• Faris (3/5): - I stayed at the property for three nights. While the hotel itself was pleasant, I experienced a serious incident on my final day — money was stolen from my in-room safe. I immediately informed the staff, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and showed little concern. It’s deeply disappointing to witness such a blatant theft and complete lack of accountability.
• Chris (10/5): A beautiful - The employees of the hotel were very friendly and went the extra mile to make my stay the best it could be. I had a very important event and they were very helpful in making sure my clothes were ironed etc for that event. The hotel is beautiful particularly the pool/beach area. Also it is in a nice location, which allowed me to easily get into Batroun to enjoy the night life. The only thing that could have been better is that the maximum temperature of the shower I would classify as warm and not hot. Also there were occasional very brief (~ a few seconds in duration) power flickers.

• Annabel (3/5): Everything was either not yet ready or run by a separate company and came at considerable extra cost. For an expensive h - The rooms were clean. This was a soft opening so most facilities were unavailable and staff weren’t quite sure what they were doing or how everything worked. We were not informed of this in advance and were charged full price. The experience was very poor for how expensive the rooms were.
• Adele Marie (1/5): Awful, overpriced, mouldy old hotel being branded as something it's not. Change your female staff- they all have com - Not much It is old. No where near the main area. Expensive and double the price of everywhere else just to be made to feel like scum. Cannot use pool without being cross examined. Front desk lost my laundry and tried to blame me that I didn't send it but later found it. Shower was broken upon check in- although they fixed the leak- they did not replace the towels. We called for hours- they gave us two hand towels and finally said they had no more. Tried to charge us $11usd tax per night then when we asked why they said not tax, it's parking- for what? We didn't even have a car? Lady at pool grabbed me by the arm on the last day of our stay- we didn't end up swimming there- we went elsewhere because they were so rude.

Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich, und auch außerhalb der Hochsaison spürt man den besonderen Charakter der Stadt. Es war ein ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit vielen schönen Eindrücken. Der Strand könnte besser gereinigt.

• Nour (10/5): Amazing 🤩 - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Batroun! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — they even allowed me a late checkout at 4 PM with no extra charge. The pool was super clean, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for a relaxing and friendly experience 🌿✨

From the moment I arrived, I was completely captivated by the vibrant, beautiful energy of the entire place. What really set it apart was the staff. Every single person, from the hotel team to those at the pool, bar, and restaurant, was not just friendly, but genuinely warm and welcoming. It created such a fun, positive vibe and, honestly, the most amazing customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. A special, massive shout-out to Maria at the front desk—her local tips were fantastic and really added to the trip! Thank you for the exceptional hospitality and for making this such a memorable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. It was nothing that I did not like. A great new hotel with a modern Western feel. Great rooms. Great pool! Great music! Just super fun. Don't forget that there's a rooftop pool and spa. It's like nobody ever goes here so you have the whole place yourself. It's pretty fun and the views are amazing.

• Hiroux (4/5): Valet service lost key, night noise, night clerk sleeping in lobby - - I had to go to my car in the evening and the valet (who went home already) didn't leave my car key at reception. So the key was lost. Staff asked me 5 times first if I didn't have the key in my room, so they doubted my claim that I gave the key to the valet. They just replied that they didn't have the key, and that's it. I had to ask two times to call the valet, which they did after a while, and he had the key indeed. It was solved in the end, so no harm, but not the service or help you expect from a 5-star hotel. - They charge 11 dollars a night for a valet service. They don't really ask if you want it, they just tell you that they will charge it. I just means you can park right in front of the hotel door. You can also just park in the street. - One night there was a lot of noise from the room opposite of us (walls are not very thick, a lot of noise from the hallway will come to your room) which woke me up at 4 AM. I had to go down to ask reception to do something about it. The night office guy was sleeping on a couch in the main lobby, and I had to wake him up to ask him about it. Doesn't seem very professional. He then called the room. - There is no water heater in the room, you have to ask for it. - Breakfast very mediocre for the price. - Staff is nice and will always say 'good morning' when you pass the lobby. It is nice, but I feel this hotel is only a five star on the surface and on how it looks, rather than the actual service and help they provide.

• May (9/5): Great weekend spent at BeBatroun - The property is nice and well kept. The staff is amazing. It has a pool and overlooks rough see. Ramy the manager is a gem. He made everything better by being around. It’s a small walking distance away from the old town. Reception can call for a tuktuk or golf cart. The bathrooms are too small and showering is a little challenging due to its size. In one of our 3 rooms the AC wasn’t working but they switched to another room.

• Jonathan (8/5): Nice Batroun option if you need a pool and a view - Pretty, trendy hotel option just a short walk from Batroun town. Ground floor pool was pretty and more of a vibe, but you can escape to the rooftop pool for peace and quiet if you need. Staff were kind and the room was comfortable. Big plus for free coffee machine always available in the lobby. Beach is pretty rocky and can be a challenge to enter the ocean if the waves are strong, without risk of getting hurt. I did feel the hotel was a bit overpriced all around for what you get.

It’s advisable to reserve a spot at the pool well in advance, as seating priority is given to pre-booked guests over in-house.

I’ll never forget her kindness and energy. And Rami — the soul of the place. Friendly, humble, always smiling. Late at night, I realized my charger didn’t fit the plug, and without hesitation, Rami brought me his own personal adapter. The way he treats people is truly rare. His generosity and hospitality say everything about the spirit of this place. Also, Ceylin deserves a big shoutout. She’s always ready to help with the smallest details. Just say her name, and she’s there. That kind of energy is what makes a hotel feel like home. Thanks to the management for putting the right people in the right place — they’ve created more than just a hotel, they’ve created an experience. And the location? Perfect. • abby (1/5): Not worth it. - Pool was nice. How Everything is faulty. Showerhead was splashing everywhere. Air conditioning didn’t work. They blamed it on the door being open, but it was not opened. It was leaking for five days until the last day were it exploded. Every time I mentioned it they put a Band-Aid on it until the last day were it exploded and they had to come and fix it. First night i slipped. After that we had to put towels. So we wouldn’t slip again. Keys wouldn’t work each time we had to go down and get new keys. Was so annoying. And it also happened to my friend who was staying the same age at the same time. So I think it’s the whole hotel as a whole. There are so many better places there to book.

• nada (8/5): Exceptional staff are the heart of this hotel - The staff here make all the difference. Rami at the front desk is truly one of a kind, always going out of his way to make you feel comfortable. Maria from guest relations is warm and attentive, and Adam at the pool bar ensures you enjoy every minute. You’ll want to come back just for them! The hotel is spotless, with a calming, zen-inspired interior. However, the rooms feel a bit closed off, no balconies, limited views, and sealed windows, which can feel slightly claustrophobic. The beach is nearby, but the surrounding area isn’t very appealing, with the view interrupted by dumps on both sides.

• Roland (4/5): not coming back - The hotel staff and the hotel vibes way too much expensive for what they have to offer, food way expensive and not that good. Waiters and bartender at the bar unexperienced, saturday night was a fail, waiting forever to get what u ask from the waiter and eventually not getting it. Breakfast way overrated. If you want to put such prices we expect services and amenities to be much much better than this.
