Il check-in in autonomia è stato ben spiegato e non ho riscontrato nessun problema con l'accesso alla struttura. Qualora ne avessi la necessità usifruirei nuovamente dell'hotel Pone la stanza era fredda, per fortuna essendo piccola si è riscaldata velocemente una sistemata al bagno sarebbe l'ideale; la tavoletta del wc era rotta e il doccino era probabilmente istruito dal calcare. Il bagno sarebbe da sistemare leggermente

• Mariia (10/5): Мы остались очень довольны. - Удобное расположение, читые и уютные номера, очень комфортная кровать и прекрасный персонал. У меня была проблема с онлайн загрузкой документов, они вошли в положение и сделали это. Мы попросили заменить номер так как нам нужна была одна кровать а в нашем было две, нам без проблем заменили. Каждый день убирали номер, всегда было чисто. Рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка, большой торговый центр и заведения где можно покушать. Очень удобно.

• Aaron (9/5): A very nice hotel - Owner and staff very nice. Room was clean. Would be happy to stay again. As it is a bit out getting a crowded bus with luggage was an issue. My only concern otherwise good connection by bus to a metro.

• Elijah (7/5): Mediocre - The price is affordable given that it is in Milan. Calm place I didn't like that it takes a lot for the air condition to work. To add up, it is a bit far from the city centre so you really have to plan your day because the travel time from hotel to the city centre is around 1 hour. The remote control for the TV is not in the room. For improvement, I would suggest that they would put floor mat in the shower room.
• Hwafai (9/5): Superb - great location, walking distance from metro and old city. even walking distance of around 4 km to port. its not about the location as such but its at the upper parts of the hill and hence one needs to be really fit to walk uphill to reach the property. it was particularly exhausting to walk uphill at the day end. riding a taxi or renting a scooter could do the job.
• Bergvin (9/5): Superb - It was very clean a ton of warm water, there was a balcony and a lot of security a whole gate to get there and the staff helped alot to get us there even offering a taxi driver to pick us up at the airport fantastic stay Honestly, nothing really other than a fly that bothered us at night, but we still got a good night's sleep either way, so still an amazing stay

• Flavia (6/5): Needs some improvements - Management was flexible with my request to shorten my stay and processed my request through Booking.com as fast as they could. Unexpected cleaning service on a daily basis was quite a good surprise, as we thought it would not be the case, considering no one was present at the facility. Check in was easy - property contacted us and offered to come welcome us at the door a few minutes after we arrived. Parking space available, which is rare and very convenient. We were on the ground floor, as no other rooms were available. A door separating the front door and the elevator was large and somewhat heavy, so all guests, arriving at very different times throughout the night up to 2am, would make a lot of noise when opening and closing that door to reach the elevator and their bedrooms. No double glazed windows for a room facing a busy street has also caused some disturbance to get to sleep.
