• Michael S Collard (10/5): Solo Traveler - One if not the best Condo! Very easy check-in and Check-out, good air-conditioning very spacious Condo, fully equipped kitchen. Big shower cubicle. Hot water avaliable on all taps including shower. I stayed here for one week and the room was cleaned twice which was inclusive thats a first for any Condo i have stayed in, quite location, short stroll to beach and restaurants. Kitchen draws can bang loud when closing, could put some kitchen drawers bumpers stickers.

• Cecilia (9/5): Älskade det! - Lägenheten är rymlig och ren. Ligger på en gata utan barer och restauranger så lugnt och skönt. Men bara ett par minuters promenad till både restauranger, barer, stranden och nattmarknaden. Poolen är välskött. Personalen är fantastisk och gör allt för att man ska trivas. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka! Det är strikta regler vid poolområdet, där ska det råda lugn och ro. Funkar kanon om man bara är vuxna i sällskapet men vi hade en vild 10-åring med oss som hade lite svårt att acceptera detta.

Номер очень чистый, есть все необходимое. В холодильнике было оставлено много бутилированной воды - хороший бонус. Кондиционеры работали прекрасно. Честно говоря, не вижу, к чему можно было бы придраться. :)
• Juha (9/5): Siisti ja edullinen huippukohde Jomtienillä - Asunnon vuokraaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Asunnon sijainti on hyvä, lähellä rantaa ja palveluita. Asunto oli erittäin siisti. Uima-allas on todella hyvä.

• Jacco (9/5): - Schoon, ruim en goed uitgerust appartement. Rustige locatie, maar op een paar minuten lopen van het strand, 7/11, enkele aardige restaurants en de Jomtien Night Market. Fijn zwembad dat we vaak voor onszelf hadden. Goede communicatie met contactpersoon Chon, die een probleem met een slot snel oploste. Minpuntje is het gebrek aan zonsverduisterende gordijnen, waardoor het al vroeg licht is in het appartement en de slaapkamer. En hoewel het een rustige locatie is, hoor je de geluiden van buiten vrij goed. Appartement is op de eerste verdieping, grenzend aan de weg.

• Alain (10/5): Nice stay by the beach for a family - Nice appartment in condo with parking space under and in the front. It was spacious for a familly of 4 with fridge and cooking options. Has a balcony to dry out clothes. Immediate surrounding is calm but very nearby the waterfront with restaurants and the beach. Good coordination and communication. Everything was perfect.

The host contacted me through Booking and WhatsApp and said they would wait for me in the lobby with the keys. We stayed at a large one-bedroom apartment, which comfortably fit the four of us. All was good!

The cooking utensils are almost non-existent; this needs to improve greatly with things such as pots and pans, sharp knives, draining board, etc. There was no hot water and the heater had to be replaced; this was done in the afternoon whilst we were actually in the room - surely they could have moved us to another room!

Plumbing works okay but the shower template fluctuated wildly from cold to hot. The balcony door didn't lock, and the air-conditioning in the bedroom failed in the night of my final day.

• William (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location is close to the beach, quiet, and spacious. The cleaners were very nice and helpful. No reception, no support for a terrible internet connection, and no response from the owner. I needed to work from the hotel during my stay and eventually bought a SIM card to resolve the connectivity issue. The owner is using the reception services of Jomtien Beach Penthouse and adding the word "Condo" to market the property on Booking.com. The Jomtien Beach Penthouse reception has no access to the rooms at the property and could not help us. We waited 30 minutes for the cleaner to arrive and let us into our room. We rang the number provided by the property owner on multiple occasions but the owner did not pick up. This property needs to be de-listed from your site or the real situation needs to be disclosed to customers like me.
