• Kelly (2/5): Do not book this room ! Disaster - Rooftop pool and staff were friendly Dirty . Cockroaches . One fork , one spoon one cup . I asked for more and thy brought a couple the next day . One fork and one spoon extra ! Plants were dead . Balcony was filthy . The room was right near reception and you could hear every word . Floor tiles had all fallen off and were repaired terribly . Scratched your feet . No bottle opener . Couch was covered in a sheet because it was filthy . Dirty hard towels . No beach towels . Just awful

• Irene (10/5): Agradable - Todo, todos los de recepción son muy atentos, amables, el lugar está limpio, la habitación concuerda con la descripción, un lugar tranquilo, bonito con detalles bonitos y equipado. El unico detalle es que en el baño se salía el agua de la taza y el olor no era agradable aunque lo reporte nunca fueron a revisarlo.
• Ian (9/5): Bonito lugar, excelente ubicación! - La ubicación frente a los supermercados y junto a la calle a la playa es excelente, las instalaciones son muy buenas. La vista desde la alberca es muy bonita, el gimnasio está bien equipado y en general las instalaciones son agradables. Algunos de las tazas, utensilios y electrodomésticos de cocina estaban sucios al llegar, nada que no se pueda solucionar pero creo si deberían entregar el condominio con todo limpio.
• Verónica (6/5): Not bad, not great. - Facilities, pool area and rooftop, would be great to have a bar as well They said they cleaned it once a week and they never did. A lot of bugs, it is first floor with street view, no privacy at all, unless you use the black out, but then, you’re at a closed place with no view at all.
• Rachelle (6/5): OK - It was close to town and the grocery store. Beach clubs and public beach were a bit far but bikeable so it wasnt the end of the world. Kitchen was great to have, saved money on breakfast and it had a full size fridge which was great. It was pretty cheap so that makes up for the things we didnt like. The roof top pool was a nice bonus. the hotel in general was a rush it seems to build very half assed. the whole place is falling apart. i spoke to many people in the building and said the same thing that their rooms where either falling apart, no hot water, or something else. The room i was in had no art work, no side lights next to the bed and the ceiling was caving in, in the bathroom. There was a bike on the balcony that we werent allowed to use also the tires were flat.
• Tobias (7/5): praktisches Apartment für ein par Nächte - engagierte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (vor allem Aranza, die Rezeptionistin), saubere und ruhige Anlage, Pool am Dach Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, etwas lieblos eingerichtet, sehr grelles Licht - keine Nachttischlampen was ein gemütliches Ambiente bringen könnte
• Rodriguez Maldonado (3/5): no volvere a ese lugar - la ubicacion es excelente ya que tienes un centro comercial muy cercano y muchas opciones para salir del hotel la habitacion no es lo que esperaba, no habia suficientes utensilios de cocina y el bano estaba roto y habia cucarachas y no dejaron toallas suficientes para las personas que se iban a hospedar y tampoco avisaron que la piscina estaba cerrada por remodelación
