Guest Reviews
- Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - zielona, spokojna okolica chociaż to prawie centrum.
Czysto i przytulnie.
Wspaniały kontakt z właścicielem, duża pomoc i pełna kultura kontaktu już przed przyjazdem jak i po opuszczeniu apartamentu! Wszystko OK

- Athanasios (8/5): In general everything else was alright and Phil was very by eager to send us information about Rome. - I liked the location. I didn’t like that there was no closet to put my clothes.
I also a didn’t like that in the apartment there was a dehumidifier that was working 24/7 and especially at night where you want to relax it’s annoying to listen it’s sound.
- Khurana (8/5): If or when I visit Rome again, I would reconsider staying in this property. - The property location is excellent! Beds were very comfortable. All the information about check in and such was communicated and Phil responded promptly each time we needed support. The kitchen could be better equipped. There were no spatulas, only one cooking pot and the frying pan was not compatible with the induction.
- Karina (10/5): Exceptional - It was very nice to visit Rome and live in this place. Clean and comfortable. The owner, a very nice man, often asks if everything is ok with us and if we need anything. Also before our arrival he sent a lot of useful information that helped us with the road from the airport
- Anamaria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pablo (6/5): Although content with the loft location and amenities, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths - The loft is clean, and is adequately equipped. As expected by the description. Competitive price for that location. Although the host was overly attentive during the free-to-cancel-reservation period, we were deeply disappointed when we were granted a late checkout and then they changed their mind 24h before our departure. This was critical for us since we had a pretty busy schedule that last day, needing somewhere to leave the bags. There are few places were one can leave the bags very early in the morning in Rome, and we could have planned this out better had we not counted on them.
Also, the host asks to leave the city tax payment in cash on the room table, to be collected by the "cleaning crew", and without receipt or any sort of traceability.
At a loss trying to figure out why the host acts as if they lived elsewhere apart from the actual loft building. Their dog seems very friendly. Had I been the host I'd have taken care of the luggage myself to avoid the embarrassment. I'd also collect extra fees/taxes either electronically or at least offer a receipt back if cash was my sole option.
- Ashley (10/5): We had a very nice stay it a really great neighborhood. - It was cute
- Andres (10/5): Very comfortable - The apartment is as beautiful as it is in the photos, everything is very well maintained, very clean and with a great location. It is close to many exquisite restaurants and very accessible to well-known places. Everything is great
- Katarína (8/5): Very good - The location is very good. It is walking distance from all the best restaurants in Trastevere, also the bus stop and some grocery stores are near. The 'other side' of Rome is also not too far, for e.g. it is possible to just stroll to piazza navona if you like walking.
Meghan provided a lot of information to us before and also during the stay. We arrived earlier then 3pm and she let us leave our bags at the apartment until the cleaning was done. We could go for lunch until that time. The cleaning lady was also very nice and helpful, she offered us calling a taxi for us for Sunday morning. We decided for the bus, however, should rather have chosen a taxi. There were 2 things we didn't like. The first is the absence of a wardrobe, we didn't have space where to put our clothes and had to leave everything in the luggages.
The second is the musty smell. Even though there are at least 3 air fresheners in the apartment, the smell can be felt. It is not just unpleasant but also very unhealthy. This smell I guess is due to the insufficient ventilation.
- Olga (9/5): Superb -
- Zharko (9/5): Superb -

- Stacey (10/5): 7 night stay - Beautifully decorated and comfortable bed, good shower and excellent location, we walked to every tourist spot (between 20 & 40 mins) and did not get public transport at all besides airport transfers. Apartment felt very safe and secure. Great little rock bar over the road for drinks and food. Excellent value for money. Very helpful and responsive host. Quite noisy with music on a couple of nights from a flat next door. Although I wouldn't let this stop me from booking again it may affect anyone sensitive to noise.
- Aistė (10/5): Exceptional - Very good lokacion, very clean and nice appartament. Very good communication with the owners. Everything worked. In the apartments there is a very bad smell, that does not disappear even when you open the windows.
The bed at the top is spreading a big noise.
- Wizzywig (9/5): Fantastic location, clean & quiet apartment, wonderful hosts! - LOCATION - It was FANTASTIC! It's on the edge of the liveliest parts of Trastevere, so you are close enough to all the restaurants, bars, and nightlife, but without the noise and chaos. There's a kitchenette in the loft, but we rarely cooked because there were so many good restaurants within a 5-min walk! There is a supermarket and several mini-marts nearby if you want to buy groceries, and also a daily farmers market down the block. It's nowhere near a metro stop, and the closest tram line was under renovation during our stay, but there are some buses on the main street that go to all the major tourist attractions. Honestly--with all the vehicle traffic, it was faster and more pleasant to walk! It only took us 30 mins on foot to get to any attraction from the apartment. The roads are a bit uneven due to cobblestones, so keep that in mind!
APARTMENT - It's a great stay for 2 people, and everything looks exactly like it does in the photos. It was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The windows all face an interior courtyard, so there's not much sunlight, but the bright lighting and calmness make up for it. The A/C and temperature were very comfortable, and the de-humidifier really helped with the humidity and air quality. The wi-fi signal is very strong, and there are lots of electrical outlets in convenient places. There was plenty of tea & coffee, a dishwasher, a cooktop, soap, and a refrigerator with freezer. There's no washer/dryer for clothes, but luckily there was a laundromat close-by.
HOSTS - The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to all my messages. They even sent along a welcome packet with recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the city. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay in Rome.
I would highly recommend this apartment, you can't go wrong! COMFORT - The bed was hard, and also very squeaky, I think a mattress topper or a new mattress would help. The sofa bed in the living area was hard as well.
FACILITIES - It would have been nice to have more toiletries, as they were running low by the time we arrived (fortunately there were mini-markets nearby and we stocked up). Also it would have been nice to have a cabinet or dresser to stash away our clothes, rather than using our suitcases as storage (there is a clothes rack for hanging a few shirts/dresses up though).
