- Ievgen (6/5): Nice price and location, but the apartment needs a better treatment - Nice location. Apartment is mostly clear and with nice furniture. The supermarket is in the same building. Street with several restaurants is pretty close. Check-in process was quite bad. It turned out the building was wrong. We had to find the keys under some stone (like a quest in video game) by the video sent in whatsapp after our arriving. As it turned out the keys was in a slightly different place. The wifi was turned off on the router and we had to figure it out by ourselves. The shower head was just falling apart and we had to fix it with the rubber bands to at least somehow had a shower. There was a cigarette (or iQOS) smell in the bedroom and even cigarette ash at some places.
- Serhii (6/5): I think usually they are better. Could be 7.5 if I were lucky) - The place is big, pretty clean and the internet is really good. Also the registration and everything is online so I didn't even see the howner They were not ready. Boiler didn't work, WiFi password they set-were reset by previous rental. I had to message them multiple times Also it's the 4th floor with no elevator, someone might not like it.
