• Ingo (2/5): - Das Zimmer war groß und sauber Nahegelegene Bushaltestelle Nahegelegene Straßenbahnhaltestelle Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung in Booking.com Im Zimmer war ein großes Bett 2 Nachtische und nur auf einer Seite Steckdosen Fernseher das Sofa und der Schreibtisch im Zimmer hat gefehlt Vorbeugender Brandschutz wurde vernachlässigt da kein Rauchwarnmelder im Zimmer über den Feuerlöscher auf dem Flur war ein Kabel gerollt. Es gab nur ein Hauttreppenhaus das auch als Flucht und Rettungsweg dient

• Sale Knezevic (3/5): Good value for money, if you can go over some things. - Staff (owner) was brilliant. Helpful, available, pleasant, all the best for staff I could say. From answering questions, dealing with requests (all of them were dealt in positive manner toward our requests), so all in all best thing about this facility is him (owner). We changed 2 or 3 rooms, some were really bad, from bathroom without shower and shower in room, with beds, closets and all other things that are overused, broken or simply not maintained. Also, there were cockroaches, or some orange bugs showed up occasionally. This hotel needs good renovation.

• PINAR (3/5): - havlular temiz gibi koksa da ne yazık ki çok kirliydi. önceden çok kullanılmış olduğu belli olan havluların üzerinde çıkmayan küf tutmuş lekeler vardı. Aynı şekilde yatak çarşafları için de geçerli. Yatak içinden kıllar çıktı. Havlular değişti fakat yatak konusunda hiçbir şey yapılmadı.

Zimmer sehr schmutzig, Beim TV Gerät gab es kein Kabel, Fön ging nicht, im Bett waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger, Bad sehr dreckig, Umgebung war übel laut und schlafen war nicht wirklich drin

• Martin (1/5): - Nichts Zimmer war ein Loch und entsprach weder den Bildern noch der Beschreibung. Bettwäsche war aus der Altkleidersammlung, zuerst dachte ich, da sei gar keine aufgezogen. Kein TV vorhanden, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das hing wohl mal da, wo jetzt Löcher in der Wand sind. Kein Leselicht am Bett. Keine Steckdose in Bettnähe. Gemeinschaftsbad unterste Kategorie und vor allem: nicht abschließbar!!! Preis völlig unangemessen.

• Kovacs (7/5): - At this price, I couldn’t find a private room with a private bathroom elsewhere. In terms of value for money, this place is a great deal. The place was a bit dirty, and the room had an unpleasant smell when I arrived. It was also cold at first. After ventilating the room for a while and turning on the heating, the situation improved and everything was fine. However, it would be much better if the facility manager could ensure the room is aired out and heated before guests arrive.

The bed’s leg was broken and you have to be careful with it. The door was shaking all the time and the toilet and bathroom were not clean and I couldn’t lock it’s door
• Axel (9/5): - Ich habe eine so gute Ausstattung in dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht erwartet. Für ähnliche Angebote muß ich normalerweise eine mehrfaches Bezahlen. Sehr Fernsehn Internet und sanitäre Ausstattung stellen übliche Angebote bei dem Preis bei Weitem in den Schatten. Das Zimmer war zwar nur so klein, daß nur ein Einzelner es benutzen konnte, das störte aber das Erlebnis keinenfalls. Es war natürlich kein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Aber das war mir sehr recht. Ob mir etwas nicht gefallen, kann man bezweifelt. Einen Wasserkocher für heiße Getränke (z. B. Tee oder Kaffee) oder einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gab es natürlich nicht.

• Nicola (3/5): - Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit privatem Bad gebucht, habe aber nur ein Zimmer bekommen mit einem geteilten Bad, obwohl ich das Selbe wie sonst auch gebucht habe. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat in diesem Fall gar nicht gestimmt. Außerdem wurde mein Handtuch vergessen und das Personal, obwohl sie sehr freundlich waren, konnten mir keins mehr rechtzeitig besorgen. Die anderen Male war ich zufrieden, aber dieses Mal war es definitiv nicht seine 40 euro wert.

Ta, kuri buvo paklota, taip pat buvo drėgna. Patalynė atrodė taip, lyg joje jau buvo miegota. Rozetės už lovos. Kaina neadekvati ir absoliučiai neatitinka kokybės.

I tried to contact by mobile, indicated in the hotel profile, by WhatsApp but no answer. It was 23.00 at Frankfurt one hour away from the center and no chance to contact to anybody from this hotel. I reported to booking about this case, but still I'm waiting for the answer. Be careful, this hotel is a scam. The first and only answer from the hotel I received at 9 in the morning of the next day. It is terrible situation. In case of no reaction from the booking customer service, how to how to trust booking.com in the future? When they can charge money for a non-existent or unresponsive hotel.
• Pedro (1/5): - There’s basically nothing good I can point out apart from that the room had a bed and water I don’t even know where to start. - both pillows had no cases, one of them was super dirty and stank the other looked at least cleaned -didn’t had a single towel inside the room -staff was nowhere to be seen -Electric sockets where away from everything that needed electricity - room was turned to the Main Street so there was noise the whole night (that I can give to bad luck, but even so, the hotel seemed empty) -Curtains on the windows barely cover the windows so I had light coming the whole night inside - was told that I was lucky because if I would have arrived 10min later I would not have a room because they would have left (I arrived 1h30m before check-in time) -Had to explain 3x times that my payment was done already because it seemed to me that it was the only that they were caring about. But in their defense, they said that they were taking over the hotel and it was the first day, but even so they had no idea someone was even coming
