- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Go location for caravan near entertainment complex
- Katie (5/5): Great management company - There seems to be a number of caravans for rent run by a company. The lady running it was lovely and very quick to respond. Unfortunately, we had an issue with this particular caravan, but the company was quick to responsed despite it be 11pm at night. We were quickly moved to another caravan. The other caravan was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We had some issues with this caravan, so had to move.
- Ashleigh (10/5): Home away from home. - Great clean, spacious caravan with everything you need for/as a home away from home. Site staff were very helpful and friendly.
Lots of fun activities on site and beach just a short (but steep) walk away. The single beds are quite narrow for an adult and would suit children better.
- Craig (8/5): Very good - Very easy to find on a great campsite.
- Natalia (9/5): Superb - Was lovely caravan, lovely location The swimming pool was out of order, and although we paid for four people, we couldn't use it, so we wasted our money.
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (9/5): Great little caravan, close to the facilities - Great location

- Janet (10/5): Great accommodation and location. - The caravan was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with equipment. The site was really nice with lots to do and only a short walk to Cayton Bay. N/A
- Elaine (9/5): IT WAS A LOVELY PLACE TO STAY AND GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY - LOCATION WAS GREAT THE PARK WAS GREAT FOR THE KIDS GREAT VALUE THE WEATHER
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peterb23 (9/5): Great value high class caravan experience - A great location between Filey and Scarborough reached by road or walking on Cleveland Way. Enough space between caravans to give a certain amount of peace. A nice south facing decking area made relaxing outdoors perfect. The caravan was spacious and had almost everything we needed. Shower was really good as was having an onsuite toilet. Smart tv in living area, and a microwave in the kitchen as well as kettle toaster oven and fridge freezer. The lack of a sweeping brush meant we couldn't sweep the decking before leaving. Walkway passed van meant people were looking in as they passed so not that private.
- Sambell (8/5): Good accomodation - The caravan was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't have any towels on arrival, but this was soon remedied by a quick call to the agent who apologised and had them sent over.
- Claire (8/5): Short break in Cayton bay (Parkdean Resorts) - Quiet location
Close to beach
Restaurant Bed uncomfortable
Dirty crockery,Plates,oven
No cleaning products as advertised
Having to purchase a pass for evening entertainment and facilities £18 per person which I didn’t purchase
Fish and chip shop worst food I’ve ever eaten having to take back as was burnt I did get my money back

- Jeremy (9/5): Great value for money, great facilities and location. - Great value for money. Nice, clean caravan in an excellent location with really good facilities on site. The location was a little noisy with people passing by. Could be even noisier in peak season.
- Pit58-123 (7/5): Good -
- Cliff (9/5): Cosy caravan - Lovely and clean with plenty of crockery and glasses. The oven wasn't the best and the microwave didn't work, or if it did we couldn't get it to heat anything up, so could have done with the instructions.
- Oliver (6/5): Clean, comfortable beds, good WiFi for entertainment / work. NB i didn’t realise but the property is dog friendly, s - Location: Near Cayton beach and good access to main roads for Filey and Scarborough beach. Comfy beds. Although really clean, the living room / kitchen has a whiff of dogs (I didn’t realise it was a dog friendly property). If you have dogs, sure this wouldn’t be a problem. Bedrooms / bathrooms no dog smell
- David (8/5): Very good - The space of the accommodation The first step up to the caravan is to high
- Wealthall (10/5): Excellent didn't use the park went out every day -
- Jannette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rightsedfred (8/5): Very good - The place was clean.
Quite a lot of flies in the room.
Need a car to get about.
Much cheaper than a hotel.
Should have taken some fly spray !! Food in the complex was very poor quality
- Norma (10/5): A good time had by all. - First time staying at a caravan park. It was different, and at the height of the English school holidays, but nice to see a busy site. With the decking and a fully functional caravan, it's definitely something I would think of doing again.
- Lauren (10/5): Lovely van. Great accommodation. All staff on site were very friendly. Activities were a great hit with my 9 year old. - It was immaculate on arrival. The cleaners were walking past as we were going in and they stopped to make sure everything was ok. They were lovely. It was modern. There were enough bits inside- towels/bedding/kitchen bits etc so we hadnt needed to take anything from home. It was also close to the main things on site which was ideal for my disabled Mum. Communication was good and clear before arrival. Key lock located outside easy to use. N/a
- Rosemary (8/5): Very good -
