Ashok D (1/5): Unprofessional , Unethical yet Unapologetic - I suddenly got a call the same evening I was traveling on business to the hotel, that the room is not available blaming Booking.com' s technical platform. This reason was absurd as I had received a booking confirmation days before and several updates. Without a room to go to and much pleading the management hesitantly accommodated me in another hotel property under the same management nearby as an alternative. This arrangement seemed fine but next morning I was given another unpleasant surprise that I have to leave the hotel because no rooms were available. This was the most unprofessional and horrible hotel experience I have had in my long years of business travel.
Mériam (4/5): Trop cher et mal insonorisé. - Bien placé en plein centre ville. Je trouve le prix trop cher pour cet appartement. Difficile de dormir correctement car on entend le voisin du dessus, ses moindres pas, et surtout sa télévision allumée toute la nuit que l'on entend depuis l'appartement qui rend le sommeil difficile, voire impossible. Les 2 premières semaines, les draps ont été changé, mais les 2 autres semaines, personne n'est passé.
