Guest Reviews

- Tracy (10/5): I had a wonderful stay at this aiartment. Excellent check in service and communication with apartment owner Luisa. The A - Lovely clean quiet apartment with AC and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Great location steps from restaurants, sea, & shops. No lift & pets not accepted.
- Sally (10/5): Perfect - Beautiful, spacious accommodation. The hosts were super kind and helpful. Air-conditioned comfort. Right on the beach at Marina Grande with many restaurants at your doorstep. We absolutely loved our stay here. Short train trip to Pompeii, close to Capri and Positano, not that you need to leave Marina Grande, so beautiful 😍
- Victoria (7/5): Good - The host is very friendly. She was able to receive us with very short notice.
The apartment is offered with everything that js needed.
The location is okay for the value you pay, but although it’s only a few minutes away from the city center, it requires to go through lots of stairs (of course something that is expected from Sorrento, but important to know if you are staying here).
Good wifi. The apartment is on a third floor you get there by stairs, there is no elevator. This was not convenient at all for us that we were traveling with a 1 year old with a stroller. I don’t think this is mentioned in the advertisement of the place.
I think it’s also not clear the point around parking. The ad says there is parking available but it costs 25 euros per day.
The apartment is pretty dark as it only has one window.
Pillows were very uncomfortable for me.
- Gillian (6/5): Not for light sleepers - Nice spacious property. Located in a picturesque part of Sorrento. Extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep each night. If it wasn’t traffic waking us it was the wind howling through the balcony door. The shower runs cold very quickly early in the mornings. Kitchen was sparse for preparing meals at home.
- Saloni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - Was such a lovely apartment.
The owner was so helpful and personable. She also arranged for a neighbour to give us a lift back to the airport less than what we paid for an airport taxi on arrival.
Bed super comfy and everything you would ever need was on hand.
I would totally recommend the restaurant directly facing you as you come out of tye apartment block.
Thanks so much for everything N/A
- Yetzenia (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located in Marina Grande, about a 10-minute walk from the port and around 15 minutes from the train station. There is also a bus that runs every hour from the hotel to the city center.
The apartment includes a kitchen, a living room, and a private bathroom. The kitchen has a large fridge and cooking utensils. The owner left us some drinks and a few snacks.
From the hallway, there is a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius. You can hear some noise from the apartment upstairs, but it didn’t bother us. Sleeping was comfortable, and the bed was cozy. Since we visited in March, we didn’t use the air conditioning.
The bathroom is spacious, with clean towels and warm water available.
Additionally, the hotel is located next to the bay, the beach, and many restaurants. The owner is very kind and always made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sorrento! There are some stairs to reach the room, so it is not recommended for people with physical disabilities or wheelchair users
- Sarah (8/5): Great location, comfortable bed and an excellent host. - Luisa, the host was very good. She was waiting for us on our arrival and helped us with parking (we were able to park right outside the property in February but I think this is a busy area in the summer and parking further away may be necessary). She speaks good English and is very helpful and prompt with emailed queries.
The apartment is of a good size and was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The location is fabulous…right by the little beach on Marina Grande. The restaurant just outside the door is excellent…great food and friendly staff who will help you with your Italian (they also speak excellent English). The walk to the town takes ten minutes. Unfortunately the lack of windows except for the one obscured one in the bedroom was a problem for us. (NB:This looks out onto the back road and not the beach). Despite glass panels throughout the apartment to brighten it, and the good size of the apartment, we did find it quite claustrophobic.
- Filippo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karma (10/5): It was amazing experience staying there, thank you so much for the lovely flower. We enjoyed our so much and you’ve been - It’s spacious and beautiful. N/A
- Arturas (10/5): Exceptional - The host was wonderful, helped us with city directions, arrived to give us keys, even left us gifts. Next day we visited their family restaurant. The food was also delicious and again with some gifts. Definitely recommend this place!
- Michael (6/5): Great location near many restaurants and the beach clubs, easy walk to Piazza Tasso. Taxi stand was convenient. It would - Great location by the beach! Water, orange juice and Prosecco were in the fridge!! Check in was super easy and Luisa was wonderful, met us in person. Very clean with comfortable seating area and pleasant decor. Plenty of bath amenities were supplied. The property had no AC and no windows other than the balcony in the bedroom which opened on to a very busy road. That made sleeping extremely difficult if you wanted fresh air or less heat.
