• Susan (10/5): - Very good house we all enjoyed. Position was perfect for my grandchildren to keep them occupied. My niece also lived reasonably close for my great nieces 2nd birthday party My daughter and her husband also had a good time and happy with facilities. Very large back garden perfect for children. Parking limited in the front driveway but we did have 2 large vehicles and we just got them in with good driving. No dishwasher but not a deal breaker would just make it easier after 6 meals a time.
• Claire (9/5): Great location ⛱️☀️ Great layout, really enjoyed our stay - As a family holiday, this was most important for the children to have their own rooms. This was also a great location, 9 minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ The layout was great, a big spacious dining room, and a cozy lounge area. The kitchen was very modern and everything was there we needed for our stay. The house was a lovely place to stay for the weekend. It only had a few minor issues with decor which I have spoken about in the next section. Great communication from the hosts family regarding an issue with the toilet. This was resolved within a good time frame. The noise from the neighbours was extremely rude. At 2am in the morning on the last night. When you have to check out for 10am. This wasn't very considerate. I had also read in the previous reviews this wasn't the first time from complaints around the neighbours. The downstairs toilet had an issue which was unfortunate, but this was resolved very quickly. The beds were quite hard to sleep on, the children also complained about this. The small room didn't really have any storage for your belongings. There were quite a few marks on the walls and surfaces. The chair in the front bedroom had stains on it. I felt the house needed a welcoming pack of instructions and how to guide, I didn't like the notes pinned up. Also a guide about Cleethorpes and maybe some brochures for what's around the area for families. The kitchen door may also need a blind as the fridge door got extremely hot from the sun reflecting through the window. The garden was a little basic, I understand it's low maintenance for dog friendly. But the garden furniture was a little worn and tatty. It wasn't very comfortable to sit out and enjoy the evening sun.
• Hannah (10/5): Perfect for families!! - The property was to a very high standard and exceptionally clean. Very close to the sea front and amenities but far enough out to be nice and quiet. Perfect for a family stay. The host was very helpful and clear with instructions before and during the stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!! I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about our stay.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect stay. Great location and comes with your own parking space too.. lovely and spacious inside and conveniently ba - Bright, spacious modern house. Very clean. Home from home experience. Stayed here before and will definitely return. If I could have one criticism, it would be nice to have TVs in the rooms. I travel a lot and there are usually TVs in most rooms but it’s not a deal breaker because I will visit again.
• Barbaraw1 (10/5): Long weekend in Cleethorpes - Lovely spacious home from home. Parking at the front of the house,but there is also a bus that goes to the seafront or it is about a 15 minute walk. A nice sized garden at the back of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen,plus separate dining and living space.There is a downstairs powder room too. Three good size double bedrooms and although there are no wardrobes,there are hanging rails in 2 of the rooms plus plenty of hangers.There are also drawers . Pictures on the website are true depictions of the house. Good communication after booking ,on arrival and departure and info left in the house.

Host was very helpful with an hour early check in requested. No hooks on 2nd main bedroom door but they were on the bathroom and spare bedroom, beds were slightly hard to sleep on.

• Ben (6/5): Mostly okay but unsafe for dogs during certain times (garden berries). - Modern, mostly clean and spacious. No oven gloves. No shower mat in slippy bath. Supposed to be dog friendly, however there were loads of berries that are highly Poisonous to dogs all over the floor in the garden (Huge cherry laurel tree).

• Tracey (9/5): Lovely, spacious and modern house in a great location. - Spacious and modern. It felt really homely. Beds were very comfortable. Great location for the beach, shops and bars/restaurants. The neighbours were quite noisy until 11pm which was frustrating as we abided by the rules of being quiet after 10pm. Having to get up early to check out the next morning made this an even harder pill to swallow. Having to strip all the beds took some time on the morning of check out. I was pleased to see the host uses pillow and mattress protectors but alarmed to see these don’t get washed each time as there was a large stain on the single bed protector. Having to use the back door all the time, although I appreciate this is the hosts preference.

The garden was a bit unkempt but I’m assuming it’s because it’s mainly for guests with pets they’ve kept it simple but it would still look nice if it was cleaned up. The house is very warm so a fan would be useful

Beds were unbelievably comfortable for all of us. All the extras included, kitchen roll, hand wash, tea towels, loads of glasses, lovely soft towels, foil, washing machine bubbles etc etc, we didn't need to buy anything 😀 Thank you x There is nothing that we didn't like! 10/10 Everything was perfect 👌 to us a dishwasher instead of a washing machine would have been preferable but only because there was 7 of us and none of us like washing up!!!😅 This is not a criticism by any means x

Just a silly thing, there wasn't a pizza wheel to cut the pizza and it would be nice to have a radio in the kitchen. We like the comfort of the radio.

Would have liked a cafetiere and being Cleethorpes, some basic store cupboard items for bringing fish and chips back to the house. A bit of salt and vinegar. Not a criticism, more of a "just something nice to have been available".

If you want beach walks or to hit the amusement rides then this can be achieved very easily from the property. There are a good range of options to eat out within walking distance. The property is very well-resourced if you want to eat in. The sitting room was very comfortable and relaxing which on a cold November day was very welcoming. The quality and upkeep of the property were of a high standard which again made the stay really good. It hit what we required. Thank you

• Steven (10/5): Lovely property in a good location - Lovely property close to the front. 10 minutes to walk on fairly quiet roads while we were there. I suspect it might be busier during the holiday season. Everything you could possibly need in the house. There were 5 of us staying and it never felt that we were on top of each other. Beds were comfortable for me and everybody else liked them. The road outside was on a bus route but again was fairly quiet so there was no issue with traffic noise. If I was to return to Cleethorpes to visit family I would definitely see if this property was available first. The host was always available and helpful. Nothing. Everything was great.

Everything was new and walls were bright. The location was fantastic; only 5 minutes walk to the beach and local amenities Nothing really. All was good!

Excellent location and be - The property was renovated to a very high and modern standard. The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed and more. The next door neighbour complained to us about our four children being noisy, however he was renovating his property so was knocking and banging a fair but which was much noisier!!
