• Alexandra (9/5): Absolute Weiterempfehlung :) - Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sieht wirklich alles so schön aus, wie auf den Fotos, wenn nicht noch besser! Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Katerina empfangen. Sie erklärte uns alles, war super freundlich und per WhatsApp erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie empfing uns mit ein paar Snacks (Oliven und Käse aus der Gegend) und hatte hilfreiche Tipps. Die Villa wird außerdem von einem Concierge Support betreut, über den man auch das Auto, Ausflüge, etc. buchen kann. Wir haben es nicht genutzt, aber der Kontakt war auch sehr freundlich. Wir hatten die Villa 2 mit zwei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Das obere Bad ist klein, aber für uns hat es vollkommen ausgereicht. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, ist die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz am Haus sehr steil und eng. Aber man kann das Auto oben parken und ein paar Meter runterlaufen. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto, weil die Villa auf einem Hügel gelegen ist und es fußläufig nicht viel gibt. Für uns war das jedoch kein Minuspunkt, sondern garantierte die Ruhe, die wir gesucht haben. Es sieht so aus, als wäre an den Außenanlagen noch nicht alles komplett fertiggestellt. Das hat uns jedoch nicht beeinträchtigt oder gestört.
• Sebastian (9/5): Exklusive Lage mit extrem netten Angestellten zum Erholen! - Die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage der Villa ist einfach atemberaubend. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Hosts und auch die Damen der Reinigung sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Design der Innenausstattung ist modern und passend. Die Außenanlagen müssen noch fertig gestellt werden. Der Komplex bestehend aus wenigen Villen sollte dringend fertiggestellt werden damit die Erfahrung abgerundet wird. Wir sind es bereits gewöhnt, dass beim Eintreffen in der Villa bereits Basics (Wasser, Brot, etc ) bereitgestellt werden. Dies war leider nicht der Fall und wäre eine klare Bereicherung für den Reisenden.
• Reiseleiter01 (9/5): Perfekte Station für den Osten der Insel und viel Ruhe - Traumhafte Aussichtslage mit Sonne von früh bis spät. Schöne Einrichtung und toller Infinity Pool. Sehr nette Gastgeberin: immer erreichbar und mit guten Tipps! Die letzten Meter zum Haus besser nicht mit dem Auto fahren da der Weg sehr steil ist. Es gibt aber ausreichend Parkplätze oberhalb der Häuser. Das zweite Schlafzimmer unserer Villa lag im Keller ohne Aussicht.

• Sameena Haque (4/5): Beautiful house, crazy & unprofessional management - The villa is beautiful with a breathtaking view over the bay. It looks just as it does in pictures. The kitchen facilities are very clean and modern and housekeeping/pool services are included. I unfortunately ended up getting bad gastroenteritis and the villa management was kind enough to set up a trip to the doctor for me as I ended up needing IV fluids. However we had a serious issue with them on the day of departure which was incredibly traumatic and that marred the entire stay and broke whatever goodwill was created. I would have left a 1 star review however the house is beautiful and I do appreciate their help when I was severely ill. Unfortunately, on our last day we had some kind of miscommunication with the manager of the villa (Katerina). I had asked for Katerina to book 2 transfers for us for the day of our departure. The night prior to leaving my sister received a text confirming the transfer and assumed that it was the transfer Katerina booked for her (my sister and I were leaving at separate times due to separate flights). Unfortunately, the morning of our departure, my sister had to leave at 0600 and while I was still asleep she departed with the transfer that was waiting in the driveway. I woke up at 0640 to 4 missed calls and when I picked up an angry Greek man was asking where the guests for the 0600 transfer were. Long story short there was an obvious miscommunication and 2 cars showed up at 0600 but my sister only saw the one in the driveway and left with that car. Unfortunately, the man from the transfer company decided the best way to handle this was to call and yell at me while I was half asleep trying to figure out what happened. Katerina then also called me several hours later and was extremely unprofessional--yelling on the phone and getting aggressive demanding us to pay 95 euros for the missed transfer all the while I tried to be very polite. She even had the audacity to tell me that she has me on video and my phone calls all recorded (ok so? lol). I finally had it and very sternly told her that this is no way to treat people who have paid all this money (close to 3000 euros) over a stupid misunderstanding. She then started CRYING/sobbing on the phone talking about losing her job b/c of this. I have traveled to over 25 countries and have never encountered this level of hysteria and belligerence over something so stupid. We left them the 95 euros since apparently that is worth this level of anger however I will never recommend that anyone stays here. If you have even the smallest issue these people will go crazy. Zero professionalism, zero customer service.

• Isabel (7/5): Stunning villa and view, but on an active and noisy construction site - The views are incredible and the villa is very stylish. Huge outside area! Good location if you don’t mind driving. Elounda is beautiful with many good restaurants. The villa owner was very passionate about her property and helpful when we had issues. Etouri were very helpful and quick to communicate througout our stay. The villa is on an active construction site. We were not told about this before arrival and to be honest, we were gutted when we turned up. Especially as it was our honeymoon and we had spent alot of money. Construction is between 10–2.30 six days a week, but on a few days the builders started between 7 and 8am. Some days the noise was OK, but others is was very loud. The villa owner was very angry at the builders and tried her best to rectify the situation, but they seemed to ignore her. The air conditioning broke for two days, so those were two very uncomfortable nights. Again, the owner fixed it as soon as she could. The inside of the villa was very dusty inside after a few days due to the ongoing construction opposite. We had a layer of brown dust on our books and laptop (which we kept inside). The outside furniture felt cheap and uncomfortable compared to the incredible inside. I would not recommend using the second bedroom downstairs. It is dark with no view and it smelt damp. This villa will be amazing once the work has finished on the site in a year or so. I’m just really sad that we were let down by not being told beforehand. Alot of money spent for a disruptive stay.

• Isabelle (10/5): Amazing villa! - The villa 1 was absolutely stunning! One of the best I’ve been. The host was very attentive and immediately provide us the little things that were missing. And the view was even better than the pictures. 10/10!
• Bernard (9/5): Magnificent view and comfort stay - The view is absolutely breathtaking and waking up with this majestic view is fantastic. Outdoor is very spacious and the ability to lounge and sunbathe. The owner is absolutely charming and personalising her welcome to us which we really appreciate. Her suggestion has been great and really provides us plenty options to explore this beautiful island. The sign to get into the property is not so clear as the location is slightly remote, google doesn’t show correctly the address. Indoor space could be better as there is no luggage space on the first floor. Also the mirror reflects the standing shower. As we are four friends so it makes it awkward at times.
• Michael (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing! - Location amazing view . Great experience, lovely owner We had a few issues , leaking kitchen sink which had been mended several times. Washing up bowl , there wasn’t one and took several times of asking before we got one . There was an issue with the cot for our grand daughter which was never really resolved but we made do .
• Nahum (9/5): Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! - The villas was newish, located away from the hussle and bussle of the main town. We had our own plunge pool and the views were magnificent. The villa was bright and light. Although there was available parking at the villa, it was an effort to park the car. However, there was parking available at the entrance of the villa estate.
