• Bati_IUT (4/5): - Единственное что понравилось - это большой номер. но он тоже сделан както странно. два больших номера находились на первом этаже, как зайдешь сразу кровать, направо санузел и рядом большое место - просто есть, ею нельзя пользоваться, можно только добавить кровать, но тоже в таком виде лучше купить трехместный номер. 1 - Санузел воняет, после душа везде вода которая не уходит. 2 - в комнате отсутствует чайник и принадлежности для чая и тд 3 - персонал ужасный, единственный сотрудник ресепшна который нас встречал хороший, все остальные просто ужас, грубые, безпардонные. 4 - Завтрак лучше бы не было. Ужасный. Такой завтрак я не ел никогда нигде, это не отель это хостел какой то. На второе утро нам вообще сказали "быстрее уходите из кухни, у нас есть и другие гости которые хотят завтракать" Я в шоке был от такого поведения. единственное что меня удержало разнести все - это то что нам надо было уже уезжать. Я пожалел что взял это место, за такие деньги, основываясь на рейтинги.

• Анастасия (1/5): Остались ужасные впечатления. - Самый ужасный отель. Во первых расположение очень далекое от всех достопримечательностей. В комнатах грязно, в туалете висит пахучка для машины, они её повесили потому что там воняло канализацией. В ванной нет мыла, шампуни. От слова ничего совсем. Было только хозяйственное мыло. Спасибо что хоть туалетная бумага была. В комнатах нет электрических чайников. Двери скрипят, хотели закрыть на ключ, они даже на ключ не закрывались. В общем, никому не советую посещать данную гостиницу.

• Алишер (10/5): - Отель я бы назвал бутик отелем, расположен в 5 мин от вокзала, рядом есть продуктовый магазин, аптека, и магазин одежды, от туристического центра 10 мин, завтрак вкусный, бассейн не работал так как сезон дождей. Обязательно приедем снова Все хорошо

Leaking toilet, people start talking since 7am and it’s clearly sounded in the room

Мне не понравилось, что в номере была плохая звукоизоляция, комната была рядом с ресепшеном, и слышны были звуки, особенно когда кто-то поздно ночью приходил заселяться — это мешало спать.

• Tvics (9/5): - Очень отзывчивый персонал. Хороший, тихий район расположения гостиницы. Белье и комнаты чистые. Номера есть разные, в эконом варианте очень маленькая ванная комната. Это, пожалуй, единственный минус. В других номерах - нормальная.

• Elbek (1/5): - Я забронировал номер в гостинице через сервис бронирования по указанной цене. Однако при заселении сотрудники гостиницы потребовали оплату, значительно превышающую сумму, указанную в бронировании. Считаю такие действия недобросовестными, так как условия бронирования были изменены без предварительного уведомления. Это вводит клиентов в заблуждение и нарушает права потребителей. В связи с этим я был вынужден отказаться от заселения и отменить бронирование. После этого мне пришлось самостоятельно искать другую гостиницу, что доставило дополнительные неудобства, потерю времени и возможные финансовые расходы. Прошу разобраться в данной ситуации, принять меры в отношении гостиницы и предотвратить подобные случаи в будущем.

La chambre est suffisante, accès gratuit à l’eau potable, commodités aux alentours (en face il y a un très bon vendeur de somsa). Un peu loin des attractions touristiques mais cela reste faisable à pied ou en taxi. le ménage est fait en surface

• Muhammadrajab (6/5): такое себе - общались со мной хорошо. предлагали варианты и посоветовали места местоположение, я сам не посмотрел а в поиске хотел ближе к аэропорту найти. Время check in и check out-a не очень хорошее. кровать маленький немного. Да и еще самое плохое было то что я должен был выйти в 12 мне стучались в дверь в 11:30 чтоб напомнить, я был зол.

• Carol (7/5): Not bad - The hotel staff are very friendly and polite in service, with windows equipped with blackout curtains, and it is located close to the train station. Living on the first floor, there are occasional sounds from the toilet pipes or certain facilities, which may mildly disturb sleep. During winter, the courtyard pool is covered and not visible.

• Enzo (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When we arrived with incorrect booking dates (our mistake), Jonibek went above and beyond to help us, finding us a great room solution. Throughout our stay, Jonibek was exceptionally helpful and kind. When we encountered a problem during our visit, he spent a long time assisting us without hesitation. His warmth and professionalism truly made our experience special. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. It was staff like Jonibek who make this place stand out. His hospitality exemplifies the best of Uzbekistan. Highly recommended!

Персонал отличный: вежливые, отзывчивые, помогали с любыми возникающими вопросами. Отдельно хочется отметить очень интересную фишку отеля — здесь можно взять в аренду PlayStation 5, что реально круто и необычно. Скучно в этом отеле точно не будет! Обязательно вернусь ещё.

The hotel had neither the breakfast nor the restaurant. The heating system was not strong enough, especially in cold weather.
