• Gerry (7/5): Good location-for the fit at heart - Top floor with nice outlook . Very responsive host. Nice location. Two bathrooms accommodates family nicely The narrow stairs are unbelievable! . Don’t both of you have heavy luggage.

• Richard (7/5): Convenient functional 1 large bedroom, living room, 2 bathroom appartment 🤙🏻🤙🏻 - The apartment was right in the centre of Florence easy access to trains & shopping. It was clean functional had everything you could possibly need - washing machine umbrellas etc etc etc . It had 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. the only thing that was not good was there was not an elevator and the staircase had 61 stairs not good with lots of luggage. Otherwise perfect for a short stay
• Gemma (8/5): Short and sweet. - Great location. Neat and tidy great bathrooms, nice to have a washing machine. Excellent view The smell was unbearable for me I did read the note on the door about Florence. The kettle didn’t work, bedroom Tv only plays free to air. No English channels, I’m all about trying the local food and drink. But would it hurt to have some milk and teabags in the room, after a long day of traveling some familiar comforts would be nice, also no tea towel for washing up. The bathrooms are great but it’s looking tired, needs fresh paint. If you could do that and get rid of the smell it would have been magical 😀
• Catherine (8/5): Exceptional location in a comfortable apartment - Close to everything with an exceptional view. The apartment had everything we needed and was easy to find. We booked on the day and this was not a problem for the host who quickly gave us instructions and even let us check in early. The stairs but that was made clear when we booked and we didn’t have a lot of luggage. The water pressure in the ensuite was low but in the main bathroom it was fine. There was a smell upon entering the apartment but it quickly dissipated.
• Corinne (9/5): Superb - Great location by train station, didn't have lug of suitcases through town. Close to all the sights. Everything you need is here Stairs, stairs and more stairs. No info On how to work appliances.

• Mairead (10/5): The Best location and great facilities. - The location is fantastic, a few minutes from the main train station and overlooking the lovely and busy Santa Maria Novella Square. We could walk everywhere within the city and across the river to the Santo Spirito area. The only drawback are the 61 stairs up to the 4th floor apartment. We knew there was no lift so we managed fine, but if we were much older or had mobility issues it would be very difficult. The view from the apartment is fab when you reach the apartment.
• Margaret (8/5): Very good - The views and location were phenomenal. We requested a crib for our 5 month old. We couldn’t find it the first night and it ended up being in the storage closet behind a lot of stuff. We felt awkward digging through the closet but needed it for our baby. She had to sleep with us the first night because we couldn’t find it. The staff were very responsive upon the second day and did send someone to look for it and set it up, which we’re grateful for because we didn’t know how to set it up ourselves. Separately as other reviewers have stated, the smell on the bedroom bathroom is horrible. I’m usually pretty easy going but it was terrible. They should at least have some air fresheners or something.
• Felice (4/5): Dirty and wouldn’t book again. - The location to the train station was very convenient and within walking distance to several shops and attractions. The property was not clean, the kitchen had no dishwashing liquid and all the cups were dirty. The bed sheets had rips and a hole in it. Mould in the shower grout.
• Yuliya (10/5): Exceptional - the coolest apartments. cozy! perfectly clean! very warm even hot. there are towel dryers and a washing machine which is very important. gorgeous view of the square. the most welcoming responsive office! they are very bright! 100/100+!!!
• Rebecca (8/5): Great location, family-friendly apartment with plenty to keep you entertained. - What a fantastic location! The square outside was full of life and kept us entertained throughout our stay; we definitely felt we were in the middle of things. The proximity to the station (where we arrived) was great, just across the square, and the walk to the tourist attractions was easily manageable. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was clean when we arrived. It was tricky to find the place and get in, but the team were responsive when we contacted them from outside. The apartment had two bathrooms, both with showers, which was great, but we couldn't use both at the same time because the water went cold. The noise from the apartment upstairs kept us awake; not partying, just people moving around and talking. The kitchen was small but sufficient, however it would have benefitted from more equipment.

• Tatiana (5/5): Rather no - Really amazing location Comfortable in order to wash your cloth and turn on AC in a hot day Dusty Needs proper cleaning Walls are marked by luggage ;and I don’t want to know what else) and need to be painted There is no noise from the street and windows are isolating well But the neighbors above or near were heard as if they were with us in bed The cherry on the top is that we moved in not cleaned after previous people appartment and it took time to find anybody replying to our calls Stairs are interesting but don’t overestimate yourself if you are with small kids. We took risk and did regret
• Hhseow (9/5): Apartment close to everything you can ask for - Close to everything you could ask for. Close to central station. Close to good restaurants. Close to shopping. Close to grocery shops. Close to main attraction of Florence. Just be aware that it's on the top floor with quite a few flights of narrow stairs and there's no lifts. Might be an issue if you have large and or heavy luggage.

• Ananda (10/5): Stunning apartment - Right at the city centre and very close to many tourists attractions. There are many restaurants around and plenty of room for kids to run and play. Very safe for kids. Street musicians in evening do a stellar job to add to ambience of the evening. Highly recommend this property. No elevator and not much room on steps, however the property pros out weigh the cons
• Vahan (9/5): Great apartment for people traveling light - Very clean apartment. 2 full washrooms. Small, but well stocked kitchen. Walkable to main sites. The host is very responsive. The apartment is on the 5th floor, no elevator. Make sure you can carry your suitcases up and down a narrow staircase. This is a ZTL area so you cannot approach by car to the building. This is a good apartment if you have small suitcases and have no car.
• Adriana (1/5): Bad - terrible experience, we arrived at the place, we entered the building and it looked like a ghost house, dirty walls, narrow, dark stairs, broken doors, we did not enter the apartment because going up the 4 floors was so horrible that my children were afraid and I had to go rent to the hotel universe that is next door. There excellent service, they saw us so scared that they gave us a super advance on the rooms.

• Kanchan (1/5): A total disaster as could not enter the property and could not stay . - I just could not enter the property . I had to stay in another hotel spending additional money. I felt like I am duped. I lost substantially and also physically strained and experienced significant inconvenience. Not recommended for stay . Just could not enter or stay there .
• Jane (8/5): Location Location Location - The location was excellent being 5 minutes walk from the station with restaurants and bars less than a minute away. The washing machine wasn’t working when we arrived, but after chatting via WhatsApp, management sent a repairman the next day to rectify the problem. Yes there are 60 steep steps to reach the 4th floor, but as 2 moderately fit 60 year olds it wasn’t an issue for us. But do bear that in mind. We had a lovely view across the piazza, so the climb up the steps was worth it. We even had live entertainment from the buskers down below which added atmosphere. If we were being picky, the pillows were not comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

• Svetlana (6/5): Pleasant - Location of the apartments is very good. Fast WI-FI, very friendly staff, who tried to help us with any trouble It’s NOT recommended if you have any luggage. The steps are very high and narrow, you have a risk to damage you spine and suitcase. Washing machine was out of service, somewhere it was not clean.

• Liam (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent! Right by the main station and easily walking distance to the main sights. The apartment has a lovely view over Piazza Santa Novella. Bed was really comfortable, slept very well. Having 2 bathrooms was handy. All in all we had a good stay here. Wasn't cleaned when we arrived - we went out for a few hours and the host/s were communicative and sorted this out promptly for us. Once the cleaner has been the apartment was cleaned well. The stairs to the apartment were a challenge on arrival/departure as we had heavy luggage. Make sure you're prepared for 4th floor with no lift! It was good exercise.

• Moore (10/5): Cute & cozy - The location was perfect for us to walk and see the city or hop on a train to take a day trip to Pisa. The apartment was clean and had the perfect amenities. The wifi worked great for me to work for a few hours each day. A quick tip: scan the qr code in the bottom of the router for a quick connection (we had a hard time connecting by password), the qr code worked on my computer as well. We kept commenting on how much we enjoyed and how perfect it was for our travel. I can't say we didn't like anything but because we are here for a couple of weeks we brought heavy luggage. We had to walk up and down the stairs- it worked out fine and we had some good laughs at ourselves. But this may be hard for some people. I travel to Italy a couple times a year and everywhere we go has stairs. This is different for back home(we have majority 1 story houses), but it's not a complaint- just a notation.
