• simone (4/5): - posizione centrale. tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi l acqua della doccia era fredda. abbiamo chiesto alla gestione come poter risolvere il problema. non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. ci siamo dovuti lavare con l acqua ghiacciata a novembre. Inoltre il pavimento del bagno era spesso bagnato, ma non siamo riusciti a capire da dove venisse l acqua. abbiamo dovuto coprire il pavimento di asciugamani per non camminare sul bagnato
• Annita Balla (5/5): Μέτριο , οριακά κακό - Η τοποθεσία του Μετρια εμπειρια.Δεν ήταν επαρκής η καθαριότητα. Δεν υπήρχαν βασικά προϊόντα υγιεινής όπως χαρτί υγείας ,χαρτι κουζινα, κρεμοσαπουνο. Οι πετσετες ηταν μισες.Εμπαινε πολυ κρυο απο τα παραθυρα λες και ηταν ανοιχτα αρκετός θόρυβος.Ενώ έλεγε στις παροχές για πλυντήριο και τηλεόραση. Εννοείται δεν τα είχε. Επίσης το ένα κρεβάτι, είχε τραγικό στρώμα, σκληρό , άβολο και ένιωθες τα ελατήρια. O οικοδεσπότης άφαντος, όταν τον ψάχναμε για να τον ενημερώσουμε , δεν απάντησε ποτέ και το πρωί για το check out 11:01 μας χτύπησε την πόρτα. Ρώτησα ποιος είναι και η απάντηση της ήταν " θα φύγεις; " Τραγική φιλοξενία . Λυπηρο για ενα δωματιο μεσα στο κεντρο θα μπορούσε να εχει καλυτερη αντιμετώπιση προς τους φιλοξενούμενους του, δεν το συνιστώ.
• Κλαουντια (6/5): Καλή - Γενικα ηταν καθαρο εκτος του μπανιου και καλη τοποθεσια … ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ καλος με ενημερωσε ακριβως την ωρα που επρεπε που θα βρω το κλειδι και πως θα βρω το καταλυμα και πολυ ευγενικος Δεν υπήρχε χαρτι υγειας στην τουαλέτα και ηταν βρωμικο το μπανιο
• Nico (3/5): Gute Lage, aber sehr einfache und unbequeme Wohnung - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants sowie eine öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung. Die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos viel schöner aus. In Wirklichkeit ist sie jedoch sehr schlicht und in einem abgewohnten Zustand. Vor allem das Bad ist dreckig – nicht wegen mangelhafter Reinigung, sondern vielmehr aufgrund tiefer Verschmutzungen, etwa an den Armaturen und in den Fugen. Noch problematischer ist das kleine Bett: Die Matratzenfedern drücken unangenehm in den Körper, sodass man nicht lange in derselben Position liegen kann und leider sehr schlecht schläft.

• Donatella (3/5): Could be a luxury apartment if there is any attention to detail - The location is excellent and the place is quiet considering it’s surroundings. The apartment needs a major renovation and some deep cleaning. We found hair in the shower drain and on the bed sheets. The shower cubicle has some damage and the tiles are mouldy. There is possibly a leak around the toilet. The bathroom dustbin is broken and full of rust. The towels although soft, are useless. The beds are uncomfortable, as the mattresses are sunken in. Smoking seems to be permissable in the common areas of the building, causing the room to smell of cigarettes from time to time.

• Jason (1/5): Absolutely Disgusting - The location. That's it. From the moment we set foot in the apartment the entire place wreaked of cigarette smoke. It didnt just smell of cigarettes, it wreaked. Almost like the cleaners were chain smoking in there before we went in. The apartment is advertised as a non-smoking apartment and yet there is an ash tray right out the front of the apartment front door in the stairwell where there also is a no smoking sign. The apartment also lists a washing machine as part of its features and is also mentioned in the apartments description. No washing machine was found. The third single bed is in a ridiculous state. Stains all over the mattress and the mattress itself needs to be replaced as the springs are almost piercing through the fabric. We had to sleep on the couch instead. We also found crumbs in the oven from the previous stay. Apartment was not clean. After cleaning out the crumbs in the oven we tried to turn on the oven and it tripped. Nothing in the kitchen was working. Not the fridge not the stove or the oven. Even the air conditioner was not working. I dont understand how this is even being advertised as a place to stay. I need to speak to someone urgently about this. Instructions to enter the apartment stated that the locker box with the letter T had the keys inside. There is no locker box with the letter T outside the apartment. Had to try all locker boxes to eventually find the right one. Very inconvenient in this heat.
• Ivan (10/5): - Great room, very clean, very calm, amazing location, 3 min walking from Aristotelous street, few meters from Egnatia. Great communication. Not too much available free parking spots.

• Souto Míguez (4/5): - Está genial situado, tuvimos un problema y se nos soluciono bien. Tiene aire acondicionado y una cama grande y otra pequeña. Cerca de todo, bien conectado y con supermercados, tiendas, bares y eso cerca. La cocina estaba muy poco equipada, no se podía usar la cocina ya que saltaba la luz, los fogones era lo único que funcionaba, a pesar de ser cero práctico. Tampoco funcionaban muy bien. Promete tener habitaciones cuando es un espacio todo abierto, no hay ni puerta en la cocina. Las habitaciones apenas están separadas por un pequeño cacho de pared, sin separadores. No había enchufes cómodo ni prácticos. No cumple con lo que promete. No hay lavadora funcional y está fuera del piso. El baño no era muy limpio, la tapa estaba rota y era incómoda, además de oler mal por las cañerías y no tener ventana. No era luminoso. De "luxury" tiene poco, no es lo que promete. La caja de la entrada debería de tener una "T" y está rota, deben de cambiarlo. La puerta de la entrada cierra mal.

• Zocca83 (9/5): Great opportunity to explore Thessaloniki - Location is excellent, the host was very hospitable and communicative. Apt is very spacy and nice Thin walls, but the neighbours were ok. We felt a little cold first night, but we dont like AC heating, other nights we got used to it and it was ok. (and we got extra blankets we requested just after few minutes, thank you for that :))

• Ek1502 (2/5): Very poor - Location is excellent, in particular close to the airport express bus (Aristotle's square) Future guests should be made aware of the following potential misleading information on booking.com - "The spacious apartment is fitted with 2 separate bedrooms1..." - not 2 separate bedrooms but one common space, with a partial wall covering 1/4 of the width. Basically no privacy. - "A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and oven." (not fully equipped. No knife, no chopping board, no pan. I informed host at 6.31pm (no reply), 7.28pm (no reply), though host replied my subsequent messages regarding non-functional WiFi. Pan was subsequently provided after i asked from the cleaner the following morning, that was - i happened to bump into the cleaner. - "Washing machine available" - yes, but it is OUTSIDE of the apartment, in the sottoscala at the end of corridor, with door closed, shared among few units. I didn't know about it until i contacted host. - Attitude of host. He/ she seemed very defensive : "yes, pan is in the cabinet." "Wifi password is xxxxxx" but it is NOT the same as written on the wall.....Eventually, after technician came and fixed it, host provided the password only AFTER i asked for it, unless technician happened to fix the wifi soon after/ same time when i contacted host at 11.29pm (WiFi isn't located in the apartment, so i wouldnt have a clue what was going on especially i was not at home). - Luckily i had Data plan on my phone, otherwise i wouldn't be able to contact host when there was no WiFi. - all time stated above were based on conversation on booking.com messages. I don't make unfounded accusation. - I accidentally hit the toilet brush and it fell along with brush holder --> disgusting water spilt from holder. - Poor ventilation. Ventilation is possible via toilet ventilator, or via the one and only one big window - yes it comes with net but all 4 corners of the window was very dusty. Stay away if you are allergic to dust or musty smell.

• Anne (1/5): Nothing 'Luxurious' about the Aristotelous2 - Location There was nothing luxurious, as the title suggests. Bed were uncomfortable. Not two discreet bedrooms as advertised. Mould everywhere in the shower. Cold water. Only one working PowerPoint. Electric lead across floor ( trip hazard). We left after one night.
• Ghosh_a (9/5): Good value for money - The apartment is extremely central to the main squares and close to the sea. Location cannot get better for the tourists to see all the main points. Good food places around. Very safe place as well. The mattresses could do with an update, but nothing major at all.
• Gilbert (5/5): Was great , but the host need to be more specific . - The property was in great location, surrounding by restaurants, facilities was all fine , was very clean apartment. host not respond to your messages , i sent around eight reminders , and when he answer me ask me witch block of apartments , i booked from booking.com so he should know ,the host rent this apartment as a two bedroom , and it's not , this is just one bedroom and they insert another single bed instead of the wardrobe, the are too small for the bed , you will be covered by wall of glass (you will feel yourself as a goldfish) and to exit from the bed you need to stand up on the bed and jump to go out from this aquarium , this is a one bed room apartment .
• Burim (4/5): Disappointing - The location was very good The apartment was cold and the conditioner wasn't able to heat it. The sheets were not clean and there was hair on the bathroom floor.

• Demetris (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location. 100m from Aristotelous Square, the City's Center. All easy to go anywhere on foot and in a very short time. Shops, food, entertainment with no having to be driven there. Just a bit noisy neighbors in the morning but not too bad. Normal thing when in Greece 😂
• Kristina (7/5): Good value for the money - Apartment is right in the city center, good value for the price. I had to ask host multiple times for self check-in information and never received any information trough booking.com. Once we got to the address I had to call the host and he provided all the information over the phone and it was not easy to hear everything as connection wasn’t perfect. It would’ve been much easier if host simply shared check-in information via message. Apartment overall looked clean, but probably guests before us broke a glass or a lightbulb and I stepped on a piece of glass in the bedroom.

• Jing (10/5): Exceptional - People, the apart offers much more than the pictures on booking website look like. It's clean, comfy and in the centre of the city. Just several steps from the central square. I suppose the owner has renewed the furnishment somehow and it looks better inside. Parking lot can be a problem for whom travel by car because the apart has a superior location(in the heart of the city), specifically in the evening you don't always find a place close enough to park the car. Of course, it has to be if you choose the location.

• Berezkin (10/5): Best value, best location! - Excellent location, the owner came right away to let us in even though he did not get the notification of our booking. Very clean and comfortable, full kitchen, the AC working great, nothing was lacking. The bed arrangement was a little strange, but we managed fine.
