• MARINA (4/5): Decepcionante - Lo unico bueno es el sofa chaise longue porque se ve que es nuevo y muy comodo. A dos paradas de metro del centro La casa se encuentra en barrio obrero con algun sin techo durmiendo en la misma calle. Una casa sin ascensor ,salon espacioso , los dos baños enanos ,pero lo peor son las tres camas dobles que hay con los colchones malos, hundidos y malas almohadas, en definitiva si buscas una casa para descansar después de un dia de turismo no es el sitio.

• Pasqua (6/5): Carino - Appartamento ampio come da foto. Salone molto spazioso e luminoso. Zona tranquilla, silenziosa e servita da mezzi. È al secondo piano senza ascensore ma non è stato un problema. Check-in in autonomia e istruzioni ricevute per recuperare chiavi. Materassi non molto comodi con uno dei letti che cigolava parecchio, biancheria macchiata, 1 solo asciugamano a testa, in uno dei due bagni la porta non si chiudeva bene restando socchiusa e quindi non c’era privacy. Nei bagni mancavano supporti per poggiare oggetti e asciugamani. Abbiamo trovato diverse blatte nel salone.
• Alba (1/5): ASQUEROSO, MIS PEORES VACACIONES, NO LO ALQUILES. - Nada, es horrible, el peor apartamento que he alquilado en mi vida. Asqueroso, insalubre diría yo, todo estaba roto y sucio, muy muy sucio, los colchones no se los deseo ni a mi peor enemigo, ducharse en esos cuartos de baño debería de ser ilegal, roña acumulada de años y años, los cojines y el sofá rajados, los colchones con los muelles por fuera, la mierda debajo de las camas con centímetros de suciedad, el barrio es malísimo, está lejos de todo, las ventanas no cierran y se escucha TODO, las puertas están rotas, las baldosas rotas… el olor a humedad es asqueroso, por favor, si te lo estás pensando… NO LO ALQUILES, han sido mis peores vacaciones gracias al apartamento.
• Gil Higueras (4/5): vaciones con amigas, muchas risas pero no descansamos mucho - la ubicación del sitio, que podías llegar rápido al centro y a la playa de huelín, además de estar muy cerca de la estación maria zambrano, había zonas de restauración relativamente cerca. las camas eran muy incómodas, por lo que no descansabas bien, la cisterna del baño funcionaba mal, la cafetera estaba rota y en dos ocasiones que intentamos hacer café, explotó el café por los aires, supongo que deben renovarla.

• Orsolya (9/5): Remek helyen, remek közlekedésnél világos, csendes, 5 főig ideális. - Remek környék, tágas lakás, habár az ágyak kicsik de csak aludni jártunk haza, igy megfelelt. Viszont a közlekedés ideális, közel a központ de a zaja már nem ér el odáig. A tulajdonos igyekszik a kéréseknek megfelelni, de még maradtak le dolgok. Kevés a meleg takaró is, sokszor fáztunk, van ugyan hősugárzó, de az is alacsony fokozaton. Többedjére voltunk nála, de még mindig nem találtunk cukrot, sót, fűszereket, esetleg némi kávébekészítést az apartmanban, ami azért jólesett volna.
• Victor (3/5): Imposible descansar - Es muy grande y espacioso Es imposible descansar Los colchones se hunden 1 metro teeminas con la espalda destrozada, además para que sea más difícil tu descanso, la estructuras de la cama son de metal y no paran de hacer ruido con cada movimiento. Es insufrible Las ventanas no aíslan nada y se oye todo lo de la calle, no paran de pasar coches. En general todo muy ruidoso y mejorable con algo de inversión

• Emilia (8/5): Spędziłam miło czas z przyjaciółmi a mieszkanie było dobrą bazą wypadową :) - Mieszkanie jest duże, blisko Maria Zambrano więc w dobrej lokalizacji, było wygodnie, są dwie łazienki jedna łazienka ma przesuwne drzwi które się nie domykają, w łazienkach pod prysznicem odchodziła farba z brodzików, śmieci po poprzednich gościach nie były wyniesione, brakowało czajnika i chociażby kawy czy herbaty

• Elena (9/5): Very positive experience - Very spacious, great for a big family. There’s pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host replied quickly. The check-in was easy. I would add a kettle to the facility

• Yuliia (6/5): - Очень хорошее местоположение. Рядом торговые центры, вокзал. Простой и удобный доступ в апартаменты. Есть стульчик для детского кормления. Просторные апартаменты. Удобные матрасы. Нас было 4 взрослых и двое детей.Отсутствует лифт. Если путешествие с маленьким ребенком,как в нашем случае, то это минус. Бойлер постоянно течет. Подставили ведро, но постоянное капанье немного раздражало. В апартаментах отсутствует отопление. Нет кондиционера нормального, чтоб воспользоваться теплом, но есть два обогревателя, хотя носить их из комнаты в комнату было не очень комфортно и если они работают и вы хотите что-то приготовить, то будьте готовы к тому что свет выбивает постоянно.В комнате с душем находиться не очень комфортно без постоянного проветривания. В душе отсутствует вентиляция и дверь,как таковая, отсутствует. Тот пластик который называется дверью до конца не закрывается.Еще думаю, что поддоны в душевых и смесители можно было б и заменить. Деревянные тумбочки в одной из комнат ужасно неприятно пахнут и устарелые. Их лучше не открывать и не хранить там вещи. Возможно, летом находиться в апартаментах более комфортно, но зимой нет.

• Natasha (7/5): - This apartment was in a good location with many amenities nearby. The owner of the apartment communicated well and supported us for a very early morning check in. I feel that the property could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. This property was not dirty but just needed more cleaning. We did do a bit of spot cleaning, and there was some dirt found in common places that should have been cleaned, such as the cooker and bathrooms. Fans were a bit dusty. There are old rusty items such as toilet cleaner, mirror, which stands out. The shower door was a bit fidley and wonky. The aircon was not working properly and was leaking. Therefore, we did not use it. There were a few bugs and cockroaches, but we understand this is not preventable due to the heat. They owner was kind enough to leave the sprays.

• Gutierrez Hernandez (1/5): Basurero - Nada Matas de pelos en el suelo, apartamento no barrido ni fregado, el servicio sucio con pelos en el plato de ducha, cubiertos, platos, tazas sucias, En una de las camas con manchas de sangre, las camas parecía que estaban estiradas de los anteriores inquilinos. Mal muy mal, y encima nos dicen que 30 € de limpieza. Muy descontentos, no volveremos.

Casa sporca, pulizie completamente assenti (pavimento da dimenticare), divano e biancheria non puliti e macchiati. Cucina pessima, trovata muffa, ruggine e stoviglie non pulite (prima cosa su cui ci si dovrebbe soffermare). Direi poco accogliete da questo punto di vista. Da dimenticare.

• Ligia (8/5): Big place close to the station - The apartament is very large and spacious, with a huge living room and 3 bedrooms plus two bathrooms (a bit small, but they work). Close to the station and lots of places to eat or buy groceries. Easy to access. The cleaning could have been better (the microwave had an old pizza slice in it), the furniture was a bit dusty, the kitchen utensils needed a bit of washing before. But it was not something we could not move past. The furniture needs a bit of updating, especially one of the beds, which has a dent in the mattress. It can be a bit cold at night, especially since there is no heating and some of the livingroom windows don't close properly. But none of these things prevented us from sleeping well or having a good time while there.

• Lynne (8/5): Very good - Very spacious lounge/ kitchen area. Three bedrooms one with tiny ensuite. Located near the bus and train station at Maria Zambrazo so ideal for getting around different places in the city.
• Schermuly (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was as expected, clean and tidy and had most of what we needed The buildings power went out in the middle of the night and we were trying to figure out what had happened. The resident upstairs also had some water issues and was making quite a lot of noise for long periods in the night
