• Sonia (8/5): Very comfortable room, staff were lovely and excellent location - Location was great, was on the main road but our room was set well back and was very quiet. Was walking distance to a grocery store and many take aways. We had a one bedroom unit and a little courtyard so I didn’t have to sit out the front to have a cigarette. The kitchen had a cooktop and microwave but no oven and a good size fridge One of the TV’s didn’t work and the room has a little musty smell but nothing significant

• Chantal (8/5): Great value for money, friendly staff and clean family room. Will be back next time we are in town. - Friendly staff, clean and well set up rooms. Outside the room could of been tidied up a bit (patio area) and pool area/pool cleaned.

Besides the towels not getting changed, nor the bathroom bin - the location was good and close to the Tavern for night meals. wasn't keen on having macdonalds for breakfast every morning. wouldve been good to have been close to a Cafe. I didn't like the fact we didn't get new towels. we managed to get by, but would've been good to get fresh towels because I had spilt orange juice and only had the towel to soak up the juice. the bin in the bathroom also didn't get changed, until probably after we left (4 x days).

Sewerage immediately outside the room and musty/smokey in the room. Ticking/tapping sound in the ceiling throughout the night.

• Nadia (8/5): Great. Perfect location. close to shops and the University. Large room for us all. - location was perfectly located close the CQU for our National championships! It was perfect. The mattress on the fold out sofa bed was incredibly Uncomfortable with the springs digging in all night. The Kitchen was a little unstocked. We were missing a few items but we coped :)

Parking was right outside the room and easy for us to get equipment and luggage. The overnight stay was very comfortable while on a road trip after getting out of hospital that day and travelling from Nambour to Rockhampton.

• Rachel (7/5): Lovely staff but facilities run down - Location , friendly reception staff. Facilities are a bit run down. Pool was good but the gardens surrounding were quite run down with weeds. Outside rubbish bins located outside the rooms were not changed. When we arrived they were full and 2 days later still not changed and had birds getting into the bins on multiple occasions. Curtains in the room were ripped and mould on the bottom of the shower tiles (pretty evident that this could be fixed by mould spray etc).

• Terena (7/5): Good for a overnight stay. - Location was great for us as passing through. No soap for the bathroom, the bathroom had spider webs and mould. The car parks are tight.

• Murphy (10/5): Quiet, central and super quiet at night. Very happy with whole process. - Location was great - super central to everything. Room was very clean, bathroom nice and clean too. Plenty of comforts provided. Parking out front of room was great. Very quiet - slept better than I do at home. Helpful having the Takeaway places all around, and only 10 mins from everything we wanted to visit whilst we were there. We will definitely be staying here again. We have stayed here before too, and it was just as good then. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

• Michelle (6/5): Was ok for a stopover night travelling. - It was on the main road through the town so was convenient to stop at and leave the next day. The floors weren’t clean and the shower had mould. Booked because there was a restaurant on site but then found out when we got there that it was permanently closed.
