Beautiful view across the canal and onto farmyard. High quality kitchen facilities with enough tools to cook full meals. Very clean, great lighting and a rain shower. We liked everything

- Melanie (10/5): Ideal for two couples or small family visiting Colne or surrounding countryside. - The location is ideal. It's next to the canal, which provides easy walking to Colne or Barrowford (incl. Booths supermarket and the Pendle Heritage Museum), or out into the wider countryside. The accommodation was comfortable. In particular, it was lovely and warm, which isn't always the case with holiday cottages. Everything we needed for self-catering was provided – cutlery, crockery, microwave etc. Good wifi and smart TV provided (log in to your own streaming accounts). Easy parking. Friendly owners. One of the best places we've rented.

- Stuart (9/5): Wonderful, clean modern facilities with picturesque surroundings. - The cottage was very modern and clean with very spacious bedrooms and bonus of en-suite bathrooms in each room which was great. Great kitchen facilities with all you needed to cook and clean. The canal and farm made for picturesque walks right on our doorstep and we were very close to wonderful towns like clitheroe and Whalley. We loved the place but maybe would have appreciated a slightly later checkout time say 11am to not rush too much the last day.
