• IAIA (10/5): - The location is very convenient for exploring all main Rome sites. Walking distances from the Metro and bus routes. The host has been excellent, prompt and attentive The studio is very spacious and, contrary to other comments, I found the bed very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place

• Elizabeth (10/5): - A very quiet, comfortable place in a lovely residential area. The metro to all the cool places in Rome is about a half-mile’s easy walk. There are two small grocery-style stores down the street. I walked alone in the neighborhood late at night and felt absolutely safe (though I’m not very smart about these things, so be your own judge). The staff is pleasant and helpful. I’d stay here again without hesitation. If peace and quiet in a big city appeal to you, this is the place!
• Sajeev (8/5): Great place to stay - The guy is very friendly and helpful for the requests and assistance. It's not in the city and a residential neighborhood making it calm and peaceful. And the view from room was soo nice and beautiful Mattress were a little hard however when you are tired after a long tiring walks and yours around the city it doesn't matter anyway I guess.

• Cara (10/5): My Prati home, indeed... - It was a perfect neighborhood for me. Out of the busy tourist districts and close to the subway so I did not need a car. 2 very small things: a small microwave oven would have made my stay a little more convenient..... and there is a 6 inch step up to get into the bedroom partition that could be deadly to someone.....my foot caught it 10 or more times while i was there and maybe if you put a string of theatre floor lights down there or paint it a different color but it is the same color as the floor and almost invisible unless you have bright lights on. See the attached photo...in bright light. You could be seriously injured and it is my only negative thing. Everything else was spotless and spectacular! The staff was exceptional and helpful, very patient with my horrible Italian 🌞

The apartments are very clean and spacious and have shutters so the room is lov - Great location for the Vatican City & plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beds are rather hard & you can clearly hear the people in the apartments above you which was frustrating when trying to get a full nights sleep!

• Brian (10/5): High quality studio in a quiet and convenient location - Excellent location near the Lepanto metro. Quiet neighbourhood, This studio is absolutely first rate and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchenette and everything that you need for being comfortable. This place ticks all the boxes. Good value for the quality of what you get. Have someone there on arrival makes everything go smoothly. Giulio is personable and friendly and totally committed to making sure you settle in without any problems. Great information about everything you might need to know.

• Niel (9/5): Great stay - definitely will return. - The location was stunning for my needs and access to the city. It is a really safe and convenient area to be situated to explore the city and have easy access to shops and restaurants. Some of the decor is a bit dated and the washing of the plates and cutlery in the kitchen is not part of the general cleaning, but none of this was a problem as some dish washing soap was provided on request.

• Netta (10/5): So beautiful. - Very chic and tastefully decorated. We didn’t want to leave. Even though it was old school it was still super functional with a great shower and aircon! Was a very good price for what it is. We felt very lucky to have been able to stay here, we were sad to leave. Thankyou Julio. Nothing.

Owner gave me a tour and also gave me all the information I needed for wifi, TV, Air Con and a local convenience store. Area is quiet and peaceful with little to no noise. No issues at all, would highly recommend.

Beautiful part of Rome away from the tourist crowds but within easy reach of many popular attractions and very well served by public transport. Restaurants, bars and local convenience stores within walkable distance. An absolute joy to stay here.

• Brian (10/5): - This is a small property. Half of the units are under construction for a remodel. So only 20 units available at this time. The manager led us to our room. He demonstrated use of the blinds, doors, windows, kitchen, etc. Each room has a small balcony. All windows have shutters that will black out light and most noise. Small TV. Kitchen has pots, pans, cups, plates, utinsels, 2 cup coffee maker (regular grounds), small refrigerator with freezer. Laundry room and iron available for a charge. Several large windows with good airflow.

• sharon (10/5): - Neighborhood is quiet + clean. Comfortable bed. Love the large windows. Love that the bathroom has a frosted window to let sunlight in. Also the shower-tub has charm. Unlike many places in Italy, the water temperature, pressure, + drainage are consistent + excellent.👍 Also, unlike many Italian places, the mini kitchen is fully functional + guests are actually allowed to cook meals. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, + even dish soap + sponge are provided. Mini fridge/freezer was nice to have. The building has an elevator + a little courtyard. There are 2 or 3 supermarkets within walking distance. Also bus + metro are nearby. Giulio was very helpful + welcoming. Housekeeping staff were nice. Thank you for the great stay!🙏 Would definitely stay here again.
• Thamer (10/5): Amazing apartment and - The location was in a nice and quite neighbourhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants around . It was easy to catch public transport to anywhere ! I just wish there was a coffee machine or kettle in the apartment - but not a big deal as there was plenty of cafes around

The neighborhood is quiet and there is a supermarket nearby. The cleanliness is excellent. The host was always available.

The flat was really well appointed with everything you would need for a 4-7 day stay. I would thoroughly recommend this property. The bed was a fraction too hard for my wife, but that is obviously a personal choice.
• Michel (10/5): Prati Home is THE ideal place to stay and enjoy the many beauties and irresistible charm of Roma. - Living at Prati Home is a wonderful experience in all respects: exceptionally located place in a beautiful and quiet district that is close to all the most interesting must-see places in Roma and also to many very pleasant and relaxing cafes, very nice and clean apartment with a gorgeous view on the surroundings (beautiful palaces and homes, dreamy pines, bird songs...). And finally, Gianni and his Mom were exquisite, caring and very efficient hosts. Sorry, it could not be better!

• Vahid (9/5): It is a great choice if you are looking a very good neighborhood. - The apartment is located in one of the best and most prestigious neighborhoods in Rome. The host was wonderful—kind, responsive, helpful, and courteous. It’s just a 5–7 minute walk to the Lepanto metro station, and there’s a supermarket less than 50 meters away, which was super convenient! There is a spacious balcony, as well. As Persian (Iranian) guests who value cleanliness, we really appreciated how clean and well-kept the apartment was. We truly enjoyed our stay.
• Ta (9/5): Very comfortable studio in Rome :) - I have stayed for 2 nights at Prati Home, my stay was really comfortable and I really enjoyed the rather big studio, I didn't cook but there is a small kitchen available. It's a very residential area so quiet for sleeping but there is a supermarket in front and several restaurants in the parallel street so super convenient. From Prati Home, it is super convenient to walk to Piazza del Poppolo or the Vatican. There is a reception at the residence, hence the check in process was really smooth and quick likewise for the check out process. The host was really kind and responsive to all my requests and even proposed to keep my luggage on the day of my check out so that I can continue visiting the city before going to the airport.

• Shantoine (10/5): 2 night stay - Solo traveller - Highly recommended! - The room was clean, temperature was perfect and in general very well kept. No insects, no problems with warm water, no problems with WIFI connection. One of the very few times where the experience was seamless. Most of all, the host Giulio and his mother were so nice, always greeting with a smile and ready to offer their recommendations. Location was great, I managed to walk to all the attractions. The longest walk was approximately 50 minutes to the Colosseum but if you don't mind walking, it's a great way to see the city. There's also a Carrefour Market exactly opposite the place which was very convenient for buying daily needs. This is not something against the place, but you are just getting the essentials. No breakfast or snacks, or shuttle services that I knew of.

• Mladen (9/5): A great place for a weekend and a little more! - Top location - wide center, quick connections to all important tourist sites, even on foot. Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Although it doesn't look particularly modern, everything is very comfortable and well maintained. Communication with the management is fast, without unnecessary formalities and wasting time. It needs some cutlery and glasses - for wine!
• Tomoko (10/5): Very comfortable stay!! - Very central location in very safe area, stuffs are extremely kind and flexible and rooms was kept very clean in entire stay. The room is much bigger than most of the hotels and sunny. The facility is a bit old but kept in a good condition so it did not disturb me. It is ideal for middle/long term stay. If your room is located in front of street, you can hear a bit of noise in the morning.

In fact, While booking I selected twin beds but it seems this info wasn't available to the host, as we found a double bed, however, the next day the host made sure the beds were separated.

• Angelika (10/5): Excellent! - The stay was excellent! There's everything you need in the room. Great shower and heater made the stay warm when it was cold outside. Little kitchen was very helpful to brew a fresh coffee in the morning and cook dinner in the evening. Prati is a beautiful neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo. Metro A Lepanto is a 7 minute walk. The owners are very nice family. Overall, the stay was super comfortable and felt like home. Highly recommend. Thank you!
