- Keely (7/5): Overall pleasant night stay, it was very clean and comfortable. - The location was perfect if you are just passing through, it was a bit of a distance to the tower but you get to walk through the city so it was nice. They gave towels as well which was nice. The shared bathroom was a bit weird and I found that there were a few people using it so it was difficult to actually get to use the bathroom.

A zona é extremamente calma e tranquila, para além de ser perto da estação e do aeroporto. Não gostei das avaliações negativas do lugar. Tudo o que foi apontado negativamente é mentira. As pessoas não são inteligentes o suficiente para ler as instruções e segui-las, por isso colocam uma avaliação negativa no lugar.

Luego de un tiempo aparecio una sra encargada, decia que habia que enviar sus documento online y pagar 10 euros de impuestos por transferencia. Le di los 10 euros en cash, me contesto que si los recibia era registro en persona y que habra un cargo extra de 20 euros por no hacerlo online. Luego enviamos los ID, contestaron que pasaporte no era validos que tenia que ser tarjeta de identidad. En total perdimos como 40 minutos en el proceso, lo cual fue muy desagradable luego de un largo viaje.

- Ruben (5/5): Basic hostel voor een goede prijs. Zeer geschikt voor backpackers. - Authentiek hostelachtig verblijf. Leuk om weer eens terug te zijn in de jaren 60/70; met een glimlach uiteraard. De locatie is centraal en ligt op loopafstand van het station. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Pisa of Florence; met de trein ben je er zo. Voor degene die niet heel veel eisen stelt aan kan er prima mee door. Verwacht geen 10 sterren en bereid je voor op een een loopje naar de badkamer op de andere verdieping als het zo ingedeeld is. Niet geschikt voor mindervaliden. Komt beter niet met de auto.

Dvě možnosti se dostat do centra 1) podchodem do centra přez nádražií (vhodnější pro cestu za hlavnímy památkami) 2) přes most do centra (asi více zahrádek ve dvorech pro večerní popíjení) Dá se říci, že se pěšky dá vše zvládnout většinu památek, pro starší lidi, to už je na hraně, takže na dva dny. Prošel, jsem toho dost, ale určitě né vše. Cezta nazpět, orientace na vlakové nádraží, pak lehce najdete ubytování. WIFI funkční. Ne uplně přesný popis ubytování. Zhrnuto,trochu zavádějící.

- Adéla (2/5): All in all it is not good - It was clean and check-in and check-out instructions were really easy to follow. It is located near to the central train station and to the airport. Whole accomodation was different from the pictures that are avaible on Booking. The room was about 5 m2 with a bed, that really was not for two people (we are 75kg male and 50kg female couple). We could not fit in it. Also there was really hot in the whole building (around 32 deg. Celsius), and the only way how it was possible to moderate temperature was with insufficient small fan. The room soposed to be for two, but in reality it was hardly for one. The only thing about it, that was really for two, was its price…
- James (6/5): I had bad experience with this hotel staff. - The location is close to the central train station. The check in process was frustration. They only provide two options to pay city tax 5 Euros: bank wire transfer and PayPal. I don't have both. They texted me that they can take cash but their staff has to come to the apartment to pick it up in 15 minutes and I have to pay extra 20 Euros for that. That's ridiculous. I have travelled around the world and have never had this experience. Hotels in La Spezia and Pisa had similar traps that they take advantage over their customers to rob them through check-in process. By the way, their check-ins are all online but they first rob you then tell you the code to get in their apartments.

Starting from that moment he didn't reply anymore to my messages as I was trying to explain to him that the service I paid for is not correct and missing a lot of think. I made pics of all this that I will post on maps for that apartment if I do not have the possibility to post it here. To conclude this guys scammed me.

We know this was a budget hotel, and it did not cost much,but there was Difficulties with language problem trying to gain access to the property and this detracted from the property. No television. - Enrique (1/5): - Wifi iba bien. Primero no tienen recepción, si no haces checkin online indican que cargan 20 eur adicionales, hay q mandar los documentos personales por mail. En el anuncio no indicaba que el baño era compartido, además de estar en otra planta. También indica el anuncio que la habitación tiene terraza, tv. Tampoco cierto. Lo que si nos encontramos fueron unos mosquitos que terminaron de alegrarnos la estancia con sus picaduras. Relación calidad precio nada recomendable.

- LYONNET (1/5): À éviter - Le personnel est inexistant! Le Check in est compliqué et si on veut que le personnel nous aide on doit payer 20 euros de plus. Les photos ne correspondent pas aux chambres. Un hôtel pour juste une nuit si vous avez vraiment pas d’autres endroits où loger!

- Giua (3/5): - La struttura si trova in una vietta buia e anche una volta arrivati all’ingresso abbiamo trovato solo un faretto che si accendeva a intermittenza. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare per accedere poiché il proprietario esigeva il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, con obbligo di invio di ricevuta del pagamento, prima di mandarci i codici per entrare. Una volta entrati abbiamo scoperto che la struttura era un palazzo fatiscente, privo di ascensore e con nostro grande dispiacere con il bagno all’esterno della camera.
