Fiona (1/5): Don’t stay if you like to sleep at night . - Location Flea bites from sofa bed , hard double bed ,broken shower screen , noise all night long ,slamming doors all night , a group of 16 year olds staying in at least two rooms shouting slamming doors all night until 4.a.m. I’m shattered . No table to eat on , no top sheet for bed sofa , dark inside people looking in if curtains opened wide as cars were directly outside our balcony ground floor studio , why they didn’t put film on the glass doors I don’t know , t.v. Awful as signal kept going off.
Philip (4/5): 1st stay in Bournemouth - The location was ok due to it being near public transportation and shops for groceries if you want to eat in and cook There were a few things we didn't like listed below 1.We have all been bitten by bedbugs while sleeping and sitting on the sofa beds will send pics. And there definitely in the apartment as we have literally been bitten while watching TV 2.The sink in the shower room over flows so it's virtually impossible to brush teeth and wash hands 3.Shower floods if you don't keep turning it off every minute while having shower as water doesn't drain away quick enough 4.Mould on ceiling in shower room No bed sheet for one of the sofa beds 5.The outside bins that full the smell was coming into the flat when balcony doors were open 6.Digital TV doesn't work properly. And when rained signal kept going of 7.No fire extinguisher or fire blanket in the apartment or situated out side on the landings to the apartments. No emergency fire alarms to warn other guests if they were asleep in other apartments in the block I find this very dangerous and should be addressed ASAP

Sameer (9/5): Great beach holiday - The location is really good. Easy walk to town centre. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Had washing machine which was handy to wash our sandy clothes after visiting the beach The balcony door lock was faulty. Would not close once opened. Complained about it, but it did not get fixed. Also, the bin was broken and there were small insects flying around when we first entered.

We called the staf but they just said we will come but didn’t come never and didn’t call us for explanation. We left the house early , planned to stay for four nights but we just did 3 . I didn’t like anything .

Alina (4/5): Not happy! - The check in could be a little bit earlier and the check out later than 10 am… to clean a little bit better all the flat, the bed in the living room was smelling really bad, the next door in the left of the flat opened the door and said something about romanian people in another language it wasn’t comfortable and weird how he knew we are romanian citizens if we didn’t book from him the apartment?!…
