- Erik (1/5): Poor services - actually submitted pictures that were sent back saying i can't respond to this email!!! When i was told to upload the proof. The house was digusting. There was a dead mouse, mouse drooping all over the house on the stove as well. The fridge was horrible. I couldn't use it the first day wasted 50$ of food. Spend 60$ on cleaning supplies to clean the property, so we could be comfortable. Cleaned the fridge so we could use it. Who doesn't need a fridge when they are staying at a property for 3 days. There was no cord for the tv in the living room couldnt use it. There was an extension cord coming out the door going to the 2nd floor. I can keep going. I feel i need to be reimbursed for some of my stay, if not all. It was the worst ever. Im even gonna send it to my lawyer. It is so unprofessional that not even booking.com responded to my complaints
