- Nancy (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - We were met by Stella with the keys and all the information about the apartment, neighborhood, sites, restaurants, stores, etc. Though not a problem for us, it would have been for others. The apartment was up a sizable staircase and another shorter one. And there were stairs in the apartment as well. Again, not a problem for us, but I think it would be best to mention the stairs when publicizing the apartment. Stella carried our suitcases up, while a neighbor carried them down. Mentioning the stairs (even the number of them) would eliminate problems and complaints.
- Nina (9/5): Superb - A beautiful and well-equipped apartment inside the Lucca walls. Quite noisy during the night when people are walking back home from bars etc. and in the mornings when service trucks are collecting and delivering.
