set up home base to explore Florence and surrounding areas - Perfect little apartment for a family. It was outside of the tourist hustle but only 20 minutes walk to Uffizi gallery and all the sites, with easy access to bus if you don’t want to walk. We were very thankful for the included parking spot as we avoided driving into the center of Florence but it was a perfect home base to drive to surrounding Tuscany, even Pisa. So much to see! We felt very secure in the gated community. We could do laundry and cook meals. Cafes, bakeries, groceries all a short walk away. Everything you need is there. We loved staying among regular people just living their regular lives, but be mindful to be respectful!
• Mark (5/5): Passable - We new the location would be great as we had stayed around there before. Parking was a bonus with great amenities near by. Loved the coffee shop just outside the main entrance where you can grab your morning coffee and some delicious party and sweets. Supermarket was 5 min walk with great choice to cater even for gluten and dairy free needs amongst other dietary requirements. The noise insulation of the entire block was terrible and you could hear the smallest of noises from the neighbors. Wouldn't recommend it for a family with little children unless you are happy to deal with the constant complaining from the signora downstairs :)

• Antonio (10/5): We were satisfied in every aspect of our 4 days stay in this apartment and will surely recommend. - The location was great, one can walk around and the centrum was quick to reach.. food store like Esselunga was just around the corner and the coffee shops and pizza parlor was stone throw away.
