Guest Reviews
- Julie (4/5): Flat 1 - Decent location easy self check in
Seating area nice
Kitchenette well equipped Needs some attention in the bedroom walls and ceiling needs painting it's very dark down there didn't realise when booking you were sleeping in a Cellar with no windows
Shower needs a good clean alot of mould around sealant
The flat above were very noisy smashing and crashing from around midnight till 2am didn't feel very safe
- Sara (4/5): Disappointing - The settee bed is proposed for 2 people, but it is only big enough for one person.
- Lois (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (4/5): Wouldn’t go back - Location was handy for city centre Unclean
Cupboard falling off
Smelled of damp downstairs
Uncomfortable bed
Building noisy and felt unsafe with people running and down the stairs at night
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional -

- Chloe (6/5): Convenient but pricey pet charge - Good location, property had good facilities of kitchen shower and tv. Was advised charges pay apply for pets however did not specify how much, was charged £25 per dog (we had two with us). £50 for two dogs is far too much in my opinion. The dogs are fully trained and we left the property how we found it, considering the price of the property and the pet
charge for each pet we would not stay again. The property is not worth £150 for one night.
- Jj (8/5): just okay - Location perfect The Bedroom and bathroom was in the basement, down steps leading from the lounge. Although the apartment was in a great location, and had good facilities, it was very tired, with mould in the shower area, for example. The sofa bed in the lounge was very hard and uncomfortable.
- Okazila (10/5): Perfect City Center Stay! - The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within walking distance, It made sightseeing and exploring the city so convenient.
Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city! Paid parking, but host recommended a cheap long stay parking. but overall it was a wonderful experience.
- Darar (10/5): Splendid! - It was easy to locate and it was as cozy as I like it. The host was very responsive and attended to all queries excellently.
- Christian (10/5): Perfect location...close to city center. - The apartment is beautifully designed, with the shower and tap water at the perfect temperature. It's just a short walk from all the essentials. Ideal for small groups, families, and professionals, it boasts a perfect location near the city center. I can't think of anything negative... Initially, the older reviews made me hesitant to book, but I didn’t experience any of those issues. It seems the host addressed them.
- James (5/5): Passable - Good location, comfortable apartment. Previous negative comments seem to have been addressed, and it was clean with no issues. It was cold in the bedroom and it could do with a lamp next to the bed so you don't need to walk in the dark to bed.
- Kimberley (7/5): Good - The set out and its fashionable decor The double bed advertised in the front room is big enough for one person it’s not a double sofa bed
- Julius (10/5): City centre, offering a pleasant stay - I was a bit skeptical about booking after reading the reviews, but to my pleasant surprise, the flat exceeded my expectations. Most of the issues mentioned have been resolved or addressed... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design and feel. Overall, it was a great stay and the host was very quick to resolve any of our concerns.

- Zoo (2/5): Not a good place to stay - Good location. Fridge had mould in it. Boiler was broken, no hot water at all during my stay. Host refused to offer a partial refund. Bedroom is windowless. Place is run down.
- Maks (1/5): Worst stay ever. - It’s in the city centre. However it’s next to the job centre and there were people begging and loitering around the car which felt unsafe. Everything was a disaster. Unfortunately we had to check out earlier than planned and stay somewhere else. The home is designed “well” however it was extremely unhygienic with a pungent smell. The fridge smelt so bad, the oven unclean and dishes left on the sink (clean). The bathroom sink had permanent brown stains, toilet had dried sticky urine stains and the shower was filthy with bugs coming out of the drain . We tried to clean but it was just too much. My husband cut himself on the shower door and I got scratches all over my legs while sleeping, which turned out to be from broken pieces of glass, albeit tiny. All this just became too much to put up with for a short stay. It has so much potential which is a shame.
