• SABRINA (10/5): Parfait - J’ai passé trois nuits au Hilton d’Adana et mon séjour a été parfait. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. L’ensemble du personnel s’est montré très attentionné, répondant à toutes mes demandes avec efficacité et le sourire. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de sites culturels, du bazar et d’un centre commercial. Ma chambre (1517) était impeccable, parfaitement équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable. La vue était magnifique. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Sıla et son binôme pour la qualité de leurs services et leur amabilité. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un large choix de plats chauds, frais et de qualité. J’ai également pu travailler confortablement sur mon ordinateur dans le grand hall. J’ai apprécié le calme et la discrétion. En résumé, un accueil chaleureux, un cadre agréable et un service impeccable… tout était réuni pour un séjour relaxant et réussi. J’ai pu visiter la ville en toute sérénité. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Polite, friendly, but always professional from security (both inside and out), the concierge quick to offer a helping hand, Desk clerks with their ability to quickly get us checked in and forward thinking by having a roll away bed in my room prior to us making upstairs to the room(Thank you house keeping, I know you placed it there).Speaking of housekeeping, mybrooms are always very clean, as if no one had been staying in that room before me. Floors, countertops, toilet, shower, desk, window sills all clean and dust free. Bartenders were friendly, quickand efficient, helpful with drinks, food, snacks, and a plethora of ways to make coffee, cools and wait staff kind, friendly and very will into engage in conversation to see if you needed anything, how your day way going or how you stay was going. This includes the head chefs. Grounds keepers and maintenance are always quick with a smile, nod or friendly wave, and aware of their noise, would pause work as you walked or drove near. In my multiple stays at this facility, it has been my experience that every employee is cognizant that they are in the hospitality business, and they are doing their best to show you just that. The clothes line in the shower in rm 1123, the receiving end is installed upside down, rendering it useless. Not that I need it. I just noticed it and thought you would like to correct it.
• Taskin (9/5): Superb - The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a high-class tasty breakfast. Air conditioning was really tip-top. The room is cleaned on demand. Lobby area is very relaxing, no silly pop music, no staff chattering unnecessarily, everyone smiling and helping, when you are in need. The gym is new and there are lots of machines. Outdoor spa pools could be cleaner. It is not really fault of the staff, though. The issue is that there are peagons nesting, resting, and grooming above the children's pool, and time by time, I saw excrement around it. Peagon excrement can be dangerous for health as they often carry some nasty bacteria and parasites. Spa needs a little renovation, but I understand the low demand as Adana is a big sauna itself in summer.

The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. • Francesca (9/5): Great place to enjoy Adana - Great swimming pool and gym. Very close to the big mosque and old bridge. The room was very comfortable and with a view on the mosque and river. The hotel can help to schedule shuttles to the airport. Overall the hotel was great, but: The welcoming/ check-in staff was quite incompetent and could not even do the basic task of generating an invoice for my stay. The cleaning personnel could do a better job at replacing things that they would take when cleaning the room (towels, mugs). We had to make several calls to the reception during our stay so that they would give us back towels, mugs that they had taken from the room. Breakfast is extremely pricey.

• Elie (7/5): Good - I usually like this hotel so much for the good location, cleanliness and nice breakfast. This time the breakfast was not so nice as before. The room was so warm and we couldn’t sleep. The next day the staff changed our room but still the AC does not work properly so we had to open the windows. I expect a 5 star hotel to have a proper AC.
