• Clive (7/5): Next to a building site! - Great location for shops and restaurants. The accommodation was kept clean and tidy. The accommodation was sparsely furnished and equipped. There were no bedside lamps, and one bedroom had no bedside tables. There was very little equipment in the kitchen. It had been stated that the accommodation was in a quiet, yet it's actually located twenty metres from a huge building site.

• Paulette (4/5): Not worth it - avoid - Our family of five stayed in the 5th-floor penthouse at Vivi Avenue Thonglor, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The most significant issue was the intense smells coming from the drains, which overwhelmed the entire apartment throughout our stay. Despite our efforts to address the issue, the odor persisted, making it difficult to relax or enjoy our time there. The accommodation itself had potential, with a spacious layout and good amenities, but the unbearable smell completely ruined the experience. For a property marketed as a luxury penthouse, this was unacceptable. We wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend it to others unless this issue is resolved. It was disappointing and far below expectations. The smells in the bathrooms were really bad, also cleaning didn’t happen one day - they didn’t care about the smells

• Maycxn (8/5): Overall a wonderful stay at ViVi Avenue, met the friendliest staff, nice neighbourhood and just a great experience. - Clean and cozy space, staffs were very friendly and helpful. Does feel abit worn down in certain corners.

I wanted to complain to the reception but there was no information how to call to reception or staff at middle of the night. Also wifi connection was unstable.

Only one window looks out to the garden at the photo. The others to the construction yards. The aircons have the sound of taking off (and broken) airplane, cannot use during the night.
