• Severine (10/5): Super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis - Das Haus wurde sehr schön renoviert und bietet viel Platz. Da wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren, haben wir die Küche nicht genutzt, aber die wichtigen Sachen schienen vorhanden zu sein. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Wohnquartier machte einen ruhigen Eindruck (wir hatten das Fenster über Nacht offen und haben nichts gehört). Vor Anreise haben wir eine ausführliche Nachricht vom Eigentümer samt Video erhalten, was super praktisch war! Der Stadtkern ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Als wir ankamen, war der Parkplatz vor der Liegenschaft besetzt. Wir konnten aber etwas weiter unten an der Strasse parken.

We highly recommend Amica Rose for your stay in Belfast. - Our host at Amica Rose was incredibly responsive with excellent communication before our arrival and during our stay. We absolutely loved this place! A quintessential Belfast row house with all the mod cons, the decor and furnishings were of a high standard with a gorgeous kitchen, comfortable beds, renovated bathroom, and a small but lovely outdoor garden. There were so many lovely little touches that gave this simple house the feeling of a cozy home. Amica Rose is located in a neighbourhood that is an easy walk to Ormeau Park, downtown Belfast, or the Cregagh Road. Easy to access public transit if you prefer. Access to a washing machine would have been preferably over a dishwasher, but the host helpfully let us know where the closest public laundromat was (about a 15 minute walk). We paid $45 CAD to wash and dry two loads of laundry.

• Alice (7/5): A nice place to stay but too far from the city center and attractions for tourists. - The property was located on a quiet residential street. The facilities were good, containing all amenities needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, pots and dishes. There was a dining and living room area that were nice. The bedrooms were small but comfortable enough. The owner was easy to communicate with and we were able to leave our luggage before the check in time. The property was quite far from the city center and attractions. Getting a taxi was difficult and took a lot of time and was expensive. The second bedroom was a bit small for 2 adults.

• Durga (10/5): It was lovely, well maintained, beautiful 2 bed house with one bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with all - Well presented and thoughtfully designed. Loved the ambiance and decorations. The location is a bit unpleasant. It is purely residential and tucked in between other residential houses/row house. I didn’t find it to be private enough. Parking is also off road which was a disabled spot taking up the space. I didn’t find it to be safe parking there.

• Paul (10/5): Amazing apartment featuring comfort, beautiful decor and suitable location - The decor was fab and it was fully stocked with everything you would need. It’s clear that a lot of time, money and effort was put into this home and it has paid off! Not a single complaint to be made. Location was good, not too far from the city but would need to take a bus or uber which was not a problem for us. The full experience was seamless and I will be returning without a doubt There was nothing to dislike about the property. It was perfect.

• Madeline (10/5): Perfect little house within touching distance of the city. - Location was great for us. We were driving and everything was within 10 minutes all directions. House was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Working fireplace (bring fire logs). Check in and check out was seamless and Manuel was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The bathroom shower is a wet room. The only downside to this for us was with our young kids when they’d go in after us. Chance of slipping etc. Very minor complaint.

Beautiful bathroom with everything you need. Great park nearby. And the most important thing was that we could use a real fireplace there and that we could take our dog with us. So highly recommended and we will definitely come back. Everything was perfect just one thing was a bit strange for us that the other bedroom was locked.

Dirty dishes in kitchen cupboard but this is surely down to previous occupants although might be good if this is checked before each visit as it kind of disappointed. Also bedside lamps very dusty - I only report both these things as it would warrant 100% satisfaction thereafter. I believe in honesty and your reviews would be brill if these two little things were addressed.
• Mark (10/5): Beautiful Belfast Gem - I recently stayed for one night at Amica Rose in Belfast and was thoroughly impressed. The cleaning was impeccable, and the welcoming package, including water bottles, Ferrero Rocher, snacks, Lavazza coffee, slippers, and more, was a delightful touch. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable too, and had a great sleep. The location is perfect, close to Ormeau Park and within walking distance of the Titanic Quarter and the city center. The place has great amenities and check-in/check-out was super easy with both code and card.
