• Nicola (10/5): Good - Was very well equipped No lounge only a kitchen to all sit in , no cushions on chairs so was slightly uncomfortable had to all lay on our individual beds in our bedrooms

• Anne Marie (10/5): - We loved it here! A super apartment in a brilliant location. Air con works well. TVs in all rooms and a washing machine and dishwasher. It really has everything you need and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a little oasis just beside the Vatican. Would definitely come back. There were no duvet covers but the sheets did the job. It does have a lift to access but it is a very small lift. We were fine as all quite able for the steps (3rd floor up, 3 short flights per floor) and we did a bit of coordinating to get the luggage up and down, but if you have mobility issues I would sadly say this one albeit not inaccessible, will however require a bit of effort in and out of the lift.
• Caroline (8/5): Couldn’t fault this apartment other than above comments - Ideally located for our needs, clean and tidy. The shower needs a regulator, one of our group almost got scalded, keeps going hot and cold. Apartment number not given so we couldn’t notify the owner when we arrived. Name not on panel outside.
• Luke (9/5): Superb - Great apartment in a great location . 3 big comfortable bedrooms ideal for a family stay. Nice and close to Mercato Trionfale, the Vatican and good local restaurants. Highly recommend Niente
• Karlis (10/5): Perfect location to stay with the family of 5. - Everything was almost perfect. No unpleasant surprises. Apartment is very fresh and clean and looks exactly like on pictures. Very beautiful entrance with the garden. Located on 3rd floor but there is an elevator. There is AC in every room but the temp was very good without turning them on even in very hot days. Location is near Vatican and 4 mins from metro. You can find some parking near apartment or in the large parking lot near Cipro metro station. Marketplaces nearby. Restaurants couple of blocks away. Quiet location during night time. You have everything you need to live there for many days with your family. Owner was very nice and friendly. Explained everything. Thank you! Some minor things not worth even mentioning them. Quite poor sound isolation from entrance door and ceiling. We were lucky not to have loud neighbors but it could’ve been worse. Unfortunately there is not much owner can do. This is the way how the house was built. Sent to owner some minor improvements which she have warmly received.
