• HelmaH. (10/5): - Die sehr gut deutsch sprechende Gastgeberin, hat es es uns an nichts fehlen lassen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und zentral. Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Balkon ein sehr schöner Platz um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
• Brandon (6/5): Spacious apartment with modern decor. Great location. Communication could be better. - Great central location, within walking distance of restaurants and sights. Easy to get out of town by car quickly too. The property description claims there is free parking, but you'd have to look very hard and at distance from the property to find it. In reality you are likely to have to pay for parking. That said, though spaces in the area near the property can be hard to come by, you can generally find something reasonably close, and the charges only apply from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 8pm, and you can put money in to carry forward payment into the next charging period. Kitchen cabinets look a bit scruffy, only one red wine glass. I had to ring the representative to get door codes etc which gave us a bit of a stressful start. These need to be communicated in a way that the guest can access. No good using WhatsApp if the guest doesn't use it.
• Sabrina (9/5): Tolles Appartement - Tolles Appartement, großzügig geschnitten, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, u das Badezimmer ein Traum. Check in und Check Out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Das einzige was nicht so gut ist, ist die Parkplatz Situation. Es ist zwar ein Parkplatz in der Nähe, allerdings ist der fast immer gebührenpflichtig und immer voll.
• craig (10/5): Perfect - Everything. Classy , good location comfy well designed bright new. Don’t be fooled by the entrance as you come into the building and in the elevator. It’s a little gnarly looking, but once you get to the guest house, it’s like another world.
• John (10/5): Delightful accommodation close to all that Oristano has to offer. - Perfect location close to the heart of Oristano, great restaurants, bars and shops. We will stay there again if we return to Oristano and will recommend to our friends. Access to the courtyard was handy for hanging out swimmers and beach towels. The room was large, bed was comfy and the interior decoration was very nice. Close walk to the bus terminal and train station. Nothing - all was great.
• Paul (9/5): Prima, schone kamer aan de rand van het oude centrum - Het is een ruim, licht en schoon appartement aan de rand van het centrum. De check-in was super gemakkelijk. Binnen 5-10 minuten lopen kan je prima (gratis) je auto kwijt. Eigenlijk niets. Alleen de stad zelf is niet echt interessant (zou adviseren maximaal 1 nacht te blijven voor op doorreis), maar dat heeft niets met het appartement te maken.
• Andreas (10/5): Eine tolle moderne und schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum - Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone, daher mit dem Auto nicht direkt zu erreichen. Wir haben aber einen günstigen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe gefunden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super toll ausgestattet und modern. Durch die Lage im Zentrum konnten wir alles fußläufig schnell erkunden und haben vielen Restaurants in der Nähe gefunden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.

• Shelley (7/5): Great location but room for improvement - We loved the balcony and the views to the piazza below plus the super comfy bed I’m not sure if it was a booking.com app issue or whether the host leaving it until the morning of our arrival to communicate with us, but we were travelling most of the day and so arrived without knowing how to access the property (there were no alerts from the app). Also the description of the location is not great as we were driving (and following google maps) which almost had us driving into the pedestrian only part of town. The apartment could have been a tad cleaner too - the floor was particularly dirty

• Anna (10/5): We recommend this place and would love to come back! - A perfect room, so clean and modern, with a huge TV and Netflix so we could relax in the evening. The host is wonderful, she helped us with everything we needed, provided great recommendations and even gave us beach umbrella for a day. The parking wasn’t very easy to find but host was very helpful and gave us options. At the end we always found spots on Viale Armando Diaz (6 min walk to the apartment). The location of a flat is great, within all landmarks and very nice cafes, and a supermarket just across the street. Everything was perfect.

• Guest (10/5): Wird sicher nicht das letzte Mal sein das wir dort Buchen werden. - Die Anlage war im Mitten des Historischen Zentrum. Und Trotzdem wurden wir nicht vom Lärm Belästigt. Trotz das wir nur Übernachtung Gebucht hatten, wurde uns am Morgen noch mit kleine Snacks Überascht. Die Bereitschaft es uns gut gehen zu lassen von Personal. .

• Wolfgang (9/5): Empfehlenswert :-) - sehr gute Lage im Zentrum modern und praktikabel eingerichtet kleiner Balkon zur Strasse der Checkin-Prozeß (am gleichen Tag per WhatsApp mit Dokumenten und Codes und Anweisungen), wir waren mit dem Motorrad den ganzen Tag unterwegs und hatten dafür weder Zeit noch Möglichkeit, GsD ging es per Telefon dann sehr einfach :-) die Wände des Gebäude sind sehr dünn, man hört sehr viel aus den Nebenräumen ... der Eingangsbereich hat viele Müllsäcke bzw. ist der Gebäudedurchgang sehr schäbig

Le lit était également très confortable comme un petit nuage. Globalement cet appartement est très agréable ! Je recommande. Les minis points négatifs : La machine à café ne marchait pas très bien et si vous êtes grand (+1m85) le pommeau de douche peut être un peu bas.

• Reyhan (10/5): Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Definitiv empfehlenswert. - Merkezde bulunan tertemiz bir konaklama. Kücük ayrintilara önem verilmis ( günes semsiyesi, terlik, kulak tikaci, … ). Sehir ici oldugu icin yaya heryere ulasiliyor. Park yeri kisa süre aramak zorunda olsaniz bile cabuk bulunuyor. Arabayla yakindaki sahillere cabuk ulasmak mümkün. Sahibi cok cana yakin hersey ile ilgileniyor. Herkese ictenlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Ein sehr sauberes, schön eingerichtetes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Auf alle Details wurde geachtet (Sonnenschirme, Oropax, Hotelschlappen, Minibar). Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar, zum Strand kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto. Parkprobleme hatten wir keine - kurze Suche allerdings nötig - dann findet man aber auch in der Nähe etwas und muss nur wenige Minuten zur Unterkunft laufen. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation waren problemlos. Tipps zu Restaurants und Stränden haben wir von der Besitzerin erhalten. Besitzerin sehr nett. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung war top!
• Joep (10/5): We voelden ons meteen thuis - Een appartement om in te wonen, zo prachtig! Het heeft alle voorzieningen om je thuis te voelen. Het is mega groot, zowel bad als douche heel fijn en het bed is comfortabel. Het matras is best zacht. Er is airco aanwezig in het leefgedeelte en de slaapkamer. Sissy, de eigenaresse, geeft veel tips en staat altijd klaar voor je. Ze is telefonisch makkelijk bereikbaar. Ze heeft voor ons een tafel geboekt in een restaurant, omdat het ons niet lukte. Oristano is een heel rustig dorpje. Een gratis parkeerplek in het centrum is wat moeilijker te vinden. Betaald parkeren kost 0,70€ per uur. Dat was voor ons geen probleem, maar kan voor anderen tegenvallen.

• Silviu Stefan (10/5): Perfect🥰 - The most beautiful accommodation. I generally travel quite a lot and it has never happened to me to find accommodation without any complaints. It is absolutely perfect, our room was a true oasis of luxury, spacious, elegantly designed in marble, with a large wardrobe and a well-maintained bathroom. The orthopedic bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the big TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The balcony was very fancy with an incredible view over the city, but at night it was quiet and relaxing without noise. We stayed for over eight days and were sad to leave. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh towels provided whenever you needed them. A very clean room, fully equipped, if you needed something like an iron, etc... you asked and it was given to you instantly. Also the cleaning lady was very helpful and kind, very attentive to details to make it the perfect room when you return after a day at the beach. Being centrally located, you had access to all the delicious restaurants in the area, beautiful walks in the evening and pleasant music. Oristano as a city is very beautiful with a history and superb architecture. We rented a car and it was very easy for us to move from one city to another, easy access to the beaches. When we came from the beach we could completely relax because we were in the center and had access to everything. Also the parking is very good, simple, without complications. I can't say enough about the host, extremely friendly and helpful, she speaks perfect English and whenever I wrote to her she helped us with everything, gave us tips about the best beaches and locations. I even had a medical problem and she helped me go to the nearest hospital and within a few hours I was very well. There are stunning beaches nearby with crystal clear waters, where you can go to relax , paddle and rent a boat. We felt like home and we recommend you the same stay if you want a perfect vacation!

• Angietravelsalot (10/5): Incredible modern apartment, centrally located, with elevator access. - This apartament was incredible! It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The AC worked well. The tub and shower were amazing. Both were large enough for two people— the hot water worked great. There was a full kitchen and living room area. The beds were comfortable. Our host, Sissy, was very nice, spoke American English, and extremely knowledgable about the area and gave us tips on places to explore. The building is right in the center of a plaza and you have to walk up to the building. The rooms are in the second floor. The building has an elevator! Parking was located right on the street with no accessibility issues. I will definitely visit again. Everything was perfect.

• Pavel (10/5): Прекрасный отпуск в Ористано - Прекрасные апартаменты в самом центре Ористано! Очень стильно и современно обставленные, всё было чисто и уютно. Несмотря на центральное расположение, по вечерам было абсолютно тихо — отличный сон гарантирован. В радиусе 2 минут ходьбы от апартаментов много бесплатных и платных парковочных мест, что удобно для тех, кто путешествует на машине. Хозяйка апартаментов — Симона — очень гостеприимная, говорит на немецком, итальянском, английском и немного на русском. Она также предлагает дневные экскурсии на лодке по побережью Сардинии. Мы отправились в такую поездку и остались в полном восторге: побывали в невероятно красивых и уединённых местах, которые сложно найти самостоятельно. Настоятельно рекомендую эти апартаменты для комфортного и насыщенного отдыха в Ористано!

• Fabiola (10/5): Splendide ! - Appartement fortement recommandé! Nous avons logé dans la chambre n*5 pendant 2 jours. Celle-ci dispose d’un balcon privatisé et d’une salle de bain privatisée également. Tout était très propre et d’ailleurs le logement sentait très bon. Situé en plein centre ville, les alentours n’étaient pas bruyants et nous n’avons eu aucune peine à trouver un parking libre proche de l’appartement (zone blanche non payante). L’amabilité de l’hôte, le style et la propreté de la chambre sont des plus également. Enjoy !
• Mariasimona (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi in questa struttura. Tutto molto bello. Stanza e bagno bellissimi, moderna, pulizia impeccabile. Il top è stato il terrazzo tutto a nostra completa disposizione. Lo stendino che non poteva mancare dopo le giornate di mare, molto pratico. Come sentirsi a casa. Strategica la posizione. Al centro di Oristano con negozi, ristoranti e pure un supermercato sotto casa. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a cercare il parcheggio vicino, anzi tutto sotto casa. Nonostante così al centro di Oristano, struttura molto silenziosa Grazie Sissi per la tua completa disponibilità e gentilezza. 🥰 consigliatissimo. Niente
