- Tom (10/5): -
- Janet (4/5): Interesting not prompted to rate our stay and photos did not give true picture - - busy, noisy location next to fast food drive through
- Reported hot water in kitchen not working, not fixed during stay
- TV not working on arrival, time lost waiting for it to be rectified
- beds uncomfortable with well worn bed linen, single beds very low with no support.
- No dining table, bar stools uncomfortable

- Peter (10/5): Exceeded all our expectations. - The best shower Nothing
- Peter (10/5): Very neat and tide house. Would recommend it to anyone. - The loaf of bread with butter and jam was great. The best shower and a great kitchen.

- Leith (10/5): Beautiful home close to everything. Would definitely stay again! - Comfortable beds and beautiful decor. Kitchen with everything you need.
- Jen (9/5): Exceptional stay, would highly recommend this accommodation. - It is in a fabulous location, right in the centre of town, which comes with "town noises" but incredible convenience. The cottage was well appointed and quality throughout. It was a very comfortable stay.
- Deborah (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - This place was outstanding, had just about everything you could possibly need when away from home, bed was so comfortable, good pressure in the shower, great location A+++++ Our only fault was the split system wasn’t working and we were notified by the owners and portable heating was supplied. They just took the chill off the air, but we got used it it :)
- Emma (10/5): A beautifully decorated home away from home, with thoughtful touches to make your stay feel luxurious. - Fantastic central location, very easy access to eateries and to town. Off street parking was private and easily accessible. We were greeted with fresh bread and herb butter and chocolates on the children’s beds, which absolutely made their day. Plenty of cooking facilities meant we could make dinner and lunches. Beds were very comfortable and linens were lovely quality. Sweet home Alexander is beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches such as scented candles, books in the bedside tables and extra blankets and pillows for extra comfort.
- Lynn (8/5): Had a lovely stay. - The house was very nice. We could sit in the front veranda in the sun. Just a short walk to see the penguins at night. It is between a Hungry Jacks and a KFC
- Laila (10/5): It was beautifully furnished, clean and cosy. There was great communication between the hosts and myself. They left us c - It was beautifully furnished, clean and cosy. There was great communication between the hosts and myself. They left us cupcakes ! It was a great stay ! Nothing. We loved everything about it !
- Beverley (9/5): Comfortable house close to the waterfront. - Comfortable, clean house in a very central location. Fantastic bathroom with walk-in rain shower with lots of hot water pressure. Very comfortable lounge seating & great sized TV. The kitchen is well equipped & has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The second bedroom beds are very soft & really only suitable for children. There is very weak hot water pressure in the kitchen sink, which makes it difficult to wash dishes in the sink.
- Rohan (10/5): Just a wonderful place to relax and feel at home. - This stay was the best ever in so many ways. The house was warm and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything to make us feel welcome. Right in the centre of town, getting to restaurants and everything else was a breeze. Many thanks to our hosts for the most wonderful stay. Nothing could have been improved. This is an excellent stay.
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - The house had lovely decor and was such a short walk to the boardwalk to the see the little penguins at night. A lovely gesture from the hosts was a loaf of bread and fresh milk in the fridge for our arrival. Highly recommended
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Hastings (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Location, location. - Absolutely beautiful property, perfectly appointed & within walking distance to town & penguin show. Upon arriving was greeted to a beautiful fresh loaf of bread with garlic butter & condiments. We didn’t want to leave, as everything was sooooo lovely. Mmm the dryer was too high for us shorties.
- Luke (10/5): Excellent - Location and Cleanliness N/A
- Gregory (8/5): Very good -
- Paraskakis (5/5): Never again - All that was left for us was a loaf of bread and a piece of butter in gladwrap. The was no breakfast items no condiments no juice. The single beds had no support and a thin doona no cover and a cotton throw over. It had summer sheets on it. My god it is winter it got down to 2 degrees. The towels were terrible like sandpaper.
- Brian (10/5): One of our nicesty accommodations in our Tasmanian trip. - Great location, loaf of fresh bread and butter was left for us. Fantastic bathroom, a comfortable modern house.
- Alanna (10/5): Excellent location, beautiful house - Beautifully furnished
Had everything we needed
- Neale (10/5): A lovely cottage that will leave us with the best memoroes of our stay in Burnie. - Location was excellent with a short walk to pubs and the beach. Cottage was very well renovated with a huge bathroom. The hosts had left some fresh sour dough for us and there was a lot of things like salt, pepper etc in the cupboard. Parking out back was very handy. A plank on front deck was sticking up so that really needs to be fixed but otherwise you couldn't fault the place
- Ebony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jo (10/5): Well equipped and furnished beautifully - Beautifully furnished It was all lovely
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -

- Joanne (10/5): Love, love loved it. So luxurious and special. - Loved the decor; luxury bathroom; ease of access for elderly mum with a walker; short walk to beach and restaurants.
Yummy welcome chocolate and suggestions for restaurants. Barn door to bathroom was heavy for Mum to close; single beds were a. bit soft? (Mum felt like she was sloping out)
Would have been good to indicate which key was for which door. Wasn’t sure if we had to lock driveway gate or not (we didn’t)
Would have loved ready access to Netflix to watch a movie.
- Jodie (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful cottage with touches if luxury like beautiful linen sheets. Coffee maker was a treat and the location was central and perfect. The nights are surprisingly quite given the central location. Would definitely rebook when in Burnie.
- Edward (10/5): Great location - Well presented Nothing
- Genge (9/5): Superb - Clean, tidy, and has all the essentials. Great spot to stay Some curtains over the bedroom windows would be great.
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - This house was very homley and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and it was decorated lovley. The letter from the owners with the bottle of wine and loaf of sour dough really topped it off. It was situated in a great spot for walking along the boardwalk and close to walk to the town center. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recomend it to anyone I know that is going to Burnie or surrounding towns. Back door needs sealing properly as you could feel a cold breeze in the lounge room that was coming down the hall. The shower glass leaked along the bottom which we had to mop up with the bath mat. But these are only minor things that can easily be rectified
