• Zoha (5/5): Not good for the price. You can find better place in less price. - Only located at good location. I stayed for one night and will definitely not be returning again. The sink was blocked — I thought the water might drain by the morning, but it didn’t. The room door also didn’t lock, so I had to place an unreliable chair in front of it for some sense of security. I arrived after work expecting the basic facilities to function properly, but they didn’t. I couldn’t be bothered contacting services for issues that should already have been fixed before guests arrive. There were tea and coffee sachets provided, but no milk packs, which made no sense. No water was provided either. On top of that, the cupboard had an unpleasant smell.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. Nothing really. The shower pressure could have been better but that is a minimal complaint.

Metro à 200 m, et de nombreux petits retaurants avec spécialités de petits déjeuners sur la route de la gare de Paddington. Alentour calme, propre et proximité imédiate d Hyde Park. Petit coin cuisine avec four micro onde pour réchauffer les petits plats à emporté du soir. Douche spacieuse et salle de très propre. L isolation sonore est un peu juste mais l avenue reste assez calme.Nous n avons pas été réveillé. Les 2 lits simples collés en gage de lit double (ils s'écartent). La porte de la salle de bain qui coulisse par le haut et reste entrouverte par le bas pas top quand on va au toilettes 😅. Pas de problèmes ridibitoires mais à savoir. Mieux pour un couple amoureux qui se connaît bien que pour un premier voyage en amoureux.

El hotel solo para dormir porque el resto del día estás fuera visitando Londres está bien. La habitación era algo pequeña con una ventana minúscula y casi no se podía abrir. El baño también era algo pequeño. No hay ascensor y si llevas maletas pesadas puede ser un problema.

• Wendy Hu (10/5): Very good London accomodation. - Great location at affordable prices. walking distance from two underground stations three and five minutes walk. Our room was spacious and clean. And could easily have accommodated 6 adults if using the two big fold out beds in the living room. Our two teenage boys used tham and found them very comfortable The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms come with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, and milk sachets. Its within walking distance of Sainsbury's and M&S and local shops so if your on a bit of a buget you can easily get shop ready meals. For us the proof of the pudding was we would go back again. Hard pushed to find any fault. Our room was only stair accessable. Ok for us but not a wheel chair. The accesses to reception was via steps so not wheelchare friendly. But that is outside the ability for anyone to fix as it was designed Like that.

Je n'ai pas aimé le couchage du canapé bien trop fin et vétuste même pour 2 enfants. Le mobilier mériterait un coup de jeune. L'évier est beaucoup trop petit. Il manque de la pression dans la douche.

• Cody (8/5): - Room was nice, plenty of space Bed was very comfortable Facilities were nice and worked well Location was great, right next to Hyde Park and very close to an underground station Rooms are supposed to be tidied daily and full bed change on your 3rd day however we had to speak to reception as after 5 days our bed wasn't changed. Woman on reception was very helpful and got our bed changed the next day though. Rooms can be noisy, thin walls / floors so you can hear all the other rooms. Also due to being right next to the rod you can hear all the vehicles. Obviously there isn't anything the hotel can really do about this and I did manage to sleep fine Small light above bed didn't work, however we didn't really need it so forgot to even mention to reception. I'm sure they would have resolved this.

The basement room should be removed. It's small, too, too noisy, the TV signal keeps going off. But thankfully I was moved out the next day because at booking we had agreed to a room on the 3rd floor.

Asked for additional two hours before checkout at 11 am due to meeting, was offered one hour with additional 20 pound cost. Did not take the option.

It is also very close to a lot of different public transportation stations, so its very well connected. The kitchen came with a stove but no pots or pans to use, which wasn't stated. It wasn't a big deal, since we knew we wouldn't be cooking there.

Keep it up!! I don’t see any of them problem in the property but only pillows need extra pillows to protect necks curved. Please add pillows to them

• Youjung (6/5): - friendly front desk staffs and a spacious room our room was located in the basement and there was an awful sewer (rotten egg) smell coming up, piercing through the floor. the stench was really bad and strong at some points, I had headaches on the second night. we didn't care to ask for a room change because all the rooms seem fully booked when I reserved it and our stay was only for 3 nights... we had to keep the window open all the time to breath. the issue isn't smth they can fix immediately but it needs to be seriously addressed because I can see other reviews are also mentioning this. there is no locked luggage storage so keep in mind they will allow you to leave the luggages in the corridor after check out.

• Sarah (5/5): Disappointingly Average - The receptionist was at the door by chance when I arrived so he did greet me and hand me the keys quickly. They were also flexible on an early check in - 1h early - which I appreciated. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It didn’t look like the pictures at all. The pictures depict rooms that are not the one that I was attributed even though it apparently corresponded to the name / type they had put on the ad which was double studio apartment. It was not an apartment at all, it was just a room with a double bed and an ensuite narrow bathroom. No facilities to cook outside of a microwave and a tiny fridge. It was on street level and noises from the street were a thing even if not too disruptive that night. The receptionist told me the discount I had was on their cheapest first entry room which was of course not specified anywhere in the add and most importantly, there was no picture corresponding to that room so it led customers to believe it was going to be a much nicer room indeee looking like a studio apartment with corresponding space and facilities when it was overall very average. It is just above Hyde park so easy enough location when one needs to spend a night in london otherwise and it was clean / bed was comfortable tho a couple things were waiting to be fixed like curtains stains / door or drawer handles.
