Guest Reviews
- Jim Ann (10/5): Park View - Pleasant Stay - The apartment faces a park and we really enjoyed the view as well as the people watching. You feel a wee bit like you are in the country, but it is only a 30 minute walk to the railroad station and there are bus stops, restaurants, etc. on Perth, the next street up. Taxis are regulated and reasonably priced. The several flights of stairs leading to the apartment were in no way fun to navigate with luggage. I think we were on the 3rd floor (here it is called the 2nd floor as ground is 0) If you are taking the bus, Google Maps fibs about bus stops as there is construction on Perth.
- Peter (10/5): Enjoyed it had fun shame road was closed no transport quite a long walk to town - Very confusing as the house number was all the same & no notification witch one was the flat as there was many safe boxes had to ask one of the residents where flat was Internet was a hassle phoned you up said you would phone back never herd back managed to sort it out as plug was pooled out & very hard to read password
- Adam (10/5): -
- Barbara (10/5): Warm and comfortable property with a homely feel. - Beautiful property in an excellent location. Amazing view of the Tay from the lounge window. Very spacious and well set out. Nothing
- Claire (10/5): Psychedelic record heaven! - Record collectors dream
- Jasmine (9/5): -
- Boon Seng (9/5): -
- Emily (7/5): Will stay again if revisit Dundee due to it’s location - Apartment overlooking the sea , big green field and closed to Tesco as well as town. What I like most is the washing machine with dryer that help us a lot in laundry No body shampoo nor shower gel provided, luckily we did bring some and the building is a bit old n bathroom is without heater
- Alasdair (10/5): - Just like being back at Art School That shower tripped the fuse 4 times per shower
- lindam (9/5): Comments from down under - We liked everything For a long stay, 4 weeks, the flat lacked floor cleaning facilities i.e. brush and hoover. Also, we would have liked towels and bedding changed weekly
- Nicola (8/5): Very good -
- Tharusha (10/5): Highly recommended - Everything was perfectly organised and it was a great experience There was no microwave
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (9/5): Superb -
- Gerrit (8/5): Convenient apartment - Spacious and quiet apartment with nice view of the river Leaking shower in a bath, no public transportation
- Shonagh (9/5): Great apartment great location would definitely use again. - Great location the apartment was well furnished clean comfortable and had everything we needed. It's a shame it's not a dog friendly accommodation or we would be back much sooner.
Just about 30 minutes walk along the esplanade to the v&a and discovery Quay. The parking was limited at the property as it is residential and we had to lug our luggage up the street as there were lots of double yellow lines
- Yuxin (8/5): Okay overall, clean. Yet facilities slightly older than the photos, location is a bit inconvenient for suitcases, and th - Generally good it’s older than the photos
- Angela (6/5): We enjoyed Dundee very much despite the disrupted start. - N/A The flat was not cleaned when we arrived. We were found another flat for the night and all was rectified by 1pm the following day. But we lost a night and a morning whilst things were being sorted out.
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - The Palais was homely, comfortable, clean and every thing we needed.
Good access in the Dundee city center. What lovely views over The Forth of Tay Nothing all excellent
- P (9/5): Really loved the property and would definitely stay again. - Handy for Dundee and St Andrews and we were able to park near the property. A microwave would have been useful.
- Anthony (9/5): This is a new side of Dundee for me & I was very impressed - The property is in a perfect location with exquisite views.
I spoke with Amelia from the housekeeping crew & she was very helpful with local recommendations N/A
