Интерьер украшен с душой и любовью, везде чувствуется забота о каждой детали. Наш номер с балконом был уютным и чистым, матрас вполне комфортный. Кухня просто великолепна, а персонал внимательный и приветливый. Однозначно рекомендую! Очень слабый интернет.

• Emma (10/5): Perfect in every way, thank you! Exceeded expectations - Beautiful rooms, perfect for short or long stays. We stayed as 3 friends in the room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. The beds and the sofa bed were amazingly comfortable, the pillows were great, the heaters worked well to keep us warm and the shower pressure was great. Also, the common area with the big fireplace and sunken in lounge area was super nice for cosy late nights. Perfect for our 4 night ski trip. The owner, Niki, was incredibly kind, with good communication before arriving and throughout our stay. Thank you, can’t wait to come again!!

We appreciated small touches like USB ports on the bedside tables, full length mirror and shoe racks. The place is 15min away from the Gondola. There is a well equipped kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. Niki gave us good advice for nearby hikes.

We all enjoyed our stay there! The hosts were exceptionally nice helpful and thoughtful! We’ll definitely will stay there again the next time when we visit Bansko! We were visiting during an exceptionally hot week, so it took time before the rooms cool down in the evening. The host recognizes that with climate change it’s getting necessary to install air conditioning in the rooms and is actually planning to do it for the following summer. Thank you Nikolai!

We stayed here for a long weekend and Niki House was truly exceptional. Very nice setup with call you could need for a weekend of longer. Great staff who were very helpful with knowledge of the area. Great facilities and room with everything being clean, tidy and quiet. Bansko as well as Bulgaria is a wonderful place with wonderful people.

• Michelle (10/5): Lovely room with everything you could need - The property is an absolute gem. Fabulous kitchen area with every appliance you could ever wish for! Plus a washing machine…bonus. My room was spacious, comfortable, fluffy blankets, fridge. Close to the gondola (15 min walk) and old town (10 min walk). I really enjoyed my time here. The only thing that I would change is the temperature. My room was insanely hot. I asked for the radiator to be turned off but it was only possible to turn down. So my window had to be kept open the whole time.

Around 5-10 minutes by car to the Gondola Parking, and 10-15 mins by foot the the old town. We pretty much liked everything, great value for money. Maybe one small issue, it smelled a bit weird in the bathroom, maybe the sink was the culprit. Aside from that, no major issues.

The space was clean, well-maintained,perfect—welcoming, had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, providing a lot of services for cooking, which was a big plus. The area is also fantastic, offering a perfect mix of peace and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-equipped and comfortable place to stay! The host was very thoughtful and informed us in advance about some street construction work that might cause noise. However, it wasn't an issue at all. The walls were well insulated, and we couldn't hear anything from outside. Overall, it was a very peaceful stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet place to stay!

The shared kitchen and dining area was incredibly well stocked which was great and allowed us to eat there one evening. It was a short 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town and about a 20 minute walk to the big supermarket. We were there in the summer and the location was great to be able to do some hiking. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Niki was super helpful and friendly. He let us know about some construction outside of his place in advance which we really appreciated but it wasn't an issue at all during our stay. N/A

It’s very well kept and taken care off. The room is really clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. It is also nicely decorated. The host is very communicative and can accommodate a later check in, we arrived around 22:00. We could park our car just in front of the house. The shared kitchen with dining room is impressive and has everything you could ever need for cooking, cleaning or eating. The area is nice and gives good access to explore the mountains. We would be more than happy to go back!

• Sian (9/5): Affordable & convenient guest house in Bansko - Niki house was the perfect place for us for our short stay in Bansko. Travelling as 2 friends, the twin room we had was perfect, very clean & tidy, 10 minutes walking distance from the centre and about 15 minutes walk to the gondola. Easy walking distance to convenience stores, lots of shops, restaurants and in general, easy access around the town. The owner was also very friendly and gave us advice of where to go and what to do. The first day we arrived was quite hot and there was no fan in the room. Also a faint smell of cigarette smoke.
