Gianina (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable - The location is very quiet, maybe too quiet if you want to spend the evenings at the restaurants and bars from the center of Forio. They are about a 20-30 minute walk from the property. It was good for us, but probably not everyone enjoys a walk in the middle of the night. Restaurants and several mini markets nearby, without needing a car. The garden of the property is wonderful, full of fruit trees. The communication with Rita, our host, was absolutely remarkable. We followed her recommendations, both in terms of restaurants and attractions on the island, and we were 100% satisfied with everything she recommended. Thank you Rita for the exemplary way you treated us during the entire stay. I think it should be another cleaning in the middle of the stay. There are cleaning products at the property, but you have to do yourself the cleaning.
Carolyn (10/5): A beautifully relaxing villa in Fiori - The villa is located only a few kms from Fiori port and it was an easy walk to our villa. I’d suggest taxi if anyone has mobility issues due to the walking distance. Villa was very clean and had such a wonderful relaxed feel. Beautiful gardens with pool and BBQ area. Fresh lemons and herbs for guest use. Air conditioned and washing machine. There are great restaurants and supermarket only 500m away from the villa. Free beach is also a short walk. This was a great villa for families. We were a group of 8 and absolutely loved our time here! Rita also very helpful and responsive to all questions. We will be back! The property was great. Only the dishwasher didn’t seem to work the best, but it’s a minor issue.
